I recently moved into the Baltimore area from Washington DC and needed clear guidance on how to get my vehicle registered and also information on how to convert my DC driver license to Maryland. The first thing I observed was the calmness and listening ears giving to my concerns and questions about getting this things done. Then here comes the information so clear and honest. I finally got my vehicle registered today and I would be scheduling with the MVA for my driver license conversion.I would recommend this place to anyone wanting tags and titles services.

Business owner is completely unprofessional. After looking at the price of my bill of sale for a car my uncle gifted me for graduation, she told me to “get out” and refused service because there’s “no way someone would sell me a 2014 for that price” when I repeatedly explained it was a “gift” from a family member. After I demanded an explanation for why she was kicking me out of her office, she proceeded to yell loudly, in from of other clients. I pulled out my phone to document the spectical she was making and she PUSHED me out of the doorway using the door. Legally I had the right to report her to the authorities but a $5 notary wasn’t worth the stress. I wouldn’t suggest anyone use this service or patronize this business. Her office is dirty unorganized, with an unpleasant smell and it looks like she lives there.I’m really in awe of how unprofessional she was but how she keeps and presents herself the office speaks foe itself. 🗑

Went to her to notarize papers for mortgage company, she was nice when we were paying but when I returned to ask a question she was rude and dimissive. I would not suggest ever going there for anything. Service is not just when my wallet is open but also when you have questions about serious issues. She alao lied about being a notary since it is still on her website and when I called she said she did do notary work. I would not do business with people who lack integrityAs you can see she continues with her misrepresentation of the facts. She did notarize our papers and take our money. I had only returned to ask her a question. It is amazing how you could not even extend the common courtesy to listen to another human. You were so defensive that maybe the State to look onto your business practices. I was not asking you to break any rules but to provide clarity around what you could do. Your rudeness over took your ability to be respectful to others.NO NEED to reply to this as it would be better time spent to reflect on what you are sending into the universe, as you told another person who submitted a review.

Everything got solved in a nice respectful manner. I was treated with honesty and respect. They treat you the way you want to be treated. All you’re needs will be met no doubt about it. I 100% recommended their services.

This lady made a youtube video saying that she do Certified salvage vehicles she says she will go to MVA for you its all a lie i called her today she was very rude & unprofessional she told me she don’t do salvage inspections & also called me out of her name for Challenging her please don’t go here the lady has an attitude problem

We needed to find a tag and title place that was open on the weekend after the normal 12 pm closing time of everyone else and this one was it! We rushed over and was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the service fast and efficient but we were treated like family! When we left, my knee jerk reaction was to give a hug goodbye lol. It was a wonderful positive experience if you could ever have one at a tag and title establishment. Im having all my family and friends go here.

Ms Kathleen was very kind , straight up . She took the time out of her own business to drive me around so that i could drive off in my car. She showed kindness of relations. Shes has great customer service skills. I was amazed , her helping me out & didnt even know me , showed me she cares about her coustmers. Shes 👍 GREAT.

Ive never written a review before, but Kal-Ven was the most honest, nicest and knowledgeable business owner I have had the opportunity to meet. She was able to give me all the information I needed and also guided me for my Title which I got free from MVA , which she could have easily charged me for.If you need any Tags or Title work done, dont hesitate and go see her.

Clueless. Came to this shop because they were the only one open on a Sunday. This poor lady working this place is utterly clueless on what she is doing. I mean it folks. It should take you about 30 seconds from entering the door to figure that out. She questions you on the procedure to get your vehicle registered when you are there to have your questions answered. I ended up wasting 3 hours of my weekend because this lady couldnt find my lender on the states lender list, saying they werent an approved Lender. It was the NIHFCU and has been around for decades. Sure enough, I called Freds Tag and Title and they told me in 20 seconds over the phone that it certainly is and they verified it in the system. AVOID.

Were opwn on a sunday whe. Most were. Not .. Very fast n helpful .but apon checking the receipt they charged us 120$ service fee for 10 mins of there time .. Title xfer was only 100 bucks and tje historic tags were like 75My normal tag n title n title place was closed but i calld him and his fee is only 25$They are open later n weekends when u need them just b ready for a huge 120$ service fee witch is more the. Double of most places

I came here for notary services. I signed documents prior to coming forgetting I am supposed to be witnessed signing. That being if no issue, the issue was how nasty the woman there was. I would never do business here. This is essentially exactly why I hate black businesses, bad attitudes.
