Great cab company. I was stranded in Baltimore and affinity sent someone out to me in no time at midnight. I highly recommend Affinity Cab.

Terrible Dispatcher. Hung up on me twice. Finally realized I was in the area (language barrier). His relative was much nicer and took me to my destination in timely manner

They were very nice and professional. I needed a cab ride out of town and last minute, and they came through for me. Even though I had to change my pick up time several times, they were still very patient an professional and I appreciated that. God bless them.

Beyond helpful when in an emergency situation. I cannot thank them enough.

I called and the man said the cab would be here in 20 minutes. 20 minutes rolls by, no cab. I call again and he says they have no cabs available and then hangs up on me.

I was driving behind one of their drivers today! It was the scariest thing ever! The driver was going way under the speed limit, swerving all over between lanes. I tried to locate this companies website online but nothing comes up when you go to site. Doesnt surprise me with the way one of their drivers was behaving. Very very dangerous!

Dave cab #985 was fantastic today he picked me up from my house and to the store helped with my groceries and took me home!The cab was extremely clean he got to me at a reasonable time I didnt wait long he also made sure I could get inside my home with my groceries and he was a complete gentleman and he drove very respectable with me and my son in the vehicle my 10 year old son even said how nice he was to me and him!!! Made a last minute call get to the airport and my parents had to pay with a card from out of state. They were the only ones that would do it. These guys are awesome! Would definitely call them again.

I want it to pay with my debit card because I want to avoid helping people to avoid taxes by getting payments in cash...but here is what happened:2 cab drivers tried to forced me to pay them in cash, they got really mad when I told them that I will only pay with my card and that I will pay for the debit card fee (I really dont have to pay for that fee but I was trying to be nice), they just kept on screaming and I had to tell them that I was going to call the police if they kept on getting closer to me.The conduct of this drivers its unacceptable, and I wonder if its illegal too.I was able to write the cab number of one of those rides, it was 659.

I wasnt even utilizing the services of the business, however, I saw enough with their driving on the highway to form an opinion. I was driving in the far left lane on 95 south on my way to work when an Affinity van decided they were going to merge into the lane. They merged into this lane without a blinker and when I was nearly right next to them about to pass. I had to lock up my brakes in order to alleviate the fallout from their misguided concept of driving. Idiots.

#677 drives Too dam fast and when you report it to the company they dont do nothing

Scammers. Flat. out. scammers. We rode this cab on a trajectory that we have taken with other cab drivers from Baltimore, right next to City Hall, which usually costs us between $10 and $12. This ride with Affinity cost us a cool $20.I think this cab company wants to pull the wool over your eyes. So if you see them drive by, let them keep going by. Its not worth the money.

On Saturday Nov.11..one of their cabs and I were in an accident...he t boned me on the drivers side...however...that is not the problem...the gentleman got out the cab..started yelling at me...never ever asked was I okay...got on his phone.....sat in his car...got out the car..still on the phone...got back in the car...still on the phone...and then claimed he was hurt and had the police call for another ambulance after they arrived...God dont loke ugly!

Driver of Cab 789 thew an object out of the window on I-95, then proceeded to drive aggressively through in intersection, cutting drivers off by going straight from a right turn only lane. I will never recommend this company to my customers again if this is how their drivers behave.
