I always receive professional help each and every time. All of the associates are super friendly, and the building is extraordinarily the cleanest car dealer facility Ive ever visited in my entire life. The floor is so clean you can literally sit on it and enjoy a meal without grease stains on your clothes. My favorite Associate (although everyone is extremely welcoming), is Jamie Christopher from the Kane Street facility. She is one of the nicest people Ive ever met, and she always make sure that my needs are completely met. I never ever ever leave disappointed. Keep up the phenomenal work!!!

Bought a car used car from them had it only about 1 1/2 months. Check engine light came on. Called they give an appt for almost three weeks away. Car completely breaks down had to get it towed to them. They sent car out said they dont work on dodges. Wound up having to get a whole new transmission. And now I am being told I have to pay other place $520. They also like to give you the run around when you try to get info on your vehicle.. So dont buy from them they rip you off.

I dropped off my 2021 3500 dually pickup off for a oil change and a steer tire looking air at 1300 hrs on Tuesday was told they would call me when it was ready for pickup. I was told it was a 3 hour wait for a oil change. I didnt hear anything by 1400 hrs on Wednesday so I called and ask the status on my Vehical, was told they couldnt tell me anything because the computers was down. I recommended that someone walk over to the truck shop and check on it, so they transferred my call over there and of course no one answered so I left a voice mail which was never returned. I called Thursday morning and asked again and was told that they couldnt give me a update because the computers was down, I ask to speak with the manager, the call was transferred to Tony and I left him a voice mail and he never returned my call either. Again I called Thursday at 1600 hrs and was told that they was doing my paperwork now and I could come and get get it. I drove by 3 times Thursday and my truck was parked outside the shop all day in the very same parking spot and still there when I picked it up

I needed a new key fob for my car. So when I called they said they had one for my car. When I asked if they had any available appointments, I was told I could bring my car in at anytime, so I had it towed in. I show up the next day, the lady at the sevice desk tells me my car wouldnt get looked at until possibly Thursday, or Friday. When I told her what I was told, she told me I was misinformed, I should have talked to someone in service, when I told her I did, and I was not giving any information, I even tried calling, and no one picked up the phone. When I finally got in touch they where already closed.She told me there was nothing they could do. Then when I asked if they could tow my car to the other dealership, she told me it was my responsibility to get someone, and pay for it. I told her I was responsible the before, and they were unprofessional. It took a couple of hours, but thankfully the company I used came and towed my car, and sent it to the dealership I was going to in the first place. Should have just went with my frist option. It might have saved me the aggravation.

Was lied to about their attempts to contact me even though they were given two different contact numbers and stated numerous calls and messages were left. Both numbers had no missed calls or messages from their service dept. Charged double the amount for parts I did not need and when attempting to discuss matter, service rep was rude and walked away. I wont be going back to that service dept. On a good note, their sales and finance person, Rodney Boone is very good and pleasant to work with.

When I purchased my car I purchased the extended warranty with my vehicle. After two months of having my vehicle my sun/moon roof cover broke. I went to Bob Bell to have this cover replaced, which was supposed to be covered by my extended warranty. After one week of my vehicle being at Bob Bell I called to ask about the status I was told that Bob Bell was arguing with my extended warranty and that I would have to pay the service fees which were supposed to be covered by my extended warranty. After arguing that Bob Bell did cover the service fees, but when I came to pick my vehicle up they did not replace my sunroof cover they tried to use the old sunroof cover which was broken and did not fit properly. I spoke with three separate people the first two told me this is just the way that it is and I have to deal with it. Once I spoke to the third person which I was told was the manager he told me that they would in fact order a new sunroof cover and replace it not only was my sunroof cover not replace properly but there were handprints all over my ceiling black oil handprints all over my ceiling. This is my first experience with Bob Bell and it’s terrible I regret buying my car here. For anyone wanting to buy a new car do not go to Bob Bell on Kane Street. I am now waiting for them to call me to let me know when my sunroof cover will be in so again I can be transferred into a rental car and hope they fix the issue. After leaving Bob Bell I went to Gerber glass and collision and ask them to check my sunroof cover. The body man literally laughed he could not believe that they tried to tell me that this was how my sunroof was supposed to be. Bob Bell on Kane Street will try to get over on you.

Bob Bell the salesmen was very nice Dorian, he really sold me with the certified vehicle but when I go into financing they say it is not a certified car when it is clearly posted on the vehicle. So they certified my vehicle. Now certified is supposed to be like new but my vehicle is in need of a 60,000 mile tune up. I just spent 20,000 plus for this vehicle, now the want to charge me an additional 700.00 dollars for a tune up. What does certified really cover? I am finding out nothing!!! So all the other problems I am having with this so called certified vehicle is so they say the tune up. No after just a couple of weeks will they get more money from me!!! I will not recommend anyone to them signed a unhappy camper!!

Probably the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Hank, sales specialist, was extremely patient and answered every question I had. George, the sales manager, worked with Hank and went above and beyond helping me get the SUV my wife wanted. The team kept me informed as the process went in, and let me know where the finances fell and worked to get my payments where we needed.

Bob Bell sold me a used car that has resulted in me dropping another $5k in engine work. I bought the car and literally two days later it’s overheating, I take it in to get “serviced” and they supposedly fixed it and boom blown gasket and cracked header. They knowingly and willingly sold me a lemon but since I bought it “as-is” I’m stuck with a $5k + bill to get a new engine rebuilt. Thanks Bob Bell.

This is the 6th & 7th cars that my family has bought from Bob Bell. For the past 3 we have used the Super Hero team of Hank and Joe. They have worked miracles on getting us literally into our dream cars. We bought our first Traverse from Joe Evans 9 years ago. We were treated with such respect and didnt feel like we were taken advantage of that we have gone back to him ever since. Even though Joe has been promoted he always works the best deal for us and introduced us to Hank. Hank is such a professional. Very trustworthy, kind and understanding. He sold me my new Traverse in Jan 2021. I never thought in my wildest dreams I would ever own a NEW CAR. However, Hank and Joe made it happen! For this 2 car deal they were able to get my mother into something safer as she ages. It was even the color she wanted, for the price she wanted. Nothing short of amazing. The piece of mind I have knowing she is safe on the road is priceless. The other part of this deal was upgrading my husbands truck. Again the worked an amazing deal. He is so happy with this truck which in turn makes me happy. I have recommended them to many people and will continue to do so. When my daughter starts to drive in 4 years we will be there again as long as Hank and Joe are still there. My only complaint is that Bob Bell has gotten rid of Bell Care. This was a HUGE incentive to us. One of the main reasons that we came back in 2020 to get a truck. If they could find a way to bring this back that would be amazing. If you are even contemplating buying a new or used car see them first. They are nothing short of amazing at what they do.

He was very efficient at taking care of my request. He followed up with me regularly, and made my purchase a pleasant experience. Hank was very knowledgeable on additional benefits of ad on services such as one star and the Chevy app. He even helped me enroll in Chevy rewards. Where to start is the question brought my GMC truck over for a PCM code, I got when I ran it myself with my own reader. They told me that wasn’t the case it needed another module. Fine paid them almost a grand. I get my truck back and have the same exact issue.I bring the truck back over a week later and told them they need to fix it of course this time around they tell me I need the PCM module. When I’m fact I told them that was the cause all along. I also come to find out since of course they had to find something other then that to blame. They cut my MAP wires and told me I need that fixed as well. I attached a picture so other customers don’t have to deal with the Scam artists at Bob Bell & the service manger clown known as Bill Cole.

WARNING!! WARNING!! WARNING!!Do not purchase anything from this dealership. I purchased a 2017 Chevy traverse with 33000 miles on it for my wife for Christmas. The check engine light came on and none of the lights would work 50 days after I purchased the vehicle. It is important that I maintenance my vehicle at the dealership to ensure I get the best service and years out of my car.Upon arrival I was asked did I want tire rotation with my oil change, I answered No.After driving on local highway I noticed front tire vibration , I check tire pressure on dashboard Noticed changes. I checked my receipt my tires were in fact rotated. This will cause uneven wear and an un comfortable turbulent ride. Also future front end alignment issues

A few days prior to Thanksgiving I had my Equinox towed into service on Kane Street because the car had a terrible odor. It smelled like something died.I spoke with Ms Stacey Jones. She was great. Everyone was very polite.The blow motor had a dead rodent in it. A new blow motor was installed that day They said it might still have a smell for a bit. The first oil change which was outside of their warranty period the shop discovered an oil leak that would require major work. I attempted to contact bob bell and was told I was sol. We decided to trade this car in for a new one to ensure a properly functioning vehicle but I am now in negative equity because of their failure to properly inspect a car before sale.

Theyre always prompt to write you in and the service does not take long, all things considered. Even if you didnt buy your car here but would like to service it at a dependable and honest dealership this is the place to go right on 1 Kane Street in between Baltimore and Dundalk just off of North Point Boulevard. When you pass Crazy Rays on Erdman Avenue going down towards the bridge and Dundalk its on the right you cant miss it.David and Gabriel are two very good salesmen who will take care of you and bend over backwards to make a deal go through. They were really helpful in trying to get me into a new car but unfortunately I was too upside down and did not have the down payment required by the bank so I couldnt make it happen this time. I was here a few months ago for the same reason and the down payment then was twice what it was today so theyre really getting good at negotiating with the bank.Likewise Joe Evans the new car manager who worked closely with Gabriel this time is excellent at setting up great deals. He was the one who ultimately gave me the deal of a lifetime but like I said even though he managed to cut the down payment in half I didnt have it so I couldnt make it happen. Like Joe said in a few months when I will have paid off more of my car and saved up $1500 to $2000 for a down payment, half of what was required today, possibly then I will get an even better deal with a marked-up trade in value, which also happened this time.I highly recommend this Five Star Chevy dealer.

I bought a new car from Bob Bell at the end of last summer. In February, my car was totaled and since it still had temporary tags, Bob Bell still had the title and did not give it to me. My insurance needs this title information to pay my claim out. Both me, my partner, and Geico themselves have been calling and leaving messages with the title clerk Mary Mullin for TWO months now. I have been practically begging them to get in touch with me. I also left a message with the GM to escalate this with no response. Im afraid theyre going to force me to take legal action, which is a shame because they could resolve this in 2 minutes flat by calling me or my insurance company back. I dont know why they wont, but FYI on this terrible customer service. If you need anything from them after you buy your car, good luck.If the owner sees this: This is the last step Im taking before calling a layer on Monday. Its possible the staff just hasnt conveyed this message to you so Im giving benefit of the doubt here. At this point Im exhausted and need this corrected.

The process went fairly slow. Nate our salesman was knowledagle and friendly. When it came to financing I am very unsatisfied. The main problem was the financing process. I had to gone so far into the process as paperwork was being discussed and I had to ask what my interest rate was. From Nate to the finance person the interest keep going up and up. I was going to backbout 9f the deal when my new car interest rate was 5 points higher than my used vehicle. The final interest rate was not where I wanted but it was workable. I felt like it was bait and switch. I may buy another Chevy but not from that finance person.I also had my partner with me who was looking to trade in a car for truck. There are some challenges with credit that is being built, but after my deal was done, no effort was given to seen8f something could be worked out.Lessons learned - get you financing done before you go so you have control and there is no bait and switch....

Me and my wife purchased a 2020 chevy equinox. Our sales person was chris Johnson. Chris was awesome and got us a great deal on a vehicle that we both love. I will never go back to Thes place I have my car sitting there to transmission (8) days I got my transmission under warranty I drive only 70.000 miles and fill again I don’t think these is the right place to get a serviceI also have like 4 Frend saying the same

Best Car Buying Experience yet....Internet Sales was a great experience, found the car I wanted, with the options I needed on Autotrader, Bob Bell had the best price within 1,200 miles as I live in Atlanta. They had all the original paperwork, window sticker, etc. Sam walked out, took pictures, measured tire tread depth, answered questions and provided the Car Fax.They dont negotiate internet pricing which was fine as their price was great and they dont tack on stupid dealer fees. Example of stupid dealer fees ($899 dealer processing; $199 window glass theft etching; $89 nitrogen tire fill, etc.) Also, they dont accept payment or down payment via credit card... not sure why but its a company policy, and i wanted the frequent flyer miles....Put the deposit on a credit card, they FedEx paperwork, filled it out returned in the FedEx envelope they provided; wired money to pay for the car. A week later I flew up, was met at the airport by Sam, shuttled to the dealership; Spent 35 minutes getting final paperwork, they refunded credit card deposit and was on my way.They had detailed the car beautifully, all manuals were in the car, and filled the gas tank. My daughter LOVES her new car.......but it was dirty after driving it 712 miles home... but her face was priceless when she saw it.Took less time than buying a cellphone at Verizon....
