Fast and professional service. Had a very large rock hit my windshield they met me and patched my windshield in 10 minutes then I was back to my day. They were Inexpensive as well. I got a chip crack in my car windshield and was recommended to try NOVUS. When I called and spoke to a very courteous and knowledgeable person. Not a computer menu, but a friendly customer service rep. She gave me prices and answered all my questions. Had a choice of the repair man coming out to me or going to their shop. Went to the shop. The staff was professional and quickly fixed the problem.Very satisfied with the whole experience.

I had my windshield replaced in about half an hour. As standard with windshield replacement I had to wait for the glue to dry before driving the vehicle and that took more time than the actual installation. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, the service was great and this was also the cheapest place I could find in the Bangor area. They also provided same day service. The windshield ordered for my car came with a scratch, they called me right away and made sure the replacement windshield was re-ordered immediately. I got quotes for 2 other places that were over $260!! So i made a Facebook post and several people recommended Novus Glass, i called and the owner Dan gave me an appt for the next day! Not to mention it was more then $75 less!! The customer service was exceptional, Megan was very personal yet held conversations with everyone waiting. I especially loved her Husky doing tricks!! Overall great experience from start to finish. Had them replace the glass on a 2021 Subaru Forester. OEM glass cracked twice in 6 months. Much cheaper then going through Subaru. 50% less in fact for better glass.

Novus was recommended to me by a coworker when a large crack developed on my windshield basically overnight. I called to get a quote and Don called me back with the information within the hour and even said I could come in the next day! I dropped it off first thing in the morning before work and it was done before mid day. Price was very reasonable. 5 stars for great service and adorable shop dog. ;)

Professional service, had a difficult install on a vintage vehicle. Ended up accidentally breaking the window, the immediately called me, took ownership of the issue and already had the solution and time to repair. Drove out of state to get the replacement and had it installed immediately. $hit happens, No issues, just charged the labor, very happy.

Everyone I dealt with was very nice and pleasant. Didnt take long to get an appointment. I would have gave five stars but there was two problems. One was that they some how got the wrong windshield on the day they were supposed to do it. The second problem was after they installed supposedly the right windshield. I can no longer read my VIN through my windshield. I will be calling Novus and see if they will fix it.I called them about the problem. They were very apologetic and happy to get it fixed for me. I took it over to the shop and was all fixed very fast. Plus I can read the VIN now. Changed to 5 stars. Definitely recommend them.

This is the fourth time I’ve used Novus with the same great outcome each time. This was the first time I’ve had them come to me, they were on time and very quick in replacing my front and rear glass. My truck was painted within the last week and they were conscious about this.

When I called to make my appointment, I spoke to some guy, disappointed I didn’t get his name because he was super helpful, friendly, and professional. When I arrived for my repair everyone in the office had the same friendly attitude. My repair took less than 10 minutes and when he was finished he explained to me what he had done. The repair itself is a little blotchy but that’s not anyone’s fault, just happened to be how my windshield cracked and the liquid took. Would definitely recommend this place of business for windshields repairs/replace.

Son did fantastic work very quickly! I was comfortable and treated very well. I also wanted to give a five star rating to the furry employee Alue who works there! She’s a five year old Siberian husky and kept me very entertained the whole time! I WILL be back!

Theyve serviced two of my vehicles now. Beat all local prices. Last year they came to my home in Glenburn and replaced a vehicles windshield that I didnt have on the road yet for no extra charge (yes, they do charge extra depending on distance from Bangor but didnt and my house in Glenburn isnt exactly a stones throw) and they told me the parts is need to fix my trucks power window and said theyd do the job.....I certainly appreciate the employees I dealt with. Very friendly too!

I have used Novus Glass on 3 different occasions. Don is always quick to respond, the repair is done quickly, usually the following day. He is always professional. I never have to worry because I know Don will take care if everything from the insurance company to the repair. I would never use anyone but Novus.

Very fast service! Windshield was out, replaced, and I was on my way in about 45 minutes! Was even able to keep my EZ Pass window mounts and put them on a piece of tape in the cup holder. Very clean and just a great job! Impressive! Will use again if I ever have to!

My windshield looks amazing, they used the fast dry glue get you back on the road faster, have a cute fury four legged assistant that is happy to keep you company as you wait, and if dogs arent your thing, there is a lounge with coffee or water and Netflix if you need entertainment.
