Absolutely love going there. Did most of my Christmas shopping there. I almost always end up working with Zoey. She has never made me feel bad for being indecisive for an hour. Everyone Ive talked to has been super helpful and understanding. I always leave happy with my purchase. Wonderful products for any occasion. Will definitely be returning for years to come.

I don’t really know where to begin. I went in to look for a gold chain for my gf for our year anniversary. When I approached the kiosk, there was a pack of cigarettes and lighter on the counter. I brought it to the attention of the girl at the counter and she stomped over with a loud “ugh”, rolled her eyes, and then said if I “didn’t like it I didn’t need to shop there”. WHAT!? I was so taken back by this. I didn’t do anything but bring her attention to it because it was extremely unprofessional to have a pack of cigarettes and a lighter just hanging out on the counter. I thought I was doing her a favor because there are other customers that WOULD HAVE caused a commotion over it. After that response I refused to purchase my anniversary gift from them. I’ve been going to that same kiosk for YEARS and never in all that time have I been talked to so disrespectfully. Your guys standards have lowered significantly between my visit this past week and my visits last year. What happened to you guys!? P.S. the whole place smelled like an ashtray.

Staff was so friendly through the whole ear piercing process. I was highly impressed with how much they knew and how easily they calmed my nerves. I will recommend this place to anyone who is thinking about getting their ears pierced!

Had my piercing in for three months and it was badly infected the whole time hurts like crazy and they gave me a huge piercing saying that it was gonna swell up when it never did got it caught on everything because of the huge piercing.

The tech there was eating while she was helping us. She also made a comment “you’re killing me” Because it took us a while to decide what earrings to have.. Her customer service could have been more professional. If we didn’t ask her to wear gloves while piercing, I think she would have done it without putting them on due to her response when we asked her to.

I almost always enjoy my experience when I go there. I typically dont stop in unless the tall girl with glasses is there. I think her name is Cloe or Zoey. Shes super sweet and always makes sure I find everything I could possibly be looking for. She can always convince me to buy things. I went in tonight and specifically told her I was just looking and getting some ideas for my sister birthday. Even though she knew I didnt want to buy anything she showed me everything I wanted to see and even a few things I wouldnt have thought of. She did wonderful and I definitely have a few items in mind that are perfect. The other girls Ive brought from havent given me the best service, I typically recieve attitude when I dont want to give them my phone number or if I second guess if I want to buy something. The one girl I always try to see when I stop is the reason I keep shopping there. She knows how to deliver great customer service, even when its busy.

Took my daughter in for ear piercing. They were able to do both ears at the same time with an appointment. They were very nice to me and my daughter
