So not worth the money. I was charged $80 for a gel manicure and pedicure, the whole process lasted about 30 minutes. Gel was clumpy and rushed. The only reason I went to this place is because I got a gift certificate. Never again!

I went there to get a fill in and pedicure but they were unable to do the design I wanted on my nails. The pedicure and manicure was basic for the cost associated with it. I will not be returning.

Incompetency @ its best.I told the lady to do the arch only! Then the owner tries to fix them. This is the best they can do!???? The pedicure was fine. I went in for a full set of acrylics. The lady I had seemed very mean and she was kind of rushing. I got an all white set and it’s very clumpy and the shape is terrible. DO NOT COME HERE

I had a gel manicure a few months back and it was perfect. I went to two different nail salons for polish change and each time the polish peeled either the same or next day. I went back to VS Nail and have not had an issue with my nails. The technician says that my nails are thin, so he applies two top coats and two coats of polish. I will never cheat on VS Nail Salon again!!!

A male did pedicure my nails with overlay on my 2 big toes and gel Polish on my fingers and toes in 30 minute flat, he rushed my pedicure and my gel Polish on my fingers were 4 layers thick and very lumpy I explained to him that they were a mess and told me it would make them last longer😠

TERRIBLE 1st time experience me and my daughter came for pedicures had to tell them how to properly clean our feet rushed doing it this place was not busy at all my toes was file uneven and are still sore after going and my daughters polish was to thick on her nails there prices is way overrated for POOR quality SAVE your money DONT go here

I used to love going here but it seems that the customer experience is no longer the priority and theyve become more concerned with how many people they can get done than the quality of their work. I had to deal with having my nail tech hop from chair to chair while doing my nails. My last straw was when my rhinestones (I use the larger ones and I brought my own) came off and this was because he was doing two other peoples nails with mine so the application was rushed. I went back it I was met with attitude and when it was replaced (with another of my own) it fell of again.

This was my first time at this salon and I loved it. Ive been to a handful of places in the Baltimore area, and this is by far my favorite. They were all very welcoming when I came in. Although I had to wait about ten minutes after my appointment time, they were accommodating, friendly.The place is extremely clean, plays fun music, and my gel manicure looks great! Its conveniently located to my office too, which is great. They had tons of regular and gel colors to choose from. I cant wait to go back!

The service here is good !! Angie can be brusque at time but her Lash game is strong. The shop had a recent makeover.

I got a lovely manicure today at VS Nails. There were lots of extra little touches -- they offered to clean my engagement ring, offered a nice beverage, and asked whether Id like to keep the file they used during my manicure. I had previously had a not so good manicure experience here, but I now believe that was a fluke. Overall, I had a nice experience and the customer service is clearly top-notch.

I got my nails done a week ago and like 4 days in it looks like i needed a fill in already. They didn’t get my cuticles like other places would. My nails just broke of by me just getting something for my son! Not only did my nails look like that my cousin nails weren’t that great either. It seems like they rushed to do them since they were closing soon. Like if i’m paying $40 for my nails i want them to be how i like. Not rushed through.

My mother in law suggested this location to me. She likes to have her nails done by Henry, so thats who I requested during my first visit. He did my no chip manicure so perfectly that it looked photoshopped. Im now on day 24 and this polish still hasnt lifted or chipped at all. The prices there are very reasonable as well. Highly recommend!

I come here every couple of weeks and realized that VS NAILS is the place to go to. I got an arcylic nails and everyone is very friendly ! They also do amazing pedicures! I absolutely love this place and will recommend anyone to come here !.

I dont know the name of the young lady who did my pedicure but she did an awesome job and went the extra mile to make them look perfect! I would definitely come back the next time Im in town.

Over-priced

I would not even give them this 1 star right now. I dealt with this salon about 2 years ago and never had a problem with anyone doing my nails. I even recommended several friends to give them a try. Well, that has changed. Went back about 3 months ago and had grown out my own nails and just needed the gel overlay to make them look nice. Went in for a routine fill and nail file down and some young man snipped every nail off down to skin. Laughed it off and said well fix it with tip Owners sent him in the back when they saw my anger. Still wanted to charge me for a full set to fix them. Very unprofessional and will never go again. Evidently same young man has wrecked several nails, but still works there. WHY????

Ive been to a couple of nail shops and this by far is the worst Ive ever been to! If they are crowded the best thing to do is leave! Find another shop to go to because once youre in the chair they will rush on your nails. My nails looked a horrible mess. When they first told me to sit in the chair, I waited at least 20 min before anybody even came over to start my nails. It was a mess! Never again!

First time in here. Great atmosphere. All the staff is very friendly. I got a gel manicurre and the woman who did my nails was very quick, pays attention to detail, and meticulous. Prices are sooo reasonable and affordable. Overall such a great experience and I will definitely become a regular.

First time here. Stopped in because it was convenient to where I was in my errand running. Though crowded, I was seen right away and Kim gave me a wonderful pedi!

Great service from owners Henry & Angie. I’ve been getting my nails done at VS nails for the last 12 years! I only let Angie do my nails & they never have a problem accommodating my requests.

Absolutely terrible. My nails look like my 2 year old niece did them... and he stopped in the middle of doing my nails & started a pedicure on someone took over an hour and a half for a fill in with solid color... insane. My whole nail isn’t even painted on every finger.

Nails was not shaped well at all, very uneven. Didnt really give me much of a manicure, didn’t clip my cuticles, etc, nothing. Just threw an overlay on which was very rushed and messy. I had dried acrylic all over my skin. Wasn’t happy at all. Def would not go back.

Sketchy. My friends and I went here to get our nails done for prom and the experience was not all that to say the least. First of all, the woman doing my manicure made me pay before the job was done. Ummm...what? When has that ever been okay? Because I was paying with a gift certificate I payed anyways. Her tone of asking was demanding and kind of rude. Also, I was the only one out of my friends that was made to pay early. My nails ended up just looking like something I could have done and if that was what I wanted I would not have come. Secondly, my friends got acrylic nails and they were way too thick and sloppily done. A design was done on my friends nails that she did not ask for and was made to pay for it anyways. I wont be going back and I dont suggest you go either.

This place is filthy. The lady who was doing my pedicure literally put her gloved hand in a big container to scoop the orange scrubbing stuff they use on your legs. This is after she had already worked on my feet. I was in shock. Who knows how much bacteria there is in there from dipping with each client they provided services too. I do not think its hard to scoop and place the product in a small single use containers. They also use the same equipment to cut nails, dead skin etc from client to client without disinfecting. They DNT wipe the manicure stations. There was nail dust everywhere...I could go on and on. This was my 2nd time there. The 1st was for eyebrows and the lady did a great job so I came in for Mani and pedi...never again.

What a terrible experience. I will NEVER EVER GO there again. it was dirty, and they dont clean their tools. The man that did my toes was Rude and not friendly at all. This place should be shut down or the health department needs to go there.

One week later, my nails are still going strong! I was looking for a place to get a cheap and lasting mani-pedi last week for my office holiday party. I was so well taken care of and the mani pedi came out looking great. I will definitely be going back regularly!

Walked in it was a very unprofessional environment. A girl that works there was lounging on the couch. One of the guys was walking around, dancing, singing very loudly. The girl that helped me was very pushy and when I didnt want to get the gel nails she got extremely nasty. The same girl lounging on the couch ended up taking care of my sister, the girl was very rough, and very rude. Did not say your welcome, thank you, nothing! I would NOT recommend this salon to anyone.

If i could give 0 stars I would. I got a full set and they looked like Walmart press on nails. They werent even and I asked for coffin shape. 2 out of my 10 fingers looked like the shape I asked for. When they started to glue the nails on my nails started burning (never happened before ). I just took them off and they came off SO easily. I wouldnt recommend anybody go here. There also so loud and unprofessional like Im trying to relax and all they are doing is screaming and vacuuming. Inside isnt spa like at all. It looks busted

Rude customer service . I came in to get my nails done and the 2 women looked shocked that im even there im guessing because it was so early but your sign says open at 930 and I got there at 935 whats the problem? well if you dont feel like working go back home!! Ridiculous plus MY GEL NAILS ARE PEELING AND ITS ONLY BEEN ONE DAY SINCE IVE HAD THEM DONE PLUS MY GEL ON ONE FINGER WAS LUMPY LOOKING. Employees dont pay attention my nails have been messed up twice here, seek more training this is unacceptable and sorry isnt going to cut it all the time!! NEVER going back. You shouldnt either.
