Reliability, humility, etiquette, neatness, consideration, dedication, organization, accountability, integrity and expertise are not professional descriptions l would attribute to Whitebox currently. Do not work here or do business with them. And if you’re not pale don’t expect to be moved up no matter how much hard work you put in. Your inventory will end up on pallets with other clients products indefinitely. High expectations and SHlTTY technology and desert speed internet. Who runs a business with chromebooks, $9.99 scanners, and 3G wifi?????? The people in the office have a “don’t talk to entry level employees” rule. There are more broke scanners and computers than working ones and they had the nerve to renovate their office and buy a robot that barely works. Most of your inventory will be eaten by RATS!!!!!

Since moving to whitebox as a small business they have:-Failed to sync systems and not shipped orders at all unless I am constantly vigilant, while charging me hundreds of dollars per month in extra fees for that additional service-Overcharged me $850+ without catching it or recognizing it until I brought up-Failed to integrate new products and missed ALL orders coming in for that new product despite assurances they it was corrected-Delayed shipment times from 1-2 days to over a week for an average order-Not provided an SLA that they will adhere to-Consistently sent the wrong products to customers, requiring adjustments and new products sent which I lose significant revenue on without compensation-Ignored all requests for rectification of the above issues and continue to auto charge me full price-Failed to deliver overnight shipments for a week, and still charged full price-Provided zero proactive effort at all to follow up on orders to ensure they are leaving on time or two the right people across three different representatives-Did not perform contractual obligations to get my store up and running on several non-Amazon sites

No such thing as service or support here. Have not received a response to a simple inquiry after 16 days and multiple e-mails....
