Employees are usually very nice and helpful. But what really takes the stars away for me is their strange hours. The hours are NOT friendly to people who work normal hours let alone odd hours. Its weird hours like 5pm to 615 pm (1 hour 15min) of being open. Why be open at all then? Or maybe even have the staff thats close by run in to the tiny office area for the 2 min it takes then head back to their station. Do that all day. Theres not a shipping store near by me and my packages are too big for the drop boxes. Trying to get there it the tiny open hours is impossible most days.

Making sure to never use UPS again. My package should have been here yesterday according to updates. Was pushed to today, and now I was just updated that it will not be here until tomorrow???!!!!!! Would love to just drive to baraboo and pick it up today, but apparently they are closed until 5? What the hell is up with those hours anyway.

The man behind the desk this evening was so helpful and patient! I didnt know what I was doing and he walked me through it. I wasnt sure about the size of box I had and he confirmed that it was a good size.. He even waited while I found the address I needed. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be back.

Filed a claim for a MIA Air Purifier. They closed the claim stating they delivered it to the side door. A. They delivered an envelope that wasnt addressed to me 2. I DONT HAVE A SIDE DOOR.

Paid for overnight service and when the driver showed up he put a note at the end of my driveway on the gate saying I wasnt home. He the jumped back in his truck and drove away as I stood there reading the note.

As Im out of town I get an alert that my package was delivered so I call my manager where I live so she can get my package to hold for me & she said theres no package anywhere so I call UPS to let them know & they were no help at all in fact the ones I spoke to kept lying to me & they said they would send me an email & they would call me back in an hour THEY NEVER DID. THEY ALSO SAID THEY WOULD SEND THE DRIVER BACK TO WHERE MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED THAT WAS A LIE. UPS is known for STEALING your packages I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. UPS STANDS FOR U PEOPLE SUCK

Ill start off with saying yes they are very helpful but thats the only good thing. I called ahead once so that I could pick up a package and when I got there noone knew where my package was so I had to wait till the next day to get it. The next day when I showed up they still didnt have it because they tried delivering it again even after I called so I had to wait an hour to finally get my package. Overall very nice amd helpful staff but they need to be more organized.

I was here on a Wednesday. Ready to ship a trampoline. They dont have a UPS code reader. So had to come back. The next day in had a shipping label. Very helpful!! :)

Woke up to the sound of my door bell. Within the 40 seconds it took me to walk to the door the ups driver was gone. I called the number on the back of the piece of paper he left and requested the package be held for pick up. I was told I would receive a phone call within the hour with instructions on where and when to pick up my parcel. 7 hours later after no call I called the number i was instructed to contact with questions that I got from the UPS app from the google playstore. The person I spoke with told me my package was awaiting pick up at the baraboo location. I drove to the customer center in baraboo where the app told me my package was. I stood in line for about 20 mins while the clerk attempted to assist the couple in front of me. He apologized for the wait while explaining that he had no training on the job he was doing. And made multiple attempts to get help from the group of men standing just out side the door way while they laughed and made jokes. When the clerk was finally able to help me, he didnt know where any packages were so he went to that group of men and got help from a man in a polo shirt who then told me the truck doesnt come in till 630pm. So here I am I had to take an our off work to make it to ups to get my package. And now I cant get my package till tomorrow even tho I played for overnight shipping and have a ups choice account. I will have to take off work tomorrow morning to get my package as they were only open for an hour. When I asked to speak to a manager to talk about some sort of compensation the man in the polo shirt said I am the manager. And theres nothing we will do. I then asked if I could speak to his manager. To which he answered. I make the decisions around here. I have begun filing a formal complaint with UPS regarding customer service as well as there parcel tracking service. After reviewing UPS customer reviews it is evident that this is not an isolated Incident and that UPS is not the customer oriented business they proport to be with an 1 star rating on the BBB website a 5049 customer complaints. Bottom line UPS has always been unreliable.

They need to have a local number listed in the phone book to make it easier for people to pick up packages there if they choose to. I dont l;ike to have to wait for the delivery truck all the time, and dont want to have to go back a day or so later after getting a drop attempt slip....I would rate a five if they had a phone number listed in the phone book for the local office, and if they were open from say 9-5 without closing for most of the day.....

Everything we order the ups guys walk up the driveway and leaves all boxes at the driveway. Doesnt matter if its raining, boxes in the open getting rained on. I brought a video camera to get this on tap. So yes watching him walk down the drive and there it sits. I asked him to take 15 more steps and put at front door. I got not the normal drive ill pass it on. Asked him why he did it then he said he would pass it on.

The automated service is a joke i missed the dropoff, so i called the automated service to schedule to pick it up at the ups distro center. The automated voice told me i was in luck that the center was open and someone would call me within an hour to give me instructions.The joke they knowngly play on people is the hours listed for that day was 5-615. I called at 5 so once i get the call id have a wopping 15 min window. Its not a good way to do things.Best part about it is they never called me.

Worst customer service ever.Went there on a Wednesday around 10am, the item I was shipping needed a special sticker on the box to ship, the clerk told me I should have done that before I got there and said were not in the sticker business. I told him I didnt have this issue at the Middleton UPS store, he said shame on them, when did you go there? I asked why he wanted to know, so I can report them. He then said his safety officer wouldnt like him doing this, he then pulled out a huge roll of the stickers that I needed for the package, he reluctantly put them on while staring me down the whole time. This worker is dangerous and scary to say the least. Thankful Im a young strong guy, Id be fearful if I was a woman and dealt with him.Avoiding this place like the plague in the future.

Drove 45 minutes to find out I arrived 30 minutes past the window of time that they provide customer service. Even called the UPS 800 number to confirm they would be open. Glad all you idiots are on the same page.
