The lady was very rude and unwilling to even try to help. Very disappointed. Been coming here for years and good service until this young girl. Not sure maybe she just had a bad day

I find the staff to be wonderful there. They are friendly, helpful and knowledgable.

Its a great place that can do anything from shipping to fax to printing out stuff for you they can do many things and they also have stamps

The service at this UPS Store is excellent. Yesterday Nicole helped me totally repack a broken earthenware teapot which was being shipped for repairs to Lakeside Pottery in Delaware. The week before, when I had lost one of the broken pieces, she combed the store looking for it. The people at this UPS store always come through. The staff rocks!!

I’ve used this store a few times for a few different types of mailing, and every time it’s been a relatively painless experience. Surprisingly low-to-medium wait times make things easier, especially with the current pandemic customer limit, and the staff are professional and proficient.The only con to this location is that entering and exiting the parking lot can be a... horrible task. There’s not much that can be done with the traffic in the area, but ‘Enter’ and ‘Exit’ signs on each entrance might help a bit, considering how small the lot is and the entrances are.

Just before Christmas, my husband and I took in two boxes of China that was my grandmothers. My mom had recently passed away and the China now belongs to me. We had not prepared it for proper shipping. The UPS store assured us they’d repackage it and get it sent out. True to their word, and during the busiest time of the year, the dishes and glassware were wrapped with extra care and put in boxes far better than the ones we came in with. We’ve used this store every summer for years when we visit the area, and we’ll continue to do so. Your staff went above and beyond to get this priceless heirloom to us here in Arizona. Thank you.

Eh was good for what I needed however I feel like the cost of a cardboard box was a bit overkill of like 4-5 dollars.

The store manager was epic. She packed our art and antique clock so well I would have felt confident tossing it from atop a building. My husband had purchased and forgotten a card for me and they called to tell him. First class operation.

I think the drivers need better training or their credentials checked better i just had one driver fly out of a side road making me have to come to a screeching stop so I would not run into the side of them. This is a basic kindergarten lesson look both ways before you pull out even my 5 year old neice understands that.

Service in store is great. BUT when you call for anything, no one answers, so you have to leave a message but NO ONE returns your call. No matter how many messages you leave.

Ive moved around quite a bit over the last decade and this is one of the best UPS stores Ive encountered. I ship quite a bit for my work, they are always prompt and very friendly when I need to ship a package or two. Ive never had a single problem.

Delivered package (birthday present) 2 days late (delayed apparently by weather), didn’t leave slip, dropped at access point which refused to release package to someone there to pick it up because of an ID problem, then after exactly 7 days, Shipped it all the way back to Maine. Manager refused to cover cost with eighteen flavors of “ not our fault”. I will say the clerk was friendly when sending it out, but as far as the actual service being paid for, REALLY bad. Using FedEx from here on out.

This store is the WORST I have ever been in, with the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. If I could give it a negative rating, I would. At least the woman who waited on me (or didnt) needs to take some classes in customer service!After telling me all she needed was my name to send my box back to DirecTV, she set it aside and moved on to the next customer, leaving me waiting. At the point she was on the THIRD customer after me, whom she had to take to a different counter and show him how to sign in to do whatever was so much more important than what I was there for, while I was still waiting, I picked up my box and said, This is ridiculous; youve waited on everyone who came in after me, while making me wait, as I left the store. NEVER AGAIN.

This store doesn’t have cell reception or WiFi. I had to stand out in the rain to send emails to them to print off.I expressed my dismay and promptly received a “I just work here.” I’ll never go back.

Never shipping through UPS again. My package had an estimated delivery date of a Monday. Every day that it didnt get there past that, I tried calling them and they said it would be there by the end of that day and were very unhelpful. Now, 4 days after, they have started a lost investigation and told me the label (that they put on) might have gotten ripped off and sent to a warehouse where label-less packages go. I imagine Im never seeing my package again. Which happened to include, among many other things, my college graduation photos that were professionally done and non reprintable. Now of course, I didnt pay more to have the package insured since I figured how hard is it to ship something without losing it. I guess I should have put my bet in them messing up. A gift to my mother has just turned into so much stress for the both of us. NEVER AGAIN.

Awful and will never ship from this store again. My package was 19 days late due to another UPS in another state shipping it all the way back to the original location, when I called to ask for a credit or refund due this issue, I was told to contact the claims department. From there, I was told multiple times the only way to get a refund is from this original location. The manager Gail did not seem sympathetic towards my situation nor did she bother to escalate to the owner of this location. There was one associate who actually took the time to listen and seemed to care, I dont recall her name but she was very sweet and understanding. The owner hasnt bothered to follow up with me regardless. VERY poor customer service and shady guarantee policy. I shipped UPS Ground which is supposed to be 5 days ground shipping, I deserve a refund for getting my package 19 days later.

Terribly difficult location and the clerk was rude to me after asking the content of my package.

This place is fine if youre just dropping off a prepaid package to be shipped. However, if youre buying packaging materials or having them package the item for you, youre going to get screwed. $6 for an average sized box, $3 for the peanuts to fill less than half of the box, and $6 for about 3 minutes of labor that went into putting it all together. Also, I later used the online UPS price calculator with the final dimensions weight that the clerk produced (using UPS ground service) and found that that service was somehow marked up from $13 online to $18 at the store for no apparent reason.I normally package my items myself but since I didnt have an appropriate box this time I decided to take a gamble, thinking How bad can it be? Was I ever wrong. Next time I dont have a box Ill save myself $20 and go to staples or something.TL;DR: Dropping pre-paid packages off here is fine, but dont buy their packing services or materials or pay the consequences.
