A+ Service and they can be relied on when Point To Point can’t make it happen. We were stranded on the mountain and they told me not to worry and that they will make sure to come get me and my party. The driver was cool and fun and full of historical stories for the area. We thank you for keeping the customer first.

Called them for a taxi to go to Bangor International Airport. They said they would come in half an hour. Over an hour later they never showed up despite calling them multiple times. Often didn’t pick up the phone. When they did they were quite rude. We ended up missing our flight in part because of this car service.

Its a pleasure to find again a true traditional friendly private cab company in Bar Harbor. Ive been a happy customer of many of the traditional larger cab companies in town for many years... But as the cruise business has gotten more prominent, the larger cab companies have focused their efforts there and dont answer the phone when you call. You have to leave a voicemail or send an email to reserve a taxi, which can be nerve-racking if youre going to the airport or just plain inconvenient when you want a ride right away. Amys is done the right way the old-fashioned way. They answer the phone and they go the extra mile to help you out. And the drivers are very friendly. A big thumbs up to Amys.

Called to book a taxi from Bar Harbor to the Bangor Airport. The lady who answered rudely told me to call back in 30 mins because she was busy. I called back 45 mins later (at 450pm) and got a voicemail saying they were closed til 4am the next day. Left a message requesting the taxi for the next morning, and could they please call me back and confirm. No call back. Called again the next morning (9am) and got the same voicemail that they’re closed til 4am. What? Terrible customer service, wouldn’t rely on them if you need a ride to catch a flight. Called Bar Harbor Coastal Cab and got booked immediately, friendly guy, good price.

Great driver! Made every effort to get us to the airport after another cab company, Point 2 Point, failed to show up for their scheduled appointment. Thanks Amys, you were a life savor!

Tried to book a taxi to take me to the airport. They had even called to verify my address but as the time they said theyd arrive came and went I tried to call them many times but no one picked up. Turns out they couldnt find my address and were in a completely wrong place. Very dissappointed. They should have just called and explained the situation or picked up when I called several times. I ended up having my boss take 3 hours out of their day to drive me to the airport. Again, very dissapppinted.

Not Recommended. Did not show up for an arranged ride to Bar Harbor Airport. Talked to them 15 minutes after they were supposed to arrive and they said they were sending someone. I missed my flight. No return call or explanation.
