After expressing my frustrations on getting my car back 3 months after my accident with a broken windshield that was caused by my ACCIDENT that my INSURANCE COMPANY PAID FOR TO GET FIXED, This is the type of treatment I received from these mechanics. I was already being patient with them. They returned my car 3 months after my car accident with a broken windshield and a crooked trunk and I’ve been driving around like those for 2 months. That’s 5 months of negligence! These guys aren’t professionals . They are SCAMMERS! Stay AWAY FROM T&S ON PULASKI HIGHWAY!

I had my rear bumper replaced due to an accident. The guys were very polite and respectful and the job was excellent and the price was very well reasonable. I will use these guys from here on out, hopefully I don’t need anymore body work done but if I do this is the shop that I will be using.

My fiancé Anthony browns car was stolen and ended up at the impound lot. The insurance company paid this company to pick up the car and restore the repairs needed. Long story short they never retrieved the car so it was recovered by the car company. We called the auto body shop numerous times for 2 months because they were already paid the owner Malik said he was going to retrieve the car but didn’t for months. We asked to come pick up our insurance check which the insurance adjuster said that my name was forged to it and cashed. Malik would say he was out of town and then never respond. It’s been over a year now so we decided to contact our lawyer along with Better Business Bureau to finally have them take accountability for this theft that was committed.

Extremely unprofessional and always have so many excuses to not get things done.My car insurance paid all the fees for the new parts and repairment but they used old parts instead of new one and even not changed some parts on list. The manager told me they did changed. Lying in front of me.when I get my car, my car still have problems with left front tire, it is unbalanced and it made the tire pressure sensor always on. This made my two front car tires heavily wear out. I went to 4 different professional auto repair shops to examine my car, they all said that my left lower control arm has not changed and need to be replaced. I paid the money and this T&S autobody lied to me.The manager always said they will fix it but never actally take actions to fix my car and stand me out for thousands of times.After thousands of times failed negotiations, I have to took my car to other more professional autobody shop to fix all these probelms, and it took more than $1000.I hate T&S Autobody. It is a really terrible experience. Not just for the money loss, but also for the time and energy you put in.Never come here! I mean it.

For everybody that is wondering how T&S Auto shop as compared to a lot of other places around the area, I want to ensure everyone that this is a great place to buy and get car fixed. Ive purchased two Acura TLX from T&S Auto and I have not had any issues with my car. If there was any minor work that needed to be done the management and the owner were able to work efficiently and get all the work done on time. Ive recommended this place to two of my friends and in total we have bought five cars from this location and the service has always been fantastic. I assure everyone that they can get their car from this location would a complete confidence. This location also have experience mechanics that will fix your car at a competitive price. I highly recommend it to everyone! (Be aware of the two dogs on this location).

Took them a month just to start the repairs. The owner is so arrogant and unprofessional. My engine hydrolocked and had to be replaced. They put a 2015 engine in my 2018. But they still couldn’t get my car started. I had to take my car to the dealer and pay an extra $1,000 to get it running. And to top it all off, they left my suspension loose. Didn’t even tighten it up after they put the engine in. Do not go here. It’s terrible.

Malik Took the time and sent me pictures of videos day by day to show me process of the work being done excellent Paint Job on my 15 Mazda I highly recommend the shop they also pay your deductible if you have any trouble they will take care of you just talk to them great people and on time performance thanks again

After an accident,I decided to take my car to T&S Auto body. They added a new M3 number on the car as well as did a muffler mod to quad exhaust tips. They also did a great job of finding the color i wanted for my car. We did a Santorini Blue color which looks AMAZING!!

First off I am so ashamed my own people can run a business like this. Please stay away from them. There are other shop, better shops in the area that do the job 100x better. And as far as these good reviews go, i know half those people and they are fake good reviews. They are even cheats on the internet so just think what they do in person..

I took my infinity fx 35 to T & S auto body shop to have body work done from a crash and got a great price, the body work looked great like it was brand new

I brought my bmw in to the shop for a body repair on the hood and they left it like brand new perfect color match grade. Got my car returned in a very timely manner as well, I highly recommended them.

My car was there 3 weeks , I was not satisfied with finished job . My car was not ready when I was told it was .I was made to feel like I was important when I drop my vehicle off, to quickly have that feeling squished when I was told a number of times that the shop was very busy . I am busy too and not having my car and being in a rental 3 weeks was to much. I went there on recommendations of a friend . I probley should of check around . There are many things I found after picking my car up that I was not happy with , missing parts detail items and poor detail work pin strip , not straight to the end.Car was not detailed, I was told to bring it back the next day . which I refused it was there 3 weeks . New damage all though minor still new. Send message to shop with no response, not that I would of taken it back . Thanks for reading. Check around before you trust your vehicle to just any shop.

They sell cars that arent meant to be on the road and not inspected or inspected through crooked means. They have dubious and very shady way of selling faulty cars by doing the body job by themselves and sell the car with all the serious mechanical malfunctions. These guys are crooks and dont be fooled by their 4.0 ratings. They are creating multiple google accounts to give these shady business a good rating. I warned you dont patronize them....Please!!!

Very unprofessional car dealership, at first they persuade you by saying the car has a clean title and not salvage, but when asking the car fax they wanted 50$ more. 2 days after purchasing a vehicle from this place, engine sign came up and started hearing weird noises coming from the transmission. This place is a total scam I advice you go to a certified used dealership or any big used car dealership rather then these scammers.

This auto shop should be closed. They are defrauding their customers. Dont go there if you dont want to waste your money. Malik told me that he will fix my toyota corolla and he did an awful job because the bumper got loosed after few weeks. I went back to complain to him but he did nothing about it. They should be arrested and closed down.

I took my 2011 acura tl to these guys for a rear end collision repair. These guys did all the work according to my estimate and arranged me a rental car on top of that they took care of my deductible. I was totally satisfied with all the work they had done to the car and i would’nt hesistate to refer my friends to take their car at this shop. I was very pleased with the customer service the staff was very friendly. Thanks guys definetly u guys r the number 1 on my list and this is where im gonna be coming from now on for my regular maintenance.

First of all, do not be fooled by the rating of this establishment because the co/owner (MALIK and his counterparts) of this body shop made up series of google account to raise it ratings. They do fraudulent business by purchasing cars that shouldn’t be on the road for part and they replace the body and paint it to cover up the fatal internal damage on the car then sell it as is to naive people. I had a terrible experience with them because I was so naive and desperate to purchase a car. I bought a car for 8700 not knowing that the car isn’t meant to be sold because it has been totaled as junk by insurance company. MALIK told me that the car had a clean title and the only issue is the wheelbearing which I personally paid him to fix but he never did. After purchasing the car I realized that the car doesn’t have Airbag, the wheel shakes when driving, the transmission jerks back and forth, squeaking sound from nowhere, and several other mechanical issues. I took the car to carmax and they valued it for 2000k meanwhile I bought the car for 8700k. Please do not patronize this businesss if you don’t want to be duped and scammed. BE WARNED!!!

I wish I read the reviews before I bought my vehicle here. These people should not be in business! Horrible!! Absolutely horrible experience!! They had my vehicle in this shop for over 6 months and it broke Down several times as soon as I left . They take your money and don’t fix your vehicle. I have had such a horrible experience from when I dropped my car off to when I picked it up. I have to start all over. Such waiste of time & money!!

Do not buy a car from them they are scam artist will steal your money they do not have good quality cars they sold me a lemon paid $3000 for a van malik was suppose to give me the right size tire he is not a man of his word i only had the vehicle for a month and all the wires fell out from under the hood....a total waste of my money and im pissed...you try to call him he doesnt answer or return calls

Very unprofessional people got my back tire new and they forgot to tighten the lugs so I’m on the highway and wheel just flew off very bad service when I called back they wouldn’t admit they did that.
