Sherry was great. I have been to other i.aging facilities. She is very caring and gentle. The front desk was great too. She had people.giving her a hard time but handled it well.

Very clean facility and social distancing is in practice which is great even though more people are vaccinated. It was busy that day. I waited for about 30 mins after check-in. I had a mammogram which was professionally done and the technician was awesome! She explained what she was doing and gave excellent instructions. I felt comfortable. I also had other X-rays done with a different technician, which was not as pleasant, thus the 4 star rating.

The reception staff and radiologist couldn’t have been nicer! They make this experience as pleasant as possible. You are treated with dignity and respect. I’ve been coming here for years, and I’d recommend this location to anyone!

I’ve been coming to this location for 4 years now. Started with this office during my pregnancy and still today I continue treatment as needed with this branch. Front desk and technicians are the best- well manner, friendly, pleasant and great attitude.

I don’t recommend this place. It was easy to make an appointment so the 2 stars are for that. The radiologist seemed annoyed that I was there.

The staff and technicians are very friendly, knowledgeable, and communicate every step of the process of what is needed or being done for the procedure. The front desk staff, Kelsie, was very efficient and friendly and there was just a short wait time. The technicians go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and explain what is happening all the way through the process. I had my first mammogram. The tech, Stacey, was very kind and sympathetic when I began to cry because it was very painful. I also had an MRI. The tech, Brian, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease by offering me a blanket and putting on my choice of music on the headphones. Ive never had that experience at any other location for over 18 years that Ive been using Advanced Radiology!

The tech was wonderful, I do believe her name was Mary, she made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me. The whole process went great from making the appointment until I left. Thanks for making a very nervous person, feel better. Compassion goes a long way.

Needed x rays done. Walked in and was taken back in less than 10 min. The lady doing the X-ray was so nice but professional.

My experience was excellent. Dr.Brian was professional and extremely friendly. He knew that I had small veins and was a little dehydrated from fasting, but he was patient with me. I will go back for all my future medical needs.

100 % Stephanie and everyone else were perfect, professional, organized , friendly. They were able to accommodate my last minute urgent need the day before Thanksgiving holiday . They read the images and forwarded the reports to my Doctors immediately. I would recommend their services to anyone.

First, I would just like to say that every person I encountered at Advanced Radiology was very pleasant, & kind. That said, I had the most horrendous experience at the Advanced Radiology on Merritt Blvd this past weekend.I had a previous reaction to CT contrast dye (hives) over a decade ago. When I called to schedule my most recent scan, I was told I would need to take pre-meds and that I needed to pick up those meds between 4-8 pm the day before. However, when I arrived at 4:30, I was told that the doctor had left for the day. The staff was wonderful and went through whatever process they needed to, and I was able to get my pre-meds, despite being given the wrong pick up window and having to wait for them to take care of the error.The day of my scan the tech was very nice and kind. After my scan, she assured me that I was out of the woods for another reaction and sent me on my way. This was on Friday morning, Easter weekend. That night, around 1 am, I woke to my entire backside burning, and when I got up for the morning, about 50% of my body was covered in a red, sun-burn style rash on 1/2, and a prickly raised rash on the other. I immediately took some Benadryl and saw no improvement and called the office as soon as they opened.I WAS THEN TOLD I WAS NOT HAVING A REACTION TO THE DYE. Yes, they told me that it was so rare for someone to have a reaction to the dye after pre-meds, that I was not actually having this reaction, despite at this point 70% of my body being hot, red, burning and itching.Of course, since this was a Saturday on Easter weekend, my primary care doctor and ordering physician were not in the office to help me. A quick google search on my part showed that while rare, I was having a text book delayed breakthrough reaction to contrast dye- to which a round of steroids is the treatment.They, however, continued to deny that I was having this reaction, and refused to entertain that this was happening to me or to provide me with a simple round of steroids to knock it out.Easter Sunday, I woke so dizzy and fatigued that I could not participate in any of the festivities with my child. I spent the day in bed and tried speaking with Advanced Radiology again- to no avail.Finally, on Monday I turned a corner and my rash began to recede. On Tuesday someone from their office called me and had the audacity to suggest that I shouldve gone to the ER, on a Saturday, before a holiday, during a global pandemic, and paid a hefty ER fee, to get a round of steroids for a reaction no one would previously admit that I was having.The gross negligence of their process is astounding. No patient who had a previous reaction to contrast dye shouldve been allowed to schedule another scan... on a Friday... on a holiday weekend, if they were not going to be available and willing to treat that patient, should they have a reaction. My reaction was not ER worthy. I was not having trouble breathing- but I was in incredible pain with a burning rash on 70% of my body and they did NOTHING. Not only did they do nothing, but they denied that I was even having a reaction that anyone could see I was having.Be forewarned- do not schedule any scan with IV contrast or anything that you may have a reaction to on a Friday- because no one will help you.It is totally unacceptable that any patient would be dismissed this way and let to needlessly suffer, over something as simple as giving them a round of steroids- especially someone with a documented history of previous reaction.Unacceptable.

I love the Dundalk location! They are super friendly and efficient. The front desk staff has always did everything the could to accommodate my appointments. Even when I was late, they squeezed me in between appointments and I was in and out within an hour

I felt totally comfortable once I came here for my appointment. Everthing possible was done to ensure cleanliness and prevent the spread of germ transmission. The staff was as always very courteous and professional.

I’ve been here before and they were great except for the woman who was checking people in at the front desk (pre-covid). Today it was the same experience, the first person at the desk was just unprofessional with how she addressed me, never really looked up and me and told me to sign in. However, there was another agent that told me to come on over because nobody else was waiting behind me. I know it’s hard to hear over the mask but she seemed irritated to ask me my name. I arrived at 1:30 for my mammogram that was scheduled for 1:45 and I was seen at 2:00 so I didn’t wait terribly long, the technician was super nice and helpful. The parking is great but the customer service at that front desk just needs work and a little more of a compassionate or even a friendly person who is willing to greet you. I mean most people are terrified when arriving there to get diagnostic tests.

This was my 1st time there, if I ever have a need for any kind of radiology I will definitely come here! The ladies at the check in were so very nice! The dr that took my CT scan was also super nice! I also want to say they take EVERY PRECAUTION to protect you from Covid19! The pens are sterile, there is plexiglass between you and check in there is also plexiglass on each side of your chair that is spaced 6 apart! Ive had to see a few Drs lately and Advanced Radiology is the ONLY place Ive been to that actually took the time to prepare their office setting to protect thier patients!! Thank you Advanced Radiology for making my visit so easy and so comfortable!

My visit today was spectacular! I have had several scans over the past 5 years & Advanced ALWAYS does a GREAT JOB! I had the privilege of meeting a new Team (new to me) & they were wonderfully efficient & both had an incredible bedside manner! Thanks!

Things went well from start to finish. Front desk ppl were nice as was the technician. In this time of COVID19, they were mindful of social distancing in the waiting area - and new pens were used for each patient to fill out paperwork. Overall, good experience.

Reason for 1 is solely on lack of process and consistent problems at terrible times. First had mri done weeks. Suppose to be 2 MRIs set up in advance. I was called day before needing pcp approval. Rushing that less then 24 hours. Found out recently only did 1 mri when I was supposed to have 2 done. Needing more MRIs done specialist again set up way in advance except 1, they called day before again about problem. Not approved. Insurance claimed it was. Was told they will look again and call if still if issue. No call. Text confirming appointment. Show up, denied MRIs for approval for both. Having issue getting MRIs done here now little faith they will do what they are requested of and billing my insurance ad If they did. No issue with staff just business processing.

Using Advanced Radiology Ive never had a problem and they have always been extremely nice and fast in their service and you dont have to wait long.

This is a great location Im glad I was here. Staff are really nice and went above and beyond to meet my needs. I had an issue with not having the correct paperwork and they did everything possible including calling the doctor and getting verification so that I was able to get my x-ray done without having to come back. People at the front desk and also thats great. Were all very courteous and helpful and the service is really quick. I will go here again anytime I need x-ray

It was a strange experience,I had never had an MRI before it was long and tedious.My technician was awesome.I would recommend this Merritt Blvd location to everyone very friendly staff.Very effecient.

She explained everything to me, step by step, to ensure I understood the whole process and for my first one I must say that I was not as nervous as I thought I would be. Had a MRI done at the Merrit Blvd location. The ladies at the front desk were phenomenal, and went out of their way to make sure I only had to pay my copay with my insurance. The techs that took me back for the MRI were professional, courteous and did a great job with the entire procedure. First class treatment top to bottom today.

Im giving a 4 Star for one reason. My appointment was at 1 pm. I arrived early for the routine paperwork and check-in. I was not taken to the back until 2:40 pm. Why? Because the appointment before me ran over, considerably. The front desk should have given me a simple explanation, but instead left me waiting and guessing in a subzero freezing waiting room for 40+ minutes. I was seconds away from rescheduling with another office. A little common courtesy goes along way! However, my technician was a sweet, wonderful woman. She was very apologetic and empathetic. Kudos to her!

I was burnt by the gel that was put on my stomach for a sonogram. It hurts

My visit today was excellent. Walked in, signed in, was waited on in a very quick manner. Check in process went smoothly, filled in required paper work and in a short amount of time was taken to the back to have my x-rays done. Was informed they could be sent to the doctor sometime this afternoon and if not, possibly tomorrow. Everyone I came in contact take was in a pleasant mood which made being their that much better because most of us dont want to go for testing but sometimes it is necessary.

Employees are always courteous & kind. Ive never had to wait more than 15 minutes within my appointment time Ive been here at least 10 times, over the years, and these points have remained continuous, over time. Thats unusual in todays world. So, Im happy to say, that Ive never dreaded any appointment here!!
