Ive had my car done here many times. Havent been there in awhile but the staff are honest and reasonable. Will be returning soon.

Just called up there and the manager was rude asl acting like he was too good for the job and the call was beneath him s you should go somewhere else plenty of places better.

The owner is so nice and professional. On top of that he is always very straight forward and honest with what work needs done and what can wait. He is very reasonable about his pricing. I normally choose him for my vehicle maintenance.

I took it in for diagnostic and my vehicle came out feeling worse and came out showing a different code than when I took it in. They couldnt even tell me what was wrong with my vehicle but still charge me the diagnostic

Very Dishonest, and not a single measure of precaution for covid-19.Had to stay outside and sit in the street since i didnt wanna be inside his office/waiting area.Also he only had 1 car when i got there. Took him 1 hr.

3* for State of California, not Banning Smog and Auto.Several years ago, when I lived at an apartment complex, my OEM catalytic converter was stolen in the middle of the night!! I replace it and all is good for several years. When I go to Smog my car again here in December 2018, Banning Smog and Auto tells me I failed because of my catalytic converter. What gives?! I say to the smog tech. He replied, California no longer has your existing aftermarket catalytic converter as an approved unit he says.Basically, the State of California moved the goal posts on me (and who knows how many more Californians) with aftermarket catalytic converters and in order to pass smog I must get a new unit. So I paid this shop $50 only to fail (I would have passed otherwise), I paid $170 for a replacement good unit, I paid a muffler shop $65 to weld on the replacement catalytic converter, and Ive paid an extra $50 to re-test my car. Needless to say, my car passed.....$285 later. 🤬🤬🤬

Quick and easy smog check! Ive been bringing my and my husbands car here for smog checks for several years. They are quick and efficient and there is rarely a wait on a week day. Staff are friendly and professional. No complaints, this is my go-to smog check station!

Both managers were very rude will trying to attend me. They both gave me a hard time while trying to scam me.

The worst experience of my life. I can not believe how bad I was treated by both managers the African man and Arabian man the whole time ripping me off . I told them I do not otherwise them to take my car for a test drive and they did anyways my car was gone for about 20 minutes . Whenever I tried to ask a question he would yell and say just go back into the office and wait till we are finished ! They charged me 150 dollars and didnt do anything ! I called my dad to come help me and they started screaming at me to get off their property . Im a 22 yr old girl they were just completely trying to take advantage of me trying to sell me in needed things . I would not recommend this place to anyone !!

GREAT job.My hubby Billy took our ride in and it didnt pass ,but he told us what to fix and went beyond his job as a smog tech.Thanks.Not many people will help out like that edge in a haystack.

Worst costumer service I ever had. I brought an old 94 Honda in and the kid behind the counter was not nice to it! He was rude about it when I even brought it to his attention. Dont go here! He even brought race into it because Im white... Sadned by this customer service.
