It was my first time using this service. It was excellent. They were able to cash my check with no issue and deposit the funds onto my debit card again with no issue. Kimber (I think that is her name) was awesome and turned out she was the district manager. I would deal with her anytime. Im even going to switch to ACE for my debit needs. Thank you again.

I am a regular customer at this store.Debbie is such a awesome person.She is very professional, very sweet and she can always seem to brighten anyones day.Shes always there to answer any questions you have and she always has a great positive attitude!Every women that works there is amazing to and very professional and positive!I would highly recommend this location to anyone

Cheyanne was very Unnecessarily rude I came in to cash a check She seemed stand offish about me maybe because I’m of color, she seemed like she didn’t want me there & she declined me saying the account had insufficient funds with out even checking so I called to see if that was true turns out it was not at all true & I called to tell her that she gave me false information & she yelled at me and told me don’t tell her how to do her job & she doesn’t care about what I’m telling her & to not come back and hung up on me ... I felt very disgraceful and disrespected for no reason at all. I would not recommend giving this place your business !

Debbie was legendary

I am from out of state and I tried to cash a payroll check. I filled out a card with all my info, they called the payroll company to verify, and I gave them at least twenty numbers to verify for a reference and only one person was verified!! I wasted 30 minutes of my time for them to let me know they could not cash it. If you are a new customer expect to give them all kinds of information.

Great when you need some cash, but you should be able to opt out of the courtesy call, they call a little too often and often disrupt my work day.
