I recently went in needing help with a product I had not purchased from Radio Shack. They went above and beyond trying to help me. And this was not the first time I had this experience. I highly recommend this community minded business!

We needed to have a place to take old computer equipment to be recycled. They were happy to take it. No charge.

It has been a long time since I have been to a Radio Shack so Im not sure, but it seems like they stock merchandise from a lot more than the limited choices of the past. I only wish they stocked more car audio.

About a week ago, I messaged Radio Shack on their Facebook page and they said they would be able to look at my broken laptop, and gave me a ballpark estimate. I thanked them and came in the next day, asking if I could bring the laptop in to be looked at and gave a brief explanation of the issue. The man working at the desk said no, he wouldnt look at it, and the problem I was describing was impossible to solve as the pieces I would need were not sold anywhere. I went home and posted the issue on Reddit, where I was told what was wrong and how to fix it within 10 minutes. I ordered the piece off Ebay for about $15 and fixed it at home. Was disappointed with my experience.

Radio Shack Baraboo has the very best service. I brought my Laptop in for repair, they diligently worked to fix the problems. Would I buy from them : YES, would I recommend them: YES. Made an appointment to have iPhone 8 charging port replaced. I showed up on the correct day at the correct time and was told they would not be able to do the repair and I would have to leave the phone and pick it up the following day. Will never do business with this establishment again.

Professional and speedy service. Fixed my desktop computer. Would not boot up due to some update error. Has been running good ever since. They were also able to fix my laptop power port where someone broke it tripping on the cord. Very grateful I didnt need to buy a new laptop.

They took real good care of me when I had a hard to find item. They even brought it over from their other location. 5 stars on customer service for sure!

Its alright if youre looking for an adapter or any other gadget that is hard to find. The prices in the other hand a a little bit too much for some of their stuff.

The last Radio Shacks I know of... Friendly staff, and community programs. Took my daughter to a beginner soldering class and she loved it. Looking forward to the next one.

Went in to get my phone screen fixed and was met with the most friendly and honest man at the desk. He not only offered advice on what to do with my phone [cracked screen, broken LCDs--> purple black screen], he explained what was wrong with my phone, how hed fix it, and possible problems. Absolutely amazing service on every end and I would gladly [hopefully not though] go in again. Thank you!!

Worst experience ever. I will never take anything to them again. Dropped my phone off to get fixed told me itd be done in a few hours. A few hours turned into 6 days because they didnt have the part they thought they had. Then when I got my phone back the screen wasnt put in place properly and it pops out in the top. If i take my case off the glass nearly pops out of the phones frame. And the home button isnt in place either and sits below the glass making it a pain to use half the time. Definitely will not be returning to them.

Computers are great, except when they are not. If you ever have any problems with your computer, these are the guys to go to. If you bring in your computer; even the big desktops, they will find the problem and either fix it outright, or they will tell you the steps so that you can. I came in three days in a row for my problems with a used computer I bought, and they fixed the problem I was having, found additional problems, and also sold me the parts I needed to fix it. I even called them two days later with a problem, and they figured out the problem over the phone! They use the products they sell, and they sell them for a competitive price. I will definitely use these wonderful people again.
