I had a reservation made by my insurance company while my truck was in the shop. This site was very quick to call to confirm my reservation, but I did not yet have the dates that my truck was going to be in the shop. When I attempted to call once I had the dates, it is almost impossible to reach anyone on the phone in the office. The phone rings and goes to the hold line where it plays the hold music for about three to four minutes and then says goodbye and hangs up. When I finally was able to contact someone, they told me the vehicle wouldnt be ready at 8AM when I was dropping off my vehicle, but would be available after 10AM. He told me I could come by anytime after that to pick it up. On the day of the rental, I tried calling numerous times to verify the rental and to inform them I would be by around 12:30. After being put on hold and hung up on multiple times, I finally reached Amy who told me that my car was rented out and they only hold it for an hour. This is absolutely ridiculous. Amy told me it was only her in the office, but it seems to be this way every day they are open. That and when one person tells you that you can come by anytime after a certain time to pick it up, they should adhere to that standard. I am extremely upset about the way the Banning Enterprise staff treat their customers.

Angel is awesome!! Customer service is on point. Just watched him juggle drivers, customers,and the phone. Never once skipping a beat. Will be back to this location for all my car rental needs. Very satisfied customer!

I have used Enterprise for years so I was surprised when I had an issue with my rental. I contacted the call center prior to booking online to verify pick up. I contacted them again after I booked to verify pick up details as I am new to the area. As you can imagine I was completely surprised that no one came to pick me up. I had to Uber to the location. Unfortunately, Alicia and Jennifer from the call centers did not do their due diligence when arranging the pick up. Fortunately, the location reps Vanessa and Tatiana fixed the situation. Both were professional, polite and proactive in ensuring the customer service that I am used to from Enterprise. If it were not for Vanessa and Tatiana this would be a 1-star review.

Ive been trying for three days now to get a car Everytime I book one and get a confirmation some one calls me to tell they actually dont have that one but I could pay more for another one also they say they will pick you up today I was told during normal business hours I cant be picked up or get the car I booked smh...

The car was not sanitized as advertised , then the check engine light / low oil pressure light came on, my wife got the run around and was told to take it to another enterprise and they would exchange the car. It was BS.. Then as she drove back to the original Enterprise in Banning CA. they said they would take care of her and exchange the car. Well Stephanie lied. Don’t rent from enterprise rent a car. They suck.

Honestly if I can give no stars I would . They have you wait forever to clean a car that isn’t even clean when you have waited for an hour . They are always behind and they are rude. It’s like you make a reservation and for what sometimes they don’t even have the car you reserved so they have to pick it up from another location or have you pick it up. So annoying

No cars available ( I didnt have a reservation). Thought Id be waiting for quite a while, but they came through for me.

I gotta say, Im very disappointed in this company. I paid more for my car than I would at other places thinking that the service would be better. My car was great, got what I asked for. The customer service was the worst ever. When I returned my car and needed a ride home, thats only 4 miles away, I was told no. I wasnt even allowed to sit inside out of the cold. I stood on the street while I waited for a friend. So unprofessional 😒

They seem like nice people, but they tried to upcharge us by $200 for adding an additional driver, plus a damage deposit. This was after quoting us a much lower price via AAA for the same service with the same added driver. So, this Enterprise gave us a lower price for a car, and then attempted to charge us more than quoted for the same service when we arrived to pick it up. Be careful.

I had a very easy car rental with enterprise. I reserved my car online and when I went it the process was simple. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable, funny and great personality. The care was clean and a great gas saver. I will be using there services again. The Banning location always goes out of their way to get us what we need as quickly as possible. They always treat us very kindly just as if we are family.

They delivered excellent customer service. There were extremely busy when I got there and because I had to wait so long they compensated me on my rental. Thats what I call great customer service.It was worth the wait and I will rent with them again. The vehicle was great on gas and very clean inside.

I’m a pretty frequent renter here at the Banning branch and with Enterprise in general. Alexandra and her team are very professional, friendly, and always treat me good. I love renting here because they recognize loyal customers and it’s great because I’ve actually became friends with some of the employees at the branch at Banning/Yucaipa. If I have any requests whether it’s a specific car I want, exchange, or even to extend my rental, Alex usually fulfills it without a problem. If there’s ever any problems, be assured that they’ll accommodate you or make it up to you in some way. Only cons I can think of; although pickups start at 9, I do end up getting picked up kinda late and I live 5 minutes from the branch driving and sometimes while at the branch it could take sometime for me to be out of there but I have noticed that whenever I go now I’m in and out within minutes. The rates with enterprise are pretty heavy too even after renting constantly for a year I wish we would receive further perks or some nicer rates rather then a few hundred points for 2-4 week rentals. Got a few cookies & water from time to time as well! :)

It was a good ride, all I have to say is nice customer service and got a good deal.. went fr a full size car to a full size truck (free upgrade) and I loved it. Will definitely go back to them next time I need a rental..

Otto warmly greeted me and had the details of my rentalin hand for quick processing. He did a quick but thoroughwalk around, and explained the working of the car to mycomplete satisfaction. When I returned the car, I was equallywell greeted and my check out time was minimal. 5 starsto Enterprise and Otto.

I take a two day business trip in a premium car every month and every employee I have dealt with has been super nice and helpful.......but the last time I went on a Monday morning, even though I had a reservation, I had to wait over a hour and a half to get my car. Probably three out of nine times I have rented a car there was only one rental agent working with more customers than they can handle.......this time there wasnt even a open chair in the office.......please hire some extra help!!! (usually when I wait a long time I get a 20% discount on my next rental which takes the sting out but this time all I was offered was a apology)

Worst staff and office ever

Great customer service from beginning to end.. Elizabeth and Yasmine were awesome and very accommodating. The only thing was that the car I got for the weekend wasnt as clean (dash was a little dusty and control panels could have used a good wipe down & tires looked muddy all around). But those were just minor stuff.. I would ALWAYS return at this location for more business in the future. :)

After I had 2 bad really experiences at the Hemet branches. I needed to rent a pick up truck. I had gone to this Banning branch last year and I had a decent experience so I tried it again. I set up the rental online. Few minutes after the worker Cindy called me to verify the rental and to tell me the pickup was ready to go. Great!I went there, I was out in less than 5 minutes with very CLEAN 2018 truck.When I returned the truck same deal. They just checked the truck for any damage. It was none. So I was on my way home.Really, really great experience. Cindy and the other lady who works there (I forgot to ask for her name) were great!Very friendly and helpful.I wish the Hemet branches would be this way.Thank you so much ladies!!!!I will definitely rent from this branch again.

I rent a car from this location about once every 2 weeks, since I choose not to tow a car behind my motorhome.The office is very small and out of the way. However, the staff there is very friendly but also very business like. They pick me up at the RV Park and drop me off at my coach. The cars are clean and in very good condition..I have rented from Enterprise for the last 2 years and can honestly say all locations give good customer service. The Banning location is no exception.

They were busy so I had to wait awhile, but not much more than I expected. Once they got to me, they couldnt have been any nicer or more professional. Great service!

Would choose this place over Dollar rental car (LAX) ANY DAY! Accepts debit cards for payment and doesnt require a high amount for hold because of use of debit card (unlike dollar rental which they will place a hold for $350). Did hv an issue with the 1st rental...the car kept cutting off while in traffic, at a red light, etc. I understand thats a new amenity newer cars have, however this one was malfunctioning (an error light Came on, on dash). Fortunately, Enterprise switched out cars with no problem.

These guys went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the vehicle I left with. the truck was brand new And ran great. Thank you enterprise once again.

The staff members were welcoming and very nice, however I requested to be picked up and had to wait for nearly 2 hours in the 100+ degree heat. I called at 2:20pm and asked if I could be picked up at 3:20 as my car broke down and needed to be towed. I was only 5 minutes away and would have done better walking the 5 miles to the rental facility. I stood outside until 5pm waiting on the curb. When we finally got our car, it was not clean. It seemed that someone was eating bbq sauce and changing the radio station at the same time.... food in between seat and lots of hair. I was so exhausted from waiting 2 hours in the heat to be picked up and brought to the rental facility that I didn’t bother to bring it to their attention. I was just ready to go!!

Great service first time renting made simple..if u get a truck u need down payment in a credit card only..also get insured by them, not a third party like me (online).

I had the worst experience trying to rent a car from a different location for the 1st time. (Wrong car, wrong days, pick up in HOLLAND) 😠I was done, ready to cancel and go with another company 1 day b4 I was supposed to be leaving.And then I called TRACIE!That lady is the best!! She and Otto were so helpful. They searched a 50mi radius, calling each location to make sure I had the car I needed. They had even been looking for one with a dvd player in it for us.I wouldve never called enterprise again, but becuase of her I will definitely consider them for our next rental. 😄😄😄

I have been here 2 times with car being at diamond hills auto and each time is awesome...including today. I was only 20 minutes late for work which was ok. And I work in palm springs awesome awesome thank you enterprise

A sales representative at this location assured me that he could have an AWD vehicle available if I gave him a one week reservation. I made my reservation 10-days ahead of my need for all wheel drive but, on the day of our winter trip to, Utah, I was informed they didnt carry any AWD rentals -- though the company website clearly offers four-wheel drive.Really disappointed and not happy taking a greater risk of being stranded in snowstorm or worse, a blizzard. IMO: this borders on disingenuous business practices.

I am giving this place a two because getting them on the phone or having them call you back is a nightmare. However when you are in the office their costumer service is a four, they are very pleasant and do take care of you.

Its a smaller facility, but the staff seems to be well trained and right on top of it.

This place is really hit and miss. Sometimes theyre great and have what I need and other times I just have to drive to Ontario Airport to get the SUV I need.

This was not a pleasant experience from the very beginning. First, I was promised a 4x4 truck. Second, they did not have one and said that it was unspecified even though we told them it had to be a 4x4. Third, while they found a SUV they said pick-up time was 8 a.m. they did not get there til 25 minutes after 8. They are very inefficient at this office and I will never rent from them again!

I rented from the banning enterprise two weeks ago and everything was good.. today i tried to rent from them again and for the first time they said they needed paystubs which they didnt ask for last time... the manager was there last time but now today she tells me they verified i had paystubs before which i never had so im stuck with no car....
