I wouldn’t recommend this company to ANYONE. My heater core was shot, had that replaced. Left thinking everything was fine, and it was not. My A/C needed to be recharged, which is fine- but they could have told me that, as a courtesy or maybe filled it? I found there was no A/C on the hottest day Maine has has yet. Then, there was a rattling that was occurring, I dropped it off to be looked at. “They couldn’t find anything”. Now, my air (heat and cold) does not work. Owner is now stating it is my fault, and it just “stopped working”. I used to recommend this business to plenty of people in line of work for inspections and such, I will never use this company again. Apparently they think I’m just made of money and can drop my vehicle off whenever to them to fix. Should have been fixed the first time. Beware.

First time customer and the experience was greatI could tell right away the man was going to be honest and upfront with me .. also very personable. Was having a problem with the radiator fluid ... I had a leak as it turned out .. needed new antifreeze reservoir for my outback it was delivered to the shop in short order he even showed me the defective reservoir. While we were talking I told him that the dealer had said I neededt back brakes he said what the heck we got the vehicle Ill go ahead and take a look at it well it did need them he was done and a half hour everything or an hour. I got the radiator fluid in the back brakes done and save money to boot. And finally as I said talking to him initially I knew right away I wasnt going to be taken to the cleaners will be going back for everything

SoundShapers messed up when installing an Intoxalok on my car, wouldnt take me seriously when I called them about it, and couldnt get me in to look at it for another six weeks. Auto Radiator Services heard me out, ran me through the possibilities and tests they could run, had me in later that afternoon, and fixed it within an hour. Awesome job! Thank you so much!

Very happy with remote starter installed. Second time I have used them for this service . We returned because the one prior lasted well (for over 200k miles of wear!) , and it is still going strong. I was however, a bit surprised by lack of safety protocols. No masks worn when waiting on customers, no sanitizing of pens, counter area, etc between customers and no wipes to do it yourself. I specifically asked about protocols when I made the appointment and I was told they were taking added safety measures- not sure what these were as even the basics such as masking and sanitizing were not being done. I would use them again, but would have held off on the remote starter if I had been aware of these lack of safety measures.

Needed help with old remote starter and took it to another garage. They had no interest in helping. Called Auto Radiator and Dave was friendly and was interested in helping me with a starter that was not even bought there. He got me in within a few days and solved my key fob/starter issue. He even noticed an issue with wire going to a cylinder and fixed that. They do other repairs beside radiators and starters. I recommend this business for anyone who is looking for professional and reasonable repairs.

We found him online and wanted a professional to repair the damaged radiator on our 1977 Chevy Silverado. He was prompt with the repair and took care of additional issues with the radiator. He has a great attitude and made us feel confident that the work was going to be done right. I highly recommend him to anyone, and plan on using his services for other things on our truck.
