I recommend this place as a great starting place for martial arts and have enjoyed taking classes there myself... very great place to start and I find it fun to be there with others now that I have gone there many years... I would recommend having someone else that the people going know so that if they get nervous they can have someone to “back them up”. There are drills that we do, we get a good workout, and can learn many things along the way including forms, kicks, stances, blocks, and how to defend yourself if you were attacked. They also have a push-up system that we follow where every once in awhile we do 50 push-ups in 50 days (day 1- 1 push-up; day 2- 2 push-ups etc.)

Mr Trower is absolutely the best teacher for these kids. It’s been great watching my 5 year old grow and develop a sense of presence and focus!

My son loves it here... and I love watching him each week. Great staff teaching much-needed focus, self-discipline in such a way that it encourages and motivates too.

My son is more confident because of these classes.
