Cannot get in touch with anyone at this building which is in violation of the Montgomery County Cable Commission guidelines. Verizon is suppose to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to subscribers in order to handle outages in a timely manner. Also, technicians are supposed to adequately correct issues at your residence before closing the tickets. I want to get in touch with a field tech supervisor or manager immediately regarding my service outage that is now going on 3 days. We run a home business and need access to the internet at all times. This is unacceptable. I will be filing a complaint with the commission asap.
