My company found that a third party purchased products fraudulently, using a different companys bank information, and the shipment was housed in this location, ready to be sent off to a different country. But the business owner was very helpful, suspected something was suspicious and not right, contacted our company for assistance, and cooperated with the authorities when we identified the issue and attempted to recoup our losses. Each and every member of the team have been of impeccable character and continuously gone over and beyond to meet my needs. This includes Ayo (CEO), Ayo (manager) and Sam (employee.)Whilst there is strong competition in this market, VAC in my opinion (and clearly from the other reviews) remains above and beyond the rest as they are able to consistently provide high quality and reliable services. The fact that their service remains uninterrupted during COVID is a testament to this. My air freight arrived in less than 10 business days and my sea freight in less than 40. These timings are much shorter during normal times.The CEO operates his company with the highest form of integrity and is personally available and accessible to customers. He is very transparent about prices, delivery times and updates you frequently about your packages. I was provided with videos and pictures documenting the weighing of my boxes which accompanied the invoices with the cost. On one occasion when I missed the deadline for the delivery of the box, he personally picked it up as his staff were unavailable.Ayo the manager, remains available regardless of the day of the week and is always responsive to my questions and queries. He very kindly went to the office on a Sunday (his off day) when amazon delivered by package earlier than expected. He is always polite and kind.Sam, who kindly collects my boxes from DC to deliver to Baltimore is respectful, hard working, very punctual and helpful.VAC went the extra mile to re wrap my boxes to avoid any water damage as it was rainy season in Nigeria. All my boxes were delivered on time and in perfect condition straight to the recipient. They have on numerous occasions received items at their offices and packed them for me before shipping them out.I have had complete peace of mind working with VAC and I wholeheartedly recommend them and their team to anyone who wishes to procure goods, vehicles or ship items from the US to Nigeria (and the rest of Africa.) It is very rare to conduct business with a team whose focus is so heavily geared towards the customer.

Victoria Air Cargo saved my company $10,000 (USD) by preventing a package from being shipped to a fraudulent customer. If it werent for the owner of Victoria Air Cargo, the package would be in the hands of a scammer. We called the Attorney General, the Federal Trade Commission, and Local Police -- none of them could fix our problem. Victoria Air Cargo stopped the scam before we could even start a conversation and had our package stowed securely at their location. After we got in touch, their team immediately sent the package back... Only asking for a review on their website in return. Do business with these people, because they are good hard working people.
