Impossible to find a landfill for large items that cant be picked up anywhere in Sauk County. And of you have old lawn mowers....forget it. What are people suppose to do with old furniture and lawn equipment. Leave it to rot on their property like all the farmers do? I dont have the ability to do that since I am selling the property and no garbage can be left on the property when it sells. I have searched all over the internet, called WM and still get no help in finding a landfill in this area.

I googled their hours, saw they were open from 7AM-5PM. Went there on a Monday at 3:45 to unload an SUV full of residential garbage. They wouldnt take it because at the sight there is a tiny sign that says, residential dumping Mondays and Fridays from 7AM-3:30PM Not mad at the restriction of time, or that they didnt allow me to dump my items 15 minutes passed their allotted time... I am mad that my google search, nor their website shows such a restriction. I left work early, and now I still have the waste in my vehicle.

Why is it so hard to find a landfill in Sauk County and information online!!! I just need to drop of garbage because I forgot to leave it out.

Its not that the employees are bad. Its getting to them. The recording throws you in circles connecting you to people who work for country wide connecting people to their residential waste management services and when they connect you youre right back in the recording to be transferred to the country wide reps again. Its frustrating but if you ask that rep to get a person it seems to be fine.

Completely impossible to get on the phone with anyone.

Cant get through to local office.... ever .....so i went there .... saw a sign that showed their limited residential hour then I got attitude from the blonde lady behind the counter .....hmmmm trifecta....iguess because i was there at 12.30 I interupted her lunch......?lake delton office.....

There is no office at this location in Baraboo. Only corn...
