To remove trees from my yard, I reviewed several companies who are actively working in my area. Since I could see quite positive evaluation from various customers, I left a message at the website of this company. The estimation was quite attractive, and instant contact from this company lets me make a contract. Steve informed and updated me the schedule for operation, and his team removed quite tall 4 trees from my front/side yard at a day. It looked his team members worked as professional, so I did not have concern about safety. Since schedule was set and agreed earlier, they started work in the morning and left afternoon after cleaning. I could recognize they finished work when all cars and equipment were disappeared from road. Billing and payment were available through the email after work. It was my 2nd experience of tree removal from yard for 9 years, and they gave me a great impression.I will contact again for future tree removal, and gave friend of my wife the contact information, who already has plan for tree removal.Highly recommend!

We have big trees that had a lot of dead limbs in them. They got around the trees and removed all dead limbs as promised. Great equipment and crew are hard working guys that leave no mess behind. Very thoughtful and professional company. I highly recommend this company.

They put the wooden panel under their bucket truck(I think that is what it is called? not sure) on the grass. So it didnt hurt the grass. They are very professional . They came on time and diligently trim trees. Very professional and highly recommend!.

We called Complete Tree Service after a storm broke 4 big limbs on our cherry tree and landed them right across our driveway. We called early in the am and their 24 hour service operator answered. Someone called us back w/in the hour and they were over soon after, cleaning up the huge mess. Theyre coming back next week to give us a bid on trimming the rest of our trees. The customer service is great and the crew was professional and really fast. They even stopped to clean up another tree that was across the road (down the street) just so people could get through. Steve and his team did an amazing job removing two large maple trees that were hanging over our house and our neighbors house. It was all very well orchestrated. They did a great job of communicating with one another to carefully get the limbs down without hitting the roof or the fence. We were very impressed with the tree removal and the stump removal. They even took the time to get a lot of the little roots at the surface, which allowed us to have a nice, flat lawn. You would never know there were two big trees there. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

Our area was recently hit by a major storm that included hail and strong winds. Unfortunately one of our older trees was no match for the storm and was up rooted. Thankfully no one was hurt, but the tree was blocking the street so we needed a quick removal. We immediately contacted Complete Tree Services and all brush and debris were removed that same day. We now use them for all our tree needs. We highly recommend!

Red Bud tree was old and dying. It had split and was temporarily stopped from falling by resting upon our new 6 wood fence. The split was on the trunk but the majority of the tree extended onto our neighbors property over some nice tall bushes. Our neighbors meticulously take care of their yard and I was concerned about the removal damaging their bushes. The workers had to do the majority of work in the neighbors yard. They did an excellent job! No damage to the neighbors bushes and totally cleaned their yard and my yard.Also, because of the concern for neighbor’s yard, the high end of the estimate was in the $900s. The actual cost was the bottom of the estimate range at $675.00. I totally recommend this business!

Steve Whitehaed and his crew with Complete Trees of St Louis has helped me with residential tree, branch, and chipping removal for the past 12 years. The TEAM that came out and cut down our dead maple is a fantastic job. They were on time and worked like a well oiled machine. They where here for no more than an hour and the clean up was fantastic. They came back and removed the stump to above our satisfaction. Will def be calling them back for any future tree work that is needed!
