The guy behind the counter excellent wonderful only if you buy something there you can not get money back only return if part is defective. They do have a huge supply. Easy to find. Expensive yes

I called to have my dryer repaired. They came out two days after I called. The guy came and said that he needed to get parts and that he would be back next day. Paid half before he left and the other half after it was supposedly fixed. The dryer was not fixed even with replacing parts. Took me 4 days to finally get ahold of someone on the phone to make an appointment. Was told they would be here Friday between 1-5 and they never showed. Called them at 5:30 to be told they never got the paperwork to come out so they would be here today between 9-1. I got a call at 11am and was asked to send a picture of the model dryer we have, so I did that. Was told they were going to pick up parts and then would be here. And now nothing and it’s almost 3pm… I have called both phone numbers I have for them multiple times and no answer! Left voicemails on both numbers so we’ll see if I even get an answer today. I would not recommend to anyone.

I called this company for a service on my Smeg Oven which had stopped working, I was delighted that they were able to come the same day, which happened to be my day off. They called 20 mins prior to arrival and fixed the problem. Couldnt have wished for better service.
