To date, our network of shippers have shipped over 50 containers through Express Shipping International, and we have never experienced any issues. Not serious at all. The only reliable person there is Bonita. All they want is your money, once they got that, you wont get any explanation about anything even your vehicle title or other paper may get lost and there is anybody that can help. Just be careful if you have to deal with them.

Poor service, dishonest. And unprofessional.They do ask for money before shipping vehicle but dont make the payment to the shipping company on time, which results into you the customer paying penalties to your destination port.

We were approached by one of ESIs sales specialists 4 years ago and we decided to give them a try. It was the best decision. Our previous NVOCC took our business for granted. ESI didnt take our business for granted. They were patient with all of our questions and our confusing shipments from different NGOs from Washington, DC to different shipping destinations throughout Africa and Latin America. They are the best freight forwarder/NVOCC in Baltimore and in Maryland.
