When relocating to the Inland Empire from Arizona, I was unable to take all my belongings. Luckily, I had a good storage shed at my old home. Once I settled in, my friend & neighbor offered to bring the rest of my belongings and stay for a visit. U-Haul was surprisingly unaccommodating and pricey. Penske let me rent a truck in AZ for my friend to pickup and return it locally. I couldn’t do the paperwork in AZ but I could in CA. The manager never had a situation like mine but was incredibly pleasant and helpful. My friend had the same experience in AZ. No one was pressuring me to size up or buy insurance if I didn’t want to. In the end, I did and it was still cheaper U-Haul. It surprised my friend as she tried them some years ago. Perhaps they improved their business practices or they’re the better deal if you’re going across State lines. Whatever the reason, add them to your shopping list on your next haul; they may surprise you for the better!

Received a great deal on a Penske truck with a lift from Right Space Storage. I have had only excellent customer service from Right Space Storage in Banning, CA., even before renting storage unit from them. It is a bit out of the way for me but the customer service is absolutely worth it. I highly recommend this storage facility. Conveniently located right off the 10 freeway. I was looking for a storage facility in several other cities, this location has a history of the highest customer satisfaction ratings. Their prices are good too for those of us on a budget.

This is the second time dealing with this location in regards to picking up and dropping off my rental truck and trailer. The lady in the office is rude. The first time I was to pick up from this location no one was in the office and penske couldnt even reach anyone. Had to go to main yard in riverside to pick up truck and trailer. Seconded time I want to drop off truck and trailer and rent a storage unit from them. Was rudely informed I can drop the truck and leave but had to come back to rent a unit because she wasnt suppose to be working today but had to come in. Informed me her child was graduating and she was leaving. That her child graduation was more important. Will NEVER schedule this as my pick up or drop off location again. Penske might want to reconsider their contract w this location due to the lack of customer service this location provides. I dropped the truck and trailer off at a diff location.
