I understand between covid and crackheads bathrooms are closed. What i dont get is a business not allowing a person to urinate in their bathroom while doing laundry. I went next door and they dont have a bathroom for customers. I went to go take my vehicle to find a place to urinate that wouldnt get me arrested. Locked my keys in my car. Waiting for a row truck in obvious discomfort and the employees laughed.... Never again giving this or any location business.

Had family flying in late last night for a funeral tomorrow, and called in advance last week to see if same-day dry cleaning is available. Was told yes, if in by 9:00 am—he never mentioned there is no cleaning on Fridays.Also, their website states they open at 7:00 am but the handmade sign on the door states Friday hours are opening at 9:00, requiring me to go back a second time only to have wasted my time.

This place is affordable and has machines that take debit cards which is super handy but recently they decided to make their bathroom unavailable to the “public” which includes their paying customers. I understand their reasoning but also don’t believe that it’s fair for a paying customer to have to hold it the entire time they are there. Not sure if there is a happy medium but it has made me consider finding another laundry mat to go to.

I find the place maintain well daily on each of my visits and in-house security prevents theft of clothing. The also have for customers only, 3 internet connected terminals that can be used by their customers along with tanning beds at affordable rates.

Pretty cool that you can now use a debit or credit card to pay for your washers and dryer.. if you still like the traditional coin-op it still is available as well as a coin machine.

Living very close, Ive been to this laundromat frequently and typically never had a problem. However, their stance on the mask ordinance is to not enforce it, and in the case of the employees, not even wear them. Sad to see an essential business not even attempting to stop community spread. Would not recommend going here during the pandemic.

I dropped off items for Dry Cleaning. The next day when I went to pick the items up, along with some Wash, Dry, and Fold clothing, I was informed the items (sweaters) from the cleaners were not there because they were not dry. I was told the manager would contact me the next day as I was from out of state and was catching a flight the next morning. The manger NEVER contacted me, and I tried to contact her three separate times. I had obviously planned on taking these items with me and wearing them over the holidays. Luckily, I was coming back to Maine so I was able to retrieve the items 3.5 weeks later. A first impression is a lasting impression, and unfortunately, I would not do business here again. I was offered nothing--no call, no apology, no refund. This is unacceptable to me.

This is the best Dry Cleaner/Laundromat in Bangor. They have internet and tanning booths to add. Beverage machines, free coffee to customers. Two televisions on the wall. Clean atmosphere. Great prices for service.

Best place to go TANNING. In June I paid a month unlimited. Well I liked it so much i paid for another month for July...I love this place very nice people at the counter. Clean, fast, and friendly.

Quiet, clean, and roomy. Ive been doing laundry there for awhile now and have no complaints.The dry cleaning is done off site but the turnaround is decent.

Best local laundromat. Laundry and dry machine are up to date. Room atmosphere are nice. They have computer and WiFi ready for you to use to kill time. I havent use tan machine but I heard theyre good.

This place is really clean and quite..the people behind the counter are usually friendly and will help you out with making change or doing the tanning things. The machines always work which is a plus. I dont think ive ever seen an out of service tag for more than a few days tops. Could be a smidge cheaper but its a laundromat and they gotta make money somehow.

Good service just beware of paying by the pound for clothing services. Since it is not weighed in front of you.. the price at pick up may be a surprise, granted it may have been accurate or over charged by nearly double the expected price!

Attendants do not wear facial coverings nor do they inforce the Governors mandate to do so. Ill be frequenting another establishment from here on out.

Dropped my Daughters JROTC uniform off on a Saturday and asked to have it back as soon as possible because she needs it for an event. The employee said the earliest she could have it back to me was Tuesday, well today is now Wednesday and guess what they still cant find it?? I will never use Gold Star Cleaners again not only did they lose her uniform they dont offer a refund or any type of compensation. Really disappointed..

Ive been going here since 2012 as homeless . Now Im in winterport maine our apartments has a lil laundry mat. But never cleans our clothes . So I travel to bangor here to wash my clothes. I always get them clean here and smell clean. I am thankful for these guys here. Just wish winterport at our apartments have chance to replace theres . But Im ok to travel to bangor ..
