I had to ship 30+ packages (thanks, COVID). The staff at Postman Plus was super accommodating and made a seemingly overwhelming task surprisingly easy. Very helpful, very nice, very efficient.

I am a online eBay seller. For any small items, I usually utilize USPS and my mailbox waiting for the mail-person to pick it up. Any larger items, I usually have my own box on-hand and do my own packing then drop it off at Postman Plus to save the packing and box charges. If I dont have the box, I take the item to Postman Plus. I know through eBay I get a discount because I am a seller but I was not really bothered since my customers pay for shipping anyways.My first impression of Postman Plus in my area is parking can be tricky but its in a shopping center. The staff behind the counter are always professional to me and take care of my shipping with ease. I dont understand the other reviewers who said the staff was rude and unprofessional. I use USPS, UPS and FedEx and depending on the location, these services are pennies cheap or pennies expensive. On some days there is only one or two people working so expect a line to form and wait. They give me a receipt automatically with shipping labels but sometimes it was no fuss to ask for one. My orders arrives safely to my customers. I highly recommend this place for your shipping needs.

The two women working here when I had to send a package were both extremely helpful and kind. It definitely was convenient to drop off my UPS package here, and its wonderful to support a local business.

Ok let me do a gratitude rant right quick for Postman Plus in Parkville!!!!!I have a client in Bermuda that is a US citizen and so we had to ship her (large and heavy) medical water ionizer and filtration to my home and then from me out to her in Bermuda...I went to UPS in Canton Crossing first bc it’s right by my home and was quoted a crazy number lol today I made it to Postman Plus and Katie (not sure if I spelled it right, don’t have my glasses haha) was amazing. Extremely helpful, patient, and welcoming.She came and saw me carrying these large boxes and hurried to the door, scooped the small one I dropped for me, and patiently problem solved as we planned this important shipment out of the country. She even gave me her card and said my client or I could call at anytime even just for piece of mind...Needless to say I feel 1 million times better and Postman Plus made a stressful situation easy.You have my business for lifeeeee! Worth the drive.

I frequently use this company to send packages to my family members currently stationed at a US Navy FPO in Japan and I always get outstanding service at this location. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Katie, in particular, goes the extra mile in customer service. Being able to get gifts and “treats” securely delivered to my kids and grandkids when they’re 7000 miles away in the middle of an international pandemic means a lot!

Today I brought in a Computer Monitor with NO box, and a MacBook Pro to be shipped out. The people at Postman Plus helped me choose the right boxes, make sure everything was packaged up securely, and shipped out at the lowest cost possible.They customer service here was truly AMAZING.Thanks so much to the staff for all the help!

They refused to give me a refund for a package that I dropped off to them in one box, they sent to the wrong address, told me I can pick it up and when I came back to get it, it was in a completely different box and some items were stolen.Thanks alot.

I was completely ripped off with my shipping costs today. I verified such when I got home with UPS, FedEx, and USPS. I am completely irate.

This evening I needed to pick up my package left by UPS. I rushed through traffic to arrive prior to 6:30pm. I arrived at 6:28pm pulled open the door only to have the door pulled away from me. The gentleman said we are closed, locked the door and turned off the open display. I felt so disrespected. He is absolutely rude and unprofessional. No sorry we are closed we open tomorrow morning at 8:30am. I hope he treats other people better than he treated me, I am going to tell my distributor to never send my packages to this place again.

The post office near me is always very busy and has a very long wait so I figured I’d try this Postman Plus location. The gentleman that works here is very unprofessional. The first time I came in he was chatting with the customer in front of me. Normally I would not be bothered, but we were the only two customers in the store and he just would not stop talking. I waited just as long for them to finish their conversation as I would at my very busy local post office. The second time I went in to this location, I again had to deal with the same gentleman. I was asking questions about how fast they scan in and send out their USPS packages (I sell items online and send numerous packages out each day). He was noticeably irritated by my questions. I then went to make a purchase for a single small box. He refused to let me run my card as credit and insisted that it be debit. I was so irritated that I just walked out. I went next door to another local business and they gave me boxes for free! I would have happily paid, but the gentleman was so unprofessional on both of the occasions I visited that I won’t be returning again. I’d rather wait in long lines than receive bad customer service. Don’t recommend going to this location.

This is the closest place to me but Im going to look for a new place.The packages I drop off always get to where they are suppose to go and the people are always friendly, until you ask for a receipt. When I have to return an Amazon package I like to have proof I dropped it off, as a just in case kinda of thing... They hate that! I have gotten a lecture by the people here every time, they say I dont need one because the Amazon slip already has a tracking number on it and thats all I need BUT what do I have that says I dropped it off with Postman Plus if the package never arrives? I dont need to be scolded and I dont need to spend an extra 15mins with you making me feel stupid for asking for a simple receipt. Please realize that its ridiculous for you to think I shouldnt receive written acknowledgment for the services you provide. If I would have bought stamps from you, you would have given me a receipt without any discussion.

Its my go to place for all kinds of packing and mailing needs. I definitely recommend it.

The staff failed to mark my package of Christmas presents as fragile as instructed, so it came back from UPS with every glass container broken, despite having been packaged in bubble wrap and paper packing. Thanks for ruining Christmas. I can either spend more money to buy new gifts (the other ones were irreplaceable) and ship them, or show up for the holidays with nothing to give. I wont be using Postman Plus again.

Owner is very rude I mailed a letter priority which cost around $9 was never given a tracking number and 8 days later still hasnt arrived at destination, when I contacted the store he said he doesnt no if it was shipped priority was very rude I will never go here again!
