This provider does not have someone to answer her phone nor does she answer calls, plus she has a policy of only checking her voice mail once every 24 hours. This has caused problems where pharmacies have tried to contact her about prescriptions and gotten no reply because she has already checked her messages for that day. Someone who is providing mental health services should be more accessible and put the needs of her clients above her own convenience. As a former patient I have gone weekends without important medications due to her failure to respond to her messages in time.
