I lived there for 2 years, i only had to leave because i wanted more rooms. The manager “Wen” is amazing and very helpful, the maintenance guys and front desk too. They were like a family. I strongly recommend if you are looking for a single bedroom near downtown Baltimore.

Best place Ive lived in a long time. good amenities, great management (Wen is very easy to talk to and does the best to accommodate whats possible). The team is also one to remember, everyone at the front desk is super nice and helpful. Shout out to Chris for maintaining reasonable connection and conversation with practically every resident. Also its right next to the marketplace and theres a great bar downstairs in the building. Again lovely place to live

Couldnt have wished for a better experience. The apartment is well-maintained, clean on arrival, appliances are decent, maintenance comes almost immediately for urgent matters and early in the day for non-urgent issues. The loading dock and dollies makes it really easy for moving furniture (and the occasional massive load of groceries). We had issues with both dates of moving in and out of the apartment due to COVID-related work issues. They were able to accommodate this uncertainty and were flexible. Best of all are the people who work there, friendly, helpful, and pleasant always. Will miss my stay at Gallery Tower for sure.

Leasing staff, Wen, Yianne and Deanne are amazing and so is the front desk staff. Apartments are a little small and garage parking is tight. Great place to live in Mount vernon with marketplace right in front of the building.

Cons:-Major problems with AC/heating. Its been upwards of 80-90 degrees in my apartment everyday for months. Heat stays on till May and the electric radiator leaks heat even when its off, making the apartment uncontrollably hot when the sun is out (most days). I have multiple fans running at all times, close my blinds during the day, and open all the windows at night. Nothing helps!! Ive spent more days at 80+ degrees than I have at 70 degrees in here.Pros:-Reception staff, particularly Chris and Sandy, are great.-Good location.

The great staff works very hard to make sure you are happy and comfortable. They are super responsive, with great attention to detail and follow up. The well designed apartments in this attractive and well maintained building are in perfect condition when you move in, and any repairs or concerns that come up are addressed right away. I love having an attractive, secure lobby with a staff member at the reception desk 24 hours each day, plus there’s the business center, onsite laundry, and fitness room. After living here, I moved out of state for awhile and when I returned to Baltimore I moved into this building again! Of course, having a wonderful rooftop pool with a life guard and a bbq grill makes summer extra fun.

Excellent lication -- close tothe Inner Harbor and Penn Station for commuting to D.C. Its like staying in a hotel -- a concierge to greet you and accept packages; friendly, helpful staff; tenant social events; gym and office; laundry rooms; rooftop pool; dry cleaning pickup. My apartment is very comfortable with wonderful light and great closet space. Gallery Tower is a great place to live!

Bad management! When you move out from their building they try in every way possible to charge you for irrelevant stuffs and threaten to take you to court. Chris, the front desk staff, is amazing though!
