They have like authentic Lebanese cuisine. Everything we ordered was tasty. We got Falafel combo, Chicken n lamb tawook, Fattoush and Baklawa in desert. The yogurt drink is also nice if you like sour drinks. The staff/owner is a very friendly and generous gentleman. I think they should increase the portion though.

This is frankly the worst Lebanese food I’ve ever eaten. Shawarma is my favorite food, bar none and while walking around fed hill today, we decided to give Byblos a try. We seated ourselves, and after >10 minutes, one of the employees who had passed us by a number of times stopped at the table next to us to ask if they were ready to order. They said they’d already ordered and the man walked away until my friend flagged him down, letting him know we’d like to order. He seemed surprised. He took our order-the beef shawarma and foul and we waited eagerly (we were starving!), only to be disappointed. The sandwich had about five pieces total of beef, the seasoning (what little existed) tasted nothing like shawarma, and the wrap was mostly made up of iceberg lettuce, with a fair amount of raw onion and a few stingy pieces of beef. The foul, another of my favorite dishes, was almost as unappetizing-the meal’s saving grace was the single piece (??) of clearly not-fresh, store bought flatbread, that we dipped into the olive oil/lemon picture that the fava beans were sitting in. It was shockingly disappointing and even moreso, because we were so hungry, most anything would have been satisfying.Super confused at the number of positive reviews, and definitely do not recommend and based on both the quality of the food and the lack of care/poor service would not try it again.

We just moved to the area and were searching for a Mediterranean restaurant that felt like home, Williamsburg, VA. We found just what we were looking for; husband and wife owners, small, friendly, with great food! Used Open Table app which said they had no reservations available, but called and they did, so use the app, but call if it says none available. Don’t give up, it’s worth the trip!

I’m giving 3 stars bc there’s a pandemic. But also - restaurants - please understand that if we are ordering from you, we’re probably too exhausted to deal with life and cooking right now. We’re probably having a hard time eating due to all the stress so we NEED your food to be good so we actually eat. *deep sigh* I ordered pick up today. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh. The pita was stale and the hummus had a consistency similar to applesauce. It was extremely watery. The falafel was subpar in comparison to the frozen falafel available from Trader Joe’s. I am from NYC so I realize I have high standards but I’ve even made my own falafel from scratch and this falafel was sad. Idk if this is the standard for Lebanese food in Federal Hill bc of the clientele but idk. I really don’t know. I’m beyond baffled.

Ive been coming to this place for the past 3 years and it is always a placer to come to this place. I LOVE it. The food is delightful, the restaurant is cozy, the owners are AWESOME. Lebanese food is my favorite and they definitely know what they are doing. If I could give 100+ stars to this restaurant I would. One of the owners (the woman) speaks Spanish. It was difficult to not love everything about this place. The ambiance was comfortable, decor was nice and interesting, staff was sweet and welcoming, and the food no doubt was the best part. The food was so delicious, fresh, plentiful, and surprisingly very affordable. I like the minimal menu and I got the full plater kabob which had such a balanced plate of food. Really impressive how theyre able to feed customers in their small kitchen , tucked in a corner as youll see when you head to their restroom. I highly recommend this spot and look forward to stoping by the next time Im in the area.

Enjoyable Lebanese cuisine made by a friendly Lebanese couple that treats you like family. This is one of the few places that will give you the whole coffee pot rather than charging you for individual thimbles full of it. My first few trips were a five star rating, because of all the things I just mentioned, but then I had a three star opinion of the place because a meal I had did not live up to my expections, but I gave it another shot after a while and so its back up to four.

Im giving 4 stars to not skew your ratings. Visited a few times before and the food was always top notch. However when we ate here last weekend and it was very different. Food was bland, especially the hummus, how can a Lebanese place have bad hummus? Worse than supermarket quality, bland pasty and watery.
