Review №1

I am giving this review based on my personal experience and to draw attention to a problem which may or may not exist with Amazon lockers here in the US.. It is my hope that Amazon will start to consider site safety and ADA compliance if they encounter bad placement like this one. The Rosa site and build out by Amazon was poor and potentially hazardous based on my own experience.I know a little about Americans with Disability Design, but not a ton, and this is not to express a professional opinion. This locker is likely not ADA compliant and a hazard to the general public until simple safety measures are addressed. An unmarked 6 step/drop drop exists to the right of the locker, only a foot away. Someone accessing the lower right lockers could encounter a trip hazard or fall as was my experience. Turning and walking down the side walk, there is nothing that calls your attention to a step. The step needs to be marked or locker moved 2-3 feet left to give people enough space to realize the hazard. These are my opinions, pictures and review only - just as a heads up. I love the locker system, but until my own incident I never thought about how other less able bodied persons might run into difficult.Amazon - please consider safety audits of you locker sites and ADA considerations. Just a friendly plea from a concerned customer.
