Had to have my car towed. The driver was very polite and was on time. This was the first time I ever had to get my car towed and I was very pleased with their service.

Always love the service I’ve had here. Primarily, I have AAA - who uses/ works with Union st. All the techs are professional and friendly. They are always on time and do quick and efficient work. :)

They are absolutely wonderful and professional. My car broke down and they were able to tow it to Massachusetts for me. Matt was my tow driver and he was great.

When triple A told me I would have to wait 3 hours, in the dark, while it was raining, 2 hours from home for a tow, Union Street Towing saved me. They were there within an hour and the drivers attitude towards the rain, late hours and dark was phenomenal.

Great customer service, the vehicles might not look like the best but they are running at tip top shape as far as I can tell. Friendly staff willing to meet the customers needs and on 5he plus side they dont even ask for a security deposit! I know right 😱 unbelievably amazing! Definitely recommend this business to us poor people 😆

They were contracted by AAA for battery service, arrived at the appointed time, and were efficient and professional.

When I called Union Street Towing to request further clean-up of a lost-load spill from one of their flat-bed trucks along Rt.1 they followed up and a few days later the rest of the debris had been removed. I found this responsible company action to be very impressive and I thank them.

Extremely fast had my keys out of my car before I even knew they were there. Although I do have to deduct a point because they are extremely expensive. They seem to know they have you over a ringer and they take advantage of that. $50 just to get your keys out of your car which takes them less than a minute or two to do that seems a little pricey.

They will tow your car if your parked out front of your own house with a parking pass and won’t take it off the tow truck until you $50. This is now the 4th time my car has been towed from the parking spot right in front of my window. This is the worst company in all of Bangor.

A friend stop by briefly last week and locked their. Keys in there GMC Pick up Truck. Unfortunately they had their two large dogs waiting in it. The. Truck was only a few years old so we realized right away the old Coat Hanger Trick wouldnt work. After discussing the options such as Locksmiths, Dealerships, ad even breaking the glass on the door I remembered Union Street Virgo. Previously when in such a predicament and I belonged to AAA they would arrive in no time at all.Wondering if they were even still in business , I called. To make a long story short or to make an impossible situation resolved ; the voice answered after two rings, she was smart , cheerful . Within a minute I had been told Yes they would come, in as little as thirty minutes and the Cost a mere Fifty - give Dollars. Twenty - five minutes a polite knowledgeable Service Attendent arrived and two minutes later our friend was bidding us fareeellI cannot think of a better outcome. I HIGHLY recommend Union Street Virgo.

Always expensive, always there to tow your car when you least expect it. Then charge you for a full day of storage when your car has been there for an hour. They always come through with $80 jumps too. Hopefully they dont damage your car like they did mine. What IS to like about this place?

I had originally given these guys a one star review for trying to charge me double for an impound fee where they parked my car on top of scrap metal, but today Im giving them two stars. My car broke down on the highway and Scott from A1 towing was out of town on a tow, so I called Union Street Towing (it was only $10 more and a quarter of the wait) to tow me to a garage. On the way over, the guy asked why I didnt use their garage and I told him about the impound fee and that I didnt exactly like or trust them because of it (I said it more politely than this) and he said, since apparently he remembered me (although I cant say the same), that I only paid one day and a tow since my sister talked them down from $145 to $110 since it was less than a day later, which I dont know how two days at $145 translates to one day and a tow at $110, but whatever. Here comes why I raised it to two stars: directly after I told him why I didnt use their garage, he told me that I shouldnt write negative reviews because I might need them again some day; that idle threat made me go from sad to angry in a split second, which really put me in a better mood a few minutes later when I realized how laudable it all was and that they actually read the reviews. Thanks whatever your name is, next time Ill just wait for your competition no matter how long it takes; as I said when getting out of the truck, if we never meet again, it will be all too soon. Heres your better review, you deserve it.

The gentleman that came to my rescue with a jumpstart was Very nice and knew what he was doing

City wide ban on Parking after snowing. But the City of Bangor dont post the sign so everyone can see it. So they city teams up with this Tow truck company to tow peoples car all night long, when they have no idea they cant park, because they city obviously wants to make money off its people.I flew into Bangor Friday night, drive straight to from airport to Uhaul to Apartment to move, no signs anywhere, not even on the Parking side in front of thr building. And they could have left a ticket, but Instead they tow a Uhaul. A uhaul, like do you have no heart. But thats why it Bangor, Enjoy your in Bread.
