I have put companies onto their network as well as other networks depending on the sector the customer is in. I have purchased different service packages from self to premium. After years of working with them as well as their competitors, I do not recommend anyone to work with this company. They have internal issues going on which reflects poorly on their service. I speak to members of different departments and they all have negative things to say about their coworkers. Their performance is no where near their competitors. They do a good job trying to impress you prior to joining their network and as soon as you join, no results and poor service. Since you have already joined and signed a contract there’s not much you can do other than look for a way out. If you have no choice but to join them go with a 6 month contract and opt out of the auto renewal. I have worked with them for companies in the US as well as Global companies. The performance and service is the same.

This company has the worst management team possible from Supervisor’s to the President and CEO, they all lack a backbone. I spoke to some of the employees due to the poor professionalism I was receiving and they are not happy with their job or company. The integrity of this company is terrible as the manager of shareasale uses manipulative tactics to get you to join either Awin or shareasale. None of the team can work together to achieve a common goal. After speaking to an executive they explained I would receive much better service from Impact as working with Awin would be a waste of time and money. Save yourself your money and just look for a different network to work with.

Great company. My daughter works there and they are great to work for.

If I could give this company zero stars I would they’re service is absolutely horrible and this company should be taken down and never see the face of earth again! My payment has been delayed more than 10 times and they stole half of my profit. There’s no way of contacting them because they never answer they’re emails or live charts and that’s because there’s only one woman who’s in charge of everything and she’s horribly rude I don’t even think it’s a real company I hope someone reads my review and shuts this company down.

Awin service in the USA works very poorly!1- Support not responding Day 2.2- Chat also doesn’t work.3- Commissions and transactions disappear.4- Payments delayed.
