Fantastic customer service at a great price scheduled an appointment online save $10 bundled battery replacement with screen replacement save 50% on my battery. Dropped off my phone and was given a time to come back was ready when I got there. Paid exactly what I was told when I scheduled my appointment. Better value then going through your provider or phone manufacturer.

The person that fixed my iphone was very friendly and knowledgeable of what I needed. After cleaning and checking the screen connections my phone still did not respond to touch. He recommended a screen replacement. I authorized that and my phone is perfect again. It only took about 45 minutes, good and friendly service.

Fast, courteous, and professional results. My battery in my Apple Watch swelled and popped the screen off of the casing. I didnt know what to do and didnt exactly want to buy a new watch around the holidays so i did a quick google search and found that Batteries+Bulbs was able to perform the service for a really reasonable price. I booked an appointment online to have my cell phone battery replaced, which resulted in a 10% discount for the install. The store was busy but I was taken care of on time in an efficient and professional manner. My entire life is on my phone so I chose not to give them my password. They simply had me unlock the phone and did the performance testing in front of me and then shut off the phone. The work took about 20 minutes or so while I ran an errand and my battery seems to be holding charge much better. While I was checking out, another employee was helping a customer troubleshoot a software issue even though their phone repair is for hardware issues. I highly recommend phone repair at Batteries + Bulbs.

The gentlemen working at the store were very honest and thorough in explaining what needed to be fixed in my phone. They delivered my repair on time and same day in under 1.25 hours! What the Sprint store wasnt willing to fix, this store did...and at a fair price!

Go here first! I went to several equipment & repair shops trying to get help with my phone battery. I ended up with a new battery & complete installation in half an hour! The people that work here are super knowledgeable & friendly (they wont talk down to you at all!), and they did a really great job with my phone. Ill be going here first next time :)

My iPhone6 battery has been acting wonky, so I took it in to get replaced.It only took 30 minutes! I dropped it off, went to the bank and UPS. Drove back to Batteries Plus and my phone was ready to go. Much better than waiting days at the AT&T or Apple Store

These folks were life savers for me. They were able to replace my shattered phone screen in under an hour. It was the end of the day and they fit me in before closing.

I felt scammed after we picked up my sons iphone from having a battery replaced on September 19, 2018. We were told when we dropped off the phone the battery would be warranted for 1 year and could be replaced within 6 months if there were any issues. The cost of the battery was $66. OK, so we left and let them fix the phone. However, when they opened up the phone they noticed there had been water damage. Instead of calling me to tell me that the phone would no longer be warranted since they found water damage, giving me the option to proceed with the repair, they proceeded anyway to replace the battery without notifying me. It wasnt until after we arrived to pick up the phone, we were then told, that the battery would no longer be warranted. I did not appreciate that kind of customer service. Please be honest with your customers up front. Not likely I will do business there again since they lost my trust.
