Amazing experience!!! I was skeptical after seeing the reviews about not returning calls, but they clearly were wrong because I was immediately taken care of and was found the perfect position. Also the reviews saying that it took so long to find a position, that is true because they want to give you the job that is best for you. I 100% recommend for anyone looking for any position because they know their stuff!

Kennedy Services is an invaluable hiring resource, and has helped me and other clients the past few years. I readily admit to trying to do it on my own, only to end up disappointed and frustrated. I and a few of my local Baltimore clients realized the benefits of using Kennedy Services. They take the time to listen and understand the individual staffing need and provide guidance and feedback to make the whole process seamless. I think they have a different business model than other staffing companies and are more flexible and they have placed temp and temp to perm/ direct hire candidates.

Now Ive been with this agency... I wont say there disrespectful, I will say stern! Honestly it may take a little time to place you due to there positions being state contracts. But they will find you a position. Dont bash the company because of your experience..... Cause you dont know if the next person may have the same. 👌

On today I came across a Customer Service Representative position on indeed that was posted by Kennedy Services. So I went ahead and applied for it. I reached out to the recruiter about the CSR position Im not going to mention her name but clearly she didnt want to submit me for this particular position that I applied for. Because I was submitted by another temp agency in Texas which submitted me for this position back in November 2016 but I didnt move forward because at that particular time the project was placed on hold. Ive never heard such thing that you cant submit a candidate for a position because they was already submitted by another temp agency. Its been more than 60 days so I dont see why I couldnt be submitted for this position but I will be contacting the EEOC. I notice a lot of these temp agencies do not like to help people its sad to say but its the truth.

THEY ARE FULL OF SUGAR HONEY ICE TEA THEY CALLED ME FOR 2 JOBS THAT I WAS TO WORK FOR THEY CALLED MY REFRENCES AND ASKED WHEN COULD I START BUT NEVER GOT AHOLD OF ME AGAIN. THEN WITH THE OTHER JOB THEY TOLD ME I HAD AN INTERVIEW ON A MONDAY THEN CALLED AND SAID THEYRE RSCHEDULING AND NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. AND ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS SINCE IVE HEARD ANTYTHING THEYRE NO HELP AND GIVES FALSE INFORMATION. LUCKILY I DONT REALLY DEPEND ON THEM TO FIND JOBS THIS WAS MY 1ST TIME EVER IN LIFE USING A TEMP AGENCY SINCE I MOVED TO BALTIMORE AND HONESTLY ITS A WASTE OF TIME....
