Highly recommended! Small business but they are easy to deal with and very knowledgeable. I was given a lot of things to read but they were available to answer every question I had. I would advise to contact them via email, I got responses faster that way.The court part takes a while (Im sure covid does not help!) but they are not to blame. Overall great experience

Please use another service. The man who answered the telephone was extremely rude and disrespectful. He told me it was not his fault I did not know how to use goggle as I used Marylandrentcourt.com. Although someone made a mistake, as a so called professional business you should know how to speak on the phone. Dont use these ppl. If they cant repect you enough to be courteous on the phone then go to another service.

Maryland rent court services is busy at times but be patient. I have three cases waiting scheduling dates do to COVID-19. Busy or not . They give great advice and very direct with answers. So don’t take it personally. You want them to be this way in court!!!! So give them what they need ask questions!!!! So you can give your case the best chance… but they have won every case we had! I agree with the other reviews. Proprietor is rude and lacks customer service. I was a new customer and paid in advance. I looked past the reviews initially thinking to give company a second chance. Proprietor knowingly submitted an incorrectly completed form (dccv-113) to the District Court of MD. So I take responsibility for an incorrect form but who in their right mind would submit a bad form to the courts and not contact a new client to help them correct it before submission. New clients come back month after month. He did me no favors. I asked him to dismiss the case so that I could find someone else to file for back rents. Just imagine if my case was thrown out after waiting 60-90 days for the courts to open up again. A thrown out case could add 30 days. I thought this is why we hired consultants. My mistake twice.

Im an Out-Of-State Landlord, and I have a few properties in Baltimore City. Maryland Rent Court Services did an amazing job with serving my Failure to Pay Notices. If you are a landlord, this is a highly valuable service. I highly recommend this service.

File in rent court w/ confidence using MRCS. Very professional and responsive to email and phone calls. Their website has some really good information especially the Rent Court 101 document which can answer 99% of your questions up front. This was my first time going through an eviction (Baltimore City nonetheless) and MRCS handled it like a champ. Tenant vacated.

Ive been a property investor in Baltimore for over 20 years. Ive had a few tenants not pay rent here and there but I recently had one tenant who did everything she could to not pay rent and live for free. She broke things in the house just to file for escrow!!! She was a professional tenant for sure!Thanks to Maryland Rent Court Services my tenant FINALLY moved out! Best agent in town!

The guy who answers the phone is awful to speak with. Very linear unhelpful and just should not be answering the phone. I was considering using them for when I have a problem but man forget it.
