I attempted to turn in some cable boxes however the staff on hand could not accept them because a manager override was needed in the computer and a manager was not there. So this turned out to be a wasted trip. Staff on hand was pleasant though.

We visited the store in Banning to activate a phone for my cousin. I had never been there before. It was very nice. It looked sterile, that how neat and clean it was. All of our concerns were taken care of by a really nice man. He was so much help. I even looked at a few phones that I liked.Pleasant experience that day...

Spectrum has great customer service at this location, especially Alisha. She is always helpful and very efficient. I had my new modem, self-install kit and service started in less than 20 minutes. Plus, Alisha was able to close my previous account in another state and remove my old modem from the former account. The office upgrades at this location are more customer-friendly and allow for better service. Thanks!

Store in Hemet, Ca. They want me to pay 201.98 for 4 days of service! We canceled because they keep raising our monthly payments and the home service SUCKS!! NOT WORTH IT!!!.OH we dont prorate service.

Disconnected service and had to turn in my router, but they continued to charge me anyway, on the grounds that Netfix charges for the month. Well, guess what? Netflix lets me watch until the month is expired.

Pricing is too high compared to other media companies. When Spectrum refused to lower cost to be more competitive, we ended service. Spectrum refused to pick up equipment and told us to drop it off within 2 weeks or we would be charged for it. They are quick to hook you up but true colors come out when you request the billing be more competitive. To end service took two calls (45 minutes each), two arguments, and then told us to drop off equipment.

They are ok, up until they start increasing the premium on you considerably at the end of the 12 month period. After 12 months they have free range to do what ever they like to your premium. So, it is a good idea to switch providers, that have a contractual price lock guarantee.

This place seriously needs more staff. Every time i come in here there are only 2 people helping customers. Many of them (customers) are talking about changing services because of the waiting times for this office. Not to mention there is hardly enough seating to be waitng so long. 1-2 hrs of waiting is too long for anything... This isnt sixflags.

Went to pay my monthly bill and ask a question about some channels that said not available try later. The lady checked my account and recommended I exchange my box for a newer updated box and she put me on a newer plan that was less expensive.👍Thanks Spectrum. The new box has no display just 3 lighted buttons. I do wish it had a time and channel display😐

False advertising about the $500.00 buyout from your former cable company. Very rude service at the counter, but one young gentleman was very understanding of the situation. TWC needs to retrain those employees who think that the 20 years of service to the company doesnt mean you have the right to be overbearing, rude, and unpleasant to the CUSTOMERS to whom they meet on a daily basis. Banning / Beaumont facility needs new management, senitivey training, and complete overhaul to ensure the best customer service that this company use to have. Sincerely Mr.Hawkins

Cable sucks! We had problems, they came out and said our wires had previously been spliced in the past. Nothing they can do about it bcuz we do not own the bldg. Ok but why is our bill so incredibly high when you bill us a mo the ahead, and then you shut it off before you say your gonna shut it off? Even with a promise to pay!!!! 👎🏼Thats bad business!

Second time in two months that full service ( Land phone, WiFi, internet, and cell phone for T-mobile because they use Spectrum tower services) was out for over 8 hours. No explanation, reimbursement or apology. Not too good.

Two person working 2:30 pm in banning a lot people 15 on screen now for help. Really poor customer service today. 3 other persons with spectrum shirts on but not helping .. someone should be fired for this problem. Help fox the problem.

Spectrum is all lies. The whole 2999 per service is not true false advertisement. If anyone wants Wi-Fi for their internet you get charged an extra $10 a month making internet 39.99. Otherwise they only offer dial up and they force you into get a phone even if you dont need one. And a TV service the basic package has no channels that no one would normally watch two kid channels which no normal child watches so they force you to get a bigger package which cost double what they say also they charge for every single receiver you have. And if you decide to disconnect good luck trying to pay your bill because it will not let you pay online or over the phone to the automated system because you disconnected their service they force you to do it through a rep and charge you an extra $5 fee for that and when I called to disconnect my service the customer service was so rude I was floored that they even have a job. Also my final bill was $62.11 on Friday but when I tried to call Saturday and pay it all the sudden it was $86.13 this place is a total scam buyer beware do not get this service

Only business like this that i know of that closes for lunch at 1pm for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Its a utility for crying out loud. Most people need to do there business and make payments during there lunch hour.Than to top it off you only have one person at the counter. So all the people that showed up at 1,and all the people that showed up between 1 and 215,all return,and you have a line out the door that is not going to disappear anytime soon, since you only have 1 counter person and the first person in line is a nintey year old woman trying to get educated on how the internet works.
