I started with Remedy in May 2021. Brittany Dolphin was the recruiter. that placed me with the company that I am still employed with. The company had called regarding my speed and progressiveness with them. Brittany and I talked regarding issues and she had faith that I was putting my best foot forward and gave me a few tips on how to address these issues in my training.. Mary Klockner in payroll was a big help with a payroll issue. Remedys team that I have interacted with is Great. So far so good with company Brittany place me with. Thank you Brittany !!

I have been with Remedy for four years and I have had the opportunity of dealing with the same person, Brittany Dolphin she is always very helpful, understanding and available.

I would give them no star rating if that was possible. I went in personally to change my payroll for the check to the card on a Tuesday.Well before the end of my pay period.I was assured that it switch would be done promptly. Come Thursday I was still not contacted to activate my card.So I have to go to remedy again for a new card because my first one wasnt linked with my file. While there I find out that nothing was done to update my file. So I end up having to wait till the following Monday to receive my check. On top of that they cant tell me where my check is being mailed to.. and was also told but the recruiter that I may not be able to get my check till the following day because they usually dont check the mailbox till 4-4:30Rite before they close.....I just keep getting the run-around will these people.....I have bills to pay.layndry to do.. food to get..I cant do anything because of these peoples incompetence. I am now going on my 2nd week without being payed.....

Thanks to this company now I have a very good job and what they promised they fulfilled I have my permanent job in teel plastic and they were the best in recommending me work and giving me the opportunity to work with them was an immense pleasure
