Awesome customer service! My car broke down on my way home from work, and I called several other tow companies but nobody could help me. Angelo responded immediately and even picked up my husband at our house before getting our car! Basically this guy came to tow my car, crashed into my neighbors car. Then ripped me off. He is a complete jerk never use him. After he finished working on my car my windows will no longer go up or down.

Angelo is direct. But he is also very knowledgeable. I went to have my check engine light diagnosed. Upon reading the codes his nephew took my engine cover off and went right to the source of the problem. He spent about 20 minutes making sure I understood I had oil leaking on my spark plug because of a faulty valve cover gasket. I initially thought I would need a tune up. Mr. Angelo explained what a tune up is and how costly it can be and just recommended replacing the gasket, which was less costly than the tune up. He also help me diagnose the white smoke coming from my exhaust as a head gasket issue. I looked up everything he said and he was spot on. He is not afraid to empower his customers with information and I appreciate that. If you take you car to him you will get it fixed and get a mechanic lesson.

Angelo was referred to me by my fiance. He has replaced my tires, brakes, and rotors. Recently, he replaced a damaged passenger side mirror and was able to successfully mix and match my custom car paint to perfection. Phenomenal customer service! I needed my car jumped and Angelo didnt only do that, he also checked my oil and other things under the hood as my battery was charging... free of charge! He was able to answer questions and provide so much information to me, as I know very little about cars. About 1 or 2 hours after he jumped my car he called me back to ensure I had made it to Firestone and had a new battery put in! The best! Im always leery, as a woman, that Ill get taken advantage of at a mechanics because I dont know much about cars. While he could have easily charged me hundreds of dollars for a starter (what I thought was wrong) he discovered it was just a $20 battery terminal fix. I feel I can trust him and would definitely use him again. Oh! And he also towed my car really soon after I called, so I wasnt tied up all day waiting.

Had my first auto repair experience with Mr. Angelo. I (like most people) am usually weary of mechanics outside of general maintenance needs. However, my car(01 Honda CRV w/ >200,000 mi) was idling significantly low and my usual go to shop couldnt figure out why. Took the car to the dealer who wanted to charge me an arm/and three legs for something that may not really fix the issue (claimed I needed a valve adjustment). So I called around and it was my conversation with Mr. Angelo that convinced me he was the right guy for the job. He definitely has in-depth/ legitimate experience in auto repair (especially with Honda). Turns out, it just needed a tune-up. He doesnt hesitate in explaining things to you, so its a great learning experience. Hes very upfront and realistic in helping customers weigh their options; takes pride in his stellar reputation from reviews; most of all he is committed to the quality of his work. Be careful, he may make you an offer to buy your car (lol); hes skilled in auto body repair. His prices are reasonable, turnaround time was quick, and FYI he deals in cash or credit card (but preferably CASH). I am pleased with his work and Ill likely return for other work in the future.

I met Angelo about midnight on a December night in 2008. My 1988 Jeep dropped its drive shaft in the middle of the driveway in my apartment complex in Towson. He came out of his cozy house and towed it to his shop. I moved from Baltimore in 2016 and nobody but Angelo and his brothers could touch my Jeep. He is the most professional and decent man you could ever hope to know.

My experience with Angelos Towing was horrible. He damaged my property - destroying my landscaping, mutilating a cooler - that was shoved under my travel trailer causing the awing support to be pushed out of the tracking, bending the support & crushing where it attaches to the bottom of the trailer, almost to the point it is barely still connected. Also bending the bottom area of the trailer where it attaches. I contacted Angelo to discuss this with him to see how he wanted to handle taking care of the damages. He was abrupt, rude and denied causing the damage. I have a witness whom saw the entire commotion. I’d hoped he would offer his insurance company’s information, or even suggested he pay out of pocket so it wouldn’t affect his auto insurance. He became very unreasonable and hung up on me. I am being forced to pursue other avenues to take care of this situation – taking up my time that I needed be wasting on this situation – VERY AGGRAVATING !! to say the least!!I didnt lie about anything...Im the home owner...not the person who got the truck stuck in the yard. And your not responsible for damage clause refers to the vehicle being towed...nothing else. Im not trying to ruin anything, but you could have handled the situation more professionally.

Angelo was very helpful , he got my 2002 Honda Accord back running again. My car would shut off as soon as I start it. Hes a man of his word and very reasonable. Took my car somewhere else to get the motor mounts replaced they quoted me an arm and a leg for parts and labor. called angelo he did it for less than half the price after i got the parts, saved me about $100. got me in and out in less than 2 hours. definitely coming back for all of my future work.

GREAT service! We had a tire blow while on a vaca in Baltimore. Fiance called the first tow compang that came up on Google...mistake! After wasting 2.5hrs sitting pulled off the road I got on Google and found Angelos. So happy we did! He was prompt, helpful and kept us completely in the loop on his drive to pick us up. He not only towed but got us the work done that we needed to get back on the road! We would definitely recommend!!

Very knowledgeable. Was teaching and showing me the issues with my care as he went along. I was coming from out of town, my fuel pumped went out on Saturday. All the other mechanics, couldnt get it done in one day, or like Pep Boys wanted almost $800.00. Angelo fixed it same day, charged me half of what Pep Boys wanted and had me back on the road to Philly!

The driveshaft fell on my truck ( with 32 ladder on top and trailer with too much weight ) . My dad and I were on 95 south heading to the Carolinas . Called all tow companys and no one would get us with the trailer and ladder . Mr. Angelo came in 40 minutes tide the driveshaft up so it wouldnt fall off , creating more damage . flat beaded the truck , hitched the trailer , and even strapped my huge ladder to his truck . He ordered the parts as we were driving to his shop . Must say , not what I was expecting in Baltimore. Mr. Angelo gave me a inexpensive price and his crew even more supportive of our hardship offered to drive us around looking for rental cars . So blessed to have met them .

I hit a curb and my tire busted on the way to work and I was stressed and frantic and didn’t know what to do. It was 6:30pm. I called two towing companies in the Belair road area and they were booked with only one guy. Called this towing company and was frantic, the man helped me calm down and he was right in the Belair road area, came and took whatever was in my purse (initial $90) and made my nerves calm down all the way to the Tire & Battery place to get my tire replaced. Angelos Towing was a life saver. I own a small electrical business with one truck and it broke down meaning my ability to make a living was on hold. I did a Google search for a tow company after my car broke down and he wasnt only the closest but the only one with such high ratings. He wasnt able to come right out to me but he called twice after my initial call to update me on the time. He towed the car to the shop and told me almost immediately what the problem was. He still ran the diagnostic, which he didnt charge me for unlike most companies, and even printed out the information from the codes so I could understand what the problem was. He fixed the car in a few hours. Hes very professional, he knows what hes doing and hes not trying to swindle people out of their money. Its hard to put the words honest and mechanic in the same sentence but Mr Angelo is an honest mechanic. His shop is small but I would recommend him to everyone.

Mr. Angelo is great, u had some power steering issues and thought I was gonna spend a lot of money for a tow and parts and the labor. But luckily I came in contact with Mr.Angelo he towed my truck and fixed the issue in about 20 minutes, he and his staff made sure Blu was right before we pulled off. Angelo rescued us from a bad situation in the middle of Baltimore. He knew exactly where we were and instead of charging us the rate to tow us back home (75ish miles) he took us back to his garage and fixed our car (dead alternator) and charged the battery too. Outstanding Service!!!I have an antique German Fire Truck that I was storing in a back alley garage over by Moravia & Belair Roads. I had not started the truck in over 10 years and when it was running it was difficult to back in to the garage to begin with, so I knew getting it back out was going to be a nightmare of a job. Angelo showed up and quickly surveyed the situation. With the help of one of his crew members, we were able to pull the 7500 LB. beast out of the garage with the aid of my pickup truck, but then it was blocking the alley. Angelo then suggested we lock the rear wheels of the fire truck with the parking brake and he would be able to pull the front of the truck around on kind of a pivot, and it worked! He took a difficult situation and in 30 minutes had it on the back of his truck. Angelos Towing was the first rollback service I called and he came through with flying colors! I would strongly recommend him to anyone who is in a towing jamb!
