Poor overall purchase experience due to lack of communication from the business office. While my salesman was fine, my interactions with the business office were the worst of the 6 dealerships I have purchased from in the Baltimore area over the last 20 years.While trying to deal with issues regarding adding the appropriate lien information to the title, as well as getting the car registered, I have sent numerous emails, called over 10 times and left lots of voicemail messages. Nobody on the business side has ever answered the phone, replied to a voicemail, or answered an email.

They forget to disable the oil light after the did the service.They told me the checked the A/C and everything is fine but in fact they didn’t.Worse things ever they try to rid of you and they don’t get back to your voicemail. I don’t know how they still in the business with such a service.

Go to this dealer only if you wish to be ripped off and humiliated. My wife and I drove 3 hours to this dealer to buy a new Toyota Tacoma. We had a 2016 vehicle for trade-in. The salesman, who was surly and rude, began by dissing our car (negotiating tactic to be sure, but done very unpleasantly), then presenting us with a price that was $7,500 above dealer cost. Only a small part of this was taxes and mandatory fees. No lie - the dealer cost is available through JD Power and Kelley. They stuck on unwanted options like LoJack (said they did it for all their vehicles). Plus, they offered $3,500 less than Kelley Blue Book for our car. Their excuse for the excessive pricing? Oh, its Covid; its a different world now. Covid does not give a dealer an excuse to rip off potential customers and to insult them in the process.

Not good, They advertise low prices, this is a joke, I Stopped in ready to buy with cash in hand, then the sales manager wanted an extra 3000.00 over the sticker price!!! Thats correct, no rebates, no incentives and 3000.00 extra to boot with all proceeds lining the pockets of this unscrupulous dealer. They tried to up-charge me $2000+ on the vehicle I wanted because I live an hour away and justified this by saying they need to β€œprotect the online pricing for local customers only.” The sales team also said they would not accept my loan through USAA and noted that I would either have to pay cash or finance through Toyota at a higher rate.

Every time I go for service on my vehicle I regret buying my car here. The very first time I went for my routine maintenance (which you have to do there every 3 months for years) it took hours for just an oil change. A tire rotation is also at least an hour and a half wait. EVERY TIME. The service manager - who I think is no longer there - actually yelled at me in front of other customers when I questioned whether going somewhere else for an oil change would void my warranty entirely (I was right, btw). If you do have a question about whether something is covered under warranty, hopefully you get to the right person first otherwise youre either transferred to and from the service and finance department and front desk (each either not picking up or giving the wrong answer) - or youre told that its covered and when you show up you find out it isnt. Everyone at the service department, aside from that first service manager, is very nice but its so tiring getting wrong answers that waste a lot of my time and waiting for *very simple* maintenance taking almost half of my day. Ive let them know about these issues in the past, but have not ever received follow-up to my feedback. Buying my car there just was not worth these headaches each time.**Updated based on the response from the owner** -- As I stated in my original review, Ive let Jerrys Toyota know multiple times about these experiences and never receive a follow-up or resolution. I dont plan to waste more time on contacting them directly, which is why I wrote this review.

Sale person was kind but the finance manager was the worst person i have ever met……….. laughing and mocking us while we were trying to have a serious conversation with him…….. they were charging us $6000 more for the same car that we got from another dealership….. got the same car for $29,000 which this place was giving me for $35,000……. Too many extra fees that didn’t make any sense. Overall wasted our 3 hours……… worst dealership ever

They use a lot of shady techniques to try and keep you in the dealership to buy a car.Also they hide a lot of mark up prices to lure you in.Best example is they are currently advertising a 2021 Supra for 52k on their website but you go in and they neglect to to tell you online that they’ve added LoJack oh and here’s an additional 1800 dollars worth of markup fees. So you go in expecting an out the door price of maybe 55k but get handed an out the door price of 64k. Not cool. Just be honest about your pricing.

Only three stars from me although I like the perks and had a good experience up until I met the finance guy( the Hispanic guy) this was 2016 its 2021 now and I still dont appreciate how he treated me. He offered me a package for damage and it also would change my payment he told me it could be removed at any time and my payments will go back to the original payment. So when I decided to remove the package he would not put my payment back to where it originally was and had a nasty smirk on his face. he didnt know if I could afford the new payment or not he didnt know my struggles and I said to him you treat me good I come back and he said how do I know youre going to come back with a smirk on his face hes a liar and he misleading. Do not go to this dealership.. The general manager (Matt) Will Lie to you in regarding to the available status of a vehicle. He is not a professional for such a high level position at this dealership. it is very unethical for him to shout out at the customers in regarding the deal while they are leaving the dealership because of the disagreement on the Final Price (which is not even available for sale on that day). I have had a vehicle serviced here several times now. It is a quick and efficient process.The inside waiting area has a huge TV, the kind you might see downtown at the Horseshoe Casino at the Guy Fieri restaurant. The Olympics were playing today, however the wont always be whats on. It would be funny if they played Fox News, but they probably play like WJZ.While youre waiting, take a walk around town. Actually its a solid five minute walk to any of the stores, which include two grocery stores staring at each other from opposite sides of the road. Whats up with that?My rep was super knowledgeable about the general costs of the work being done and was able to find a fair way to total up the labor cost. I found her to be super professional.Seems like a good place, probably more expensive than other options.

False advertising at best, fraud at worst. Despite listing at a discount, there is actually a $10,000 markup over MSRP whether you live in their market area or not. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at Jerrys Toyota. I keep saying to my husband that this was the easiest, most enjoyable experience buying a car that Ive ever had. We are from a different state so I was working with Matt and Paul via email and text to get my trade and the New 4 Runners details worked out. Their prices were the best that I found so we were willing to travel from out of state. I kept thinking what was going to go wrong, were the numbers going to change or some sort of surprise upon pickup, these few days have been too easy.We picked up my new 4 Runner last night and it couldnt have gone any smoother. Through the whole process there were no surprises or negativity. Matt and Pauls integrity and honesty were apparent from the start. This is my first Toyota but it will not be my last. Ms. Crysta from the financial department needs behavioral therapy and customer service classes.I was calling for the past two days and she didnt answer the phone neither called me back. When I went to her office, she was texting on her phone and answered my questions while texting. Also she didnt invite me to come in and sit down, I had to ask for it. She was rude all the time. When I left her office I went to the service department and while an agent, Mr. Dixon, was working on my car she asked him why I was still there if I only needed one thing to fix. Mr. Dixon, a professional, respectful and educated man, answered her questions but she was rude again.This is the first and last time that I would speak with this unprofessional and disrespectful person. Hopefully the dealership manager, who said would talk with her, fix her behavior.I have been a customer since 2013 and bought 3 cars there because Khalid is a great salesman. However, today I was really upset with this frustrating and unpleasant experience.

NOPE!!! Not good!!!! We went there with clear intentions of purchasing a $60k+vehicle. The saleslady was very courteous/professional. Appreciate her. However, the assistant manager, if that was his role, came over and tried to push us into a price that was actually $500 more than MSRP.! Are you nuts? He completely forgot the art of negotiation, pushing three negatives out there right away. I dont play those games. I figure your time is worth something....and so is mine. He clearly had no intention of offering negotiation or producing a win-win. One hour later, we subsequently got our same vehicle, with a couple of additional features, for $2,500+ less elsewhere. To not even invite a conversation (my boss is not here. Then why are you even open to the public if you cannot sell a vehicle). Bush league. The shame of it was given our jobs and network, we could have referred many there for potential business. Their loss, in more ways than one.

Bought my 86 from this dealership a few years ago and just brought it in for my last free service (oil change and tire rotation). After waiting about 2 hours the service advisor came and told me that I had a transmission pan leak. Assuming it was a problem with the transmission I told them to fix it. After I looked at the full receipt when I got home, turns out I was charged $126 for them to spray A/C refresh in my cabin air intake! Never was the A/C system mentioned when I made the decision to have it fixed. Could’ve bought a can of this for $10-$15 at any auto parts store. Instead I was charged $40 for the 5.5oz can alone! My experience with Jerry’s has been great up until now. All in all I spent over 4 hours waiting. Absolutely predatory service practices. I’m never bringing this dealership my business again. If you do take your vehicle here, question EVERYTHING that the service advisors tell you. Do not trust them.

Horrible service department from rude service manager to lazy technician. As a technician myself I do most of my own repairs but in process of moving and it being engine related I figured just take it to a dealer not gas station mechanic to get quality work. But apparently there is no difference with going to Jerrys. Went to purchase a used 4Runner, sales person Ed was terrific, very helpful. However once I got to the finance department things went way south. Very fast very abrupt, no explanation on anything, was lied to about pricing. When I have called and emailed with questions the following day no one answers. Not to mention they failed to abide by the hold check agreement we signed, which caused major issues for me on my end.

Like others have stated, complete waste of time coming here. The shadiest of all cars salesman who will pry for personal information instead of providing fair and unbiased offers, and make you feel pressured and uncomfortable. Wasted 2 hours going around in circles and after getting nowhere, walked out and was followed outside by the car salesman and sales manager asking me to stay longer....this was after they told me they wouldnt provide me any information on a car I was interested in because I wouldnt verbally agree to buy said car at that very moment. Whoever is running this operation needs to implement some drastic changes. Would definitly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

As another reviewer stated- this place operates like a scam. I took my car in for a flat tire repair. There was a nail VISIBLY in the middle of the tire - not the side wall. They ended up charging me $220 to replace the whole tire instead of patching it. Ive had MULTIPLE flat tires in my lifetime, no different than this one.. each time it was a simple patch.On another visit for my 30,000 mileage service - which is just an oil change and tire rotation - they quoted me nearly $300. I took the car to a regular auto body shop, and paid $80 for it to be done.I will never, for any reason, take my vehicle back to this Toyota dealership. I was going to trade in my car and buy another one through them, but their dishonesty and shady business tactics has permanently turned me off.

Short Story: I used the websites payment calculator to calculate my monthly payment based on down payment. I go there and ask to buy the car based on what they gave me online and their response is youre not from the ZIP code we offer that price so youll have to pay $4000 more. I even sent them an email and called to confirm whether they would honor the online price and i kept getting come on in and well work out the number. I HAVE A TODDLER AT HOME AND DROVE 1HR (PAID TOLLS) SO I COULD BE LIED TO. CHAD did not even accept the mistakes their website made.Long Story: The purpose of offering the lower price is more philosophical than anything else. Basically anyone who buys local would mean in future theyre going to buy local again so the dollar stays local and community prospers. My argument was I bought a car from Owings Mill Heritage CDJ (even though i live in Laurel) and Im planning to buy car from Nottingham (still living in Laurel). So for me as customer, is more important for you to retain customers (and what you offered me online) or make me pay more because im not from the zip code?Chad was completely unreasonable and unwilling to understand/accept the mistake their website made.The dealer was not honest over the phone before we started heading out (1hr drive with tolls) to the dealer.I even emailed for confirmation so that i do not waste time driving. And this was another frustrating part.I confirmed through two methods and still Jerrys Toyota was not honest.I would NOT recommend this place.

I left a 2 star review on another account about 4 months ago and didn’t go into detail, it was because customer service was terrible, but earlier today was frustrating dealing with them. I had a 2:30pm appointment, I called a head of time and notified service I was going to be 10 minutes late due to an accident on the beltway. I get there they take my car back, and about 3:05 a rep came up to me to go through what they were going to do with the car. I asked the rep β€œhow long is this going to take?” The rep told me about an hour, my response was β€œan hour until it gets serviced or I’ll be out in about an hour, bc I’m working and need to be back at the office.” Rep assured me everything with be fine and taken care of. I waited an hour and 20 minutes from the time I spoke with the rep (the car was in their possession at 2:42pm) before asking what was going on and how much longer. Come to find out they hadn’t even touched my car and the rep explained that my car is next to be serviced. Which ended up being a lie, bc my car was not in any type of line except parked in their parking lot. My thing is even with an appointment you’re telling me service is at most 2 hours behind? And what’s even more frustrating is that the rep completely wasted EVERYONES time bc if she would have just been honest with me about the wait time or given me an update after waiting in the waiting room for idk maybe 30 minutes I would have gladly rescheduled, understood and left. This is completely disrespectful especially after being reassured and the rep knew my situation. Then when I called to reschedule I was told that they would β€œtry” and fit me in on a Saturday as I heard who was prolly the rep dealing with me, over the phone in the background obnoxiously yelling at the girl I was talking to that it will take an hour and a half. The rep that was working with me didn’t care at all about the inconvenience and was a complete snake about the entire thing. ReallyNot a good look especially since this seems the be a pattern.

Very, very slow. Took 5 hours for a regular maintenance. There is a shuttle service but it can be disorganized. I was told the shuttle was on its way, waited 30 minutes, called and found out they didnt even have me on the list. They wont try to upsell you, at least in comparison to other service centers Ive been to, which is also a plus.

I went for my first service this morning to have the undercoating/Sound shield, the rustproofing, the pain protection, the interior protection, the undercoating &Rustproofing, Paint & interior protection, the hole nine yards extra care that I paid separately after purchasing a brand new car and customer service was really bad.I was sold a car shown w leather seats but they were covers only, a drivers side with a scratch, which I was told it was going to get fix in my firs visit but it turns out that it won’t.I never met the sales manager. They don’t know how to say please or thank you. The building and outsides look good but the customer service is really bad.I already regret this purchase.

Erik was my sales person. He is a really good guy with a friendly attitude and a quick responder. He also helped me get the best deal. I bought a brand new Toyota RAV4 2020 in September and Jerrys gave me the best deal. I now recommend Jerrys to my friend and he also bought a brand new Toyota corolla from them. He is happy also.

I WILL NEVER TAKE MY VEHICLE BACK THERE EVER AGAIN THE WORST SERVICE EVER. STAY SAFE STAY AWAY FROM THIS JERRYS TOYOTA. my wife went to get the air replace and find out later that the plastic side bezel broke off the seat and none of the seat controls worked. I Took the vehicle there multiple times to get them to fix it. End up having to take vehicle just somewhere else and come to find out they DIDNT RECONNECT THE SEAT CONTROL BUT ALSO THE AIRBAG TO.

I was deceived into signing a vehicle service agreement i DID NOT want. On 03-20-2021 i purchased a brand new vehicle from Jerrys Toyota in Balitmore, Maryland (Which i am completely happy with) I also purchased gap insurance coverage as i did not want to drive from Maryland to Pennsylvania without it. But in purchasing the gap i was told i also had to purchase a $4,000 vehicle service agreement and that they could not be purchased separately. I was not willing to give up the gap so we discussed this issue for about an hr or so. Finance Manager Ray informed me that the agreement could be canceled after 90 days and not a day sooner ( i asked about that multiple times also) he assured me that i could keep the gap and cancel the VSA or i could cancel both if i wished during that time. I was later informed by Toyota customer service that i did not have to purchase both and that i didnt have to wait 90 days to cancel them. So i followed their instructions and canceled the VSA. The first 2 managers i spoke with were not helpful and really did not care about me being unhappy with my purchase. One even told me to get a lawyer. The third manager i spoke with Chad tried to act concerned ( which i appreciated at the time) but i later came to the conclusion he only cared because i had filed a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General. So he was only able to keep up that charade for so long. He later turned out to be dismissive and lackluster in his apology with no resolve or care for my issue. All three of the managers kept telling me i didnt have to sign anything but neverΒ  acknowledging the fact that i was lied to in order to sign the VSA. They are all tried to put it on me and not take any responsibility for the actions of their employee. But Chad did indeed clarify that i DID NOT have to purchase both products and that i absolutely could have gotten Gap Insurance as a stand alone item. Although the contract has now been cancelled (by me) my monthly price still remained the same. Which means im still paying like i have the coverage but my contract is now shortened by like 6 mos which means nothing to me (i was ok with the length of time i signed up for). But the problem was that i was stuck paying a higher price that i didnt have to pay had i not be lied too in order to get gap insurance. Although this issue has now been rectified by ME i just wanted to share so that this doesnt happen to anyone else.

Had a really shady experience trying to purchase a Supra at this location. Walked into the dealership with plans to secure a purchase for later in the week but walked away after being charged double the appropriate tax on the car then being refused a breakdown of the charges.The appropriate taxes for Washington DC on the car shouldve been $2300 but instead I was charged in the $4500 range. After correcting the salesman on the issue he insisted that he was right and that I was wrong. I left the dealership after the price of the car that had been marked down to $49,000 ended up being $58,000 (sticker price lol). Classic bait and switch with shady salespeople, probably why they have around 20 Supras on their lot that dont seem to be moving fast. Salesmen called/texted me back asking to talk about updated tax information but never apologized or admitted that he was wrong.Avoid this dealership as they wont explain charges to you and will throw fees and inaccurate tax charges at you. Taking this one to the BBB as a tax violation has legal implications. Took their price off the website got it price matched by another dealer and walked away with my Supra somewhere else.Stop being the reason why people hate Car Salesmen!
