If I could give more than five stars I would. I was extremely pleased with the outcome of his work, his level of knowledge and expertise in working with Mac computers is superior. This was my first time using his services, I could not be more pleased especially since I use my laptop extensively.

Vadim executed the upgrade and transfer of contents from old to new iPhones and laptops for me. He was wonderful and accommodating to work with, patient and generous in his explanations, and completely competent at getting it all done, much to my relief. I will definitely continue to go to him for any further help I may need, and cant recommend him highly enough.

My experience with Maryland Mac Help couldnt have been better. When I spoke with Vadim (the owner) he quickly understood the challenge I was having with my 2009 Macbook Pro which had become unusable. He offered a few options and the cost of each. Dropped off the laptop that afternoon and then picked it up the next day. New hard drive, additional RAM and upgraded OS. They took care of ordering all the parts and were able to get them quickly. Cost was very reasonable for parts and service. I now have a like-new Macbook Pro for a small fraction of the cost of buying a new computer. Highly recommended!

My mom’s 11 year old iMac was running super slow and having boot up issues. She is a writer, 92 years old and especially during his pandemic has been very dependent on her computer- so I wanted to be very careful of who I had fixing her problems. I contacted Maryland Mac Help and was so pleased with all the support and help I received from the owner, Vidim. After an upgrade to an SSD drive and some additional Ram - Her iMac is now running great. Vidim went above and beyond my expectations and also found and eliminated a couple viruses found on the computer.. I recently retired from JHU Applied Physics Lab working in the Information Technology Department and I used to manage the support group so I know what good customer service looks like and believe me when I say I would recommend his services. He knows what he is doing technical and knows how to deliver his service with excellent customer communications all at a very reasonable price. And my mom was very thankful for the quick service! Now she can go on to write her next great book!
