I don’t want to start with this place and how unprofessional it is. The program is supposed to help people not make it hard for them. I tried to enroll and the people here were nothing but rude and nasty. The place is run by a bunch of young people who don’t know how to run a business. The staff are just rude and don’t know how to address their clients.They leave you sitting and waiting for hours because they are so money hungry for insurance. I would not tell anyone about this company and they really need help teaching them manners. It’s a terrible disaster.

Things started ok...Now I choose not to attend! Not a good place to me, I gave a chance and only came out in a worse shape.

The people here are so nice and helpful! The workers give off a warm vibe. They are really professional and easy going ! I would recommend this to anyone

I was a new patient at transformation health and my experience was absolutely HORRIBLE! I only had 2 appointments with my therapist Ms. smith then when I would call in to schedule my best appointments they would book me for an appointment and she would never come out to see me. I literally sat there for 2 hours and no one had the decency to tell me my appointment was going to be canceled due to them OVERBOOKING. Clients . I expressed that I was going through deep crisis and I needed to be seen the front desk lady kept promising to relay my messages to my therapist and she never did . Also I pretty much had to beg for appointments. After me being fed up I called and asked for a new therapist they told me they have new priority clients that needed to be seen before me as if my issues weren’t relevant. Smh I also asked for an referral for another therapist or program because I was overwhelmingly disgusted with the sub par level of professionalism. Again they all promised to call me back and never did but they are still billing my insurance and not seeing me. DO NOT GO HERE ! If you are truly in a crisis or need help they will treat you as if you aren’t important I just thank god that I had someone in my personal life to help me work through my unhealthy state of mind. These company is and it’s employees are CLASSLESS AND EGREGIOUS !!!

Transformation Health is the best. Ive been coming for 2 years now. I got the help i needed and more. They are great and respectful . They even got transportation. I love it and will recommend it to anyone who need this service.

I have been apart of this great company since the birth and I can honestly say they love, care and provide for their clients in a way that I have never seen in my history of working with the under served communities in and around Baltimore, MD. The owners of Transformation Healths team of professional super-seed expectation with service to their clients and community. I look forward to being apart of this great team!

Coming here has been awesome Ive been coming here for about 2 years or more the services has definitely helped me and they has child services along with adult , group sessions , mentors for children and adults so they get a great from me
