I rented a 2019 Harley Davidson Road Glide Special from the Baltimore Harley Davidson location. The Eaglerider representative was Gordon. Gordon was knowledgeable and nothing short of exceptional. He spoke about riding, different types of bikes and accessories, and about the Eaglerider program. I completed the paperwork online and only needed to sign a few documents at the dealership. Gordon then introduced me to the motorcycle and made sure I was comfortable with all of the controls, bells, and whistles. The Road Glide was in exceptional condition and drove like a dream, they even offer a helmet if you need one. The registration online was simple, the interaction and time in the dealership was short and simple, and the equipment was top of the line. I could not have asked for a better experience. 10 stars in my opinion
