Don’t rent a tent from these guys!!!The tent showed up with holes on the top and mold all over it!! Only half of the sidewalls showed up during delivery and the other sidewalls for the tent had holes in them and some of the holes were were very large!! On the way out after they picked up the tent they ran over a bench in the driveway and didn’t even stop!! I called the place to try to remedy the situation. They were extremely unhelpful and all they wanted to do was argue and make up excuses. No company should be run like this. This company is a disappointment to the community!!

Taylor rentals provided the tent, all the dishes, tables, linens, chairs etc. for our daughter‘s wedding in July. The crew did a phenomenal job setting up the tent, all the agreed-upon items were delivered and were in great shape, and when the linens were mistakenly left behind, the office proactively arranged for them to be sent by courier to our remote site. The office tolerated us changing our contracted items many times with courtesy and great customer service. Thank you so much Taylor rental for doing such a great job for us!

Dont rent from this place! I rented seven round tables, three rectangle tables, white resin chairs, and linen table cloths. Long story short I ended up with five round tables, two rectangle tables, and ugly folding chairs. And yes, no linen table cloths at all.They did not communicate to me that they were missing items from the order and did not even apologize for their mistakes.

We booked Tayler Rental for our wedding at the end of August. When my now husband called to finish paying the week before they were so busy they left him on hold for a very long time and when they finally answered they said they would call him back. They did not. He called again on Monday afternoon and paid. They did not know when they were setting up the tent and said they would call when they finalize their schedule( that afternoon)They did not. On Wednesday I called and asked if it would be possible to switch our event from Saturday to Friday, as we were supposed to get sever rain and wind on Saturday and our wedding was set to be outside. They assured me the tent was being set up at 10am on Friday and would only take 1.5-2 hours to set up.On Friday they got to the venue at 9:45, they spent over 20 minutes just trying to get the box truck open! When they finally did they laid out the poles to the tent and one of the crew came up to me to let me know they were missing pieces and had to go back to the shop. (17minutes from our venue) they were gone well over an hour. When they came back they were still missing tools and had to ask the venue owner if she had wrenches. When it came time to put the legs on the tent my husband, uncle and cousin had to help them. THEN they informed my husband they still needed to go back and get the sidewalks we ordered. It was past 3-330 when they finally finished. This delay made it so we couldn’t finish setting up and caused our ceremony to be late. In wedding time that huge. We had to rush through pictures in order to finish in the daylight and it eliminated some our time for our reception.On top of being this unprepared they were smoking, swearing and one of them was even shirtless. They threw cigarette butts in the grass and did not pick them up.The following week I tried to send an email to speak with the manager and it got kicked back twice. I finally made a phone call and I have never been spoke to so rude in my life. He never apologized for how unprofessional and unprepared his crew was but only kept repeating that we were lucky it was done on Friday since we changed our date and that that crew is no longer working for him. Regardless of the date change we were assured that it would be set up Friday in 2 hours.I wouldn’t recommend Taylor rental to set up a tent for anything. They were unprepared, unprofessional and very rude. A simple apology would have gone a long way.

Ordered a bunch of items and we were not given what we had ordered - and with no apologies.

Worse rental business I have ever used. The people that came to put up the tent we rented didnt seem to know what they were doing, or how it went up. It took us a whole extra day to take down the sides and put them up correctly. None pf the sides were staked correctly, when they were notified of the problems, the only response they had was they had nobody to send to correct the issues. Then to top it off they never came to take down the tent so when the next people needed to put up a tent at the same venue they were given a free rental of the exact tent we spent 2 days fixing. at a cost of $4,000.00, totally flabbergasted at business being conducted this way. I have no idea how they are still in business.

Bad customer service.

Taylor rental is always a pleasure to do business with. They go above and beyond. I highly recommend this business.

Not a good experience. Our tent was delivered about 3 hrs late and they didnt have all the right parts so they had to go back several times and forgot our chairs and table covers. The guys who set up the tent were very polite but the man who answers the phone is very rude and not professional. It was supposed to take 2 hrs to set up and was closer to 5 because they were not given the correct equipment.
