Have gone there multiple times with good experiences, but most recently, on Monday 9/7, the rear wiper arm on my Tahoe was broken off by rotating washer while going though the car wash. Filled out incident report and spoke to on-site personnel. Still waiting for response from Owner/Manager

Superb work on my black Honda Accord. Looks brand new after their TLC. Got the two stage wax job.Worth the bucks. And the cashier Tony is a prince of a fellow. A true ambassador for the business. Go there!

The car wash is what you would expect. That being said do not use there automatic buffing machine. I tried it on my daily drive before I ran my good car through. I got a car spotty sprayed with oil and three scratches on my rear bumper and a nice long scratch in my hood. I didnt report it because other users say they wont cover damage to your car. Just be warned.

I was going to say my car turned out really good looking and everything even though I paid $100 for the complete package which included waxing and vacuuming and the tire cleaning. The issue that Im having is when my car was completely cleaned they missed a couple spots which is okay but a bunch of my interior in my car is just all oily and I guess it must be the use of too many cleaning products. My whole dashboard and side panels are all just covered in oil.

I have used the carwash for years. Good equipment and service. This review is about the polishing and wax building.I ran my black Lexus through with my fingers crossed. It did a great job of.polishing and waxing. It appears to look better than my hand.waxing. The polishing took most of the minor defects out.Assuming the wax lasts I am more than happy.Car nut!

They are always so nice and do a fantastic job! I have 2 labs that go everywhere with me so it gets quite dirty between fur, nose prints and dirty paws.

Not impressed with the experience. The car was still dirty after the wash (which, of course, I didnt see until I got home). Tried to contact the company via FB messenger to see if theyd extend the 5 day warranty since I couldnt drive all the way back there right away, and received no response in the last couple weeks. Would not use again.

This is my go-to car wash. The guy who works the booth is the best! The basic $5 wash is excellent but the add-ons work really well too. The free vacuums (with paid wash) work well too. I just did a full interior clean for the first time and the team did a great job.

Very bad and very expensive. I paid $25 for very basic stuff. Bad customer service.. totally not recommended. When I told the guy there is some dust in the inner part of the door, he told pay $16 extra and I will clean it for you! This is the worse car wash I have ever seen in my life!!!

I use to go there regularly with my 2 cars,after todays experience I will not be returning, I had a simple question at the check in and was ignored by both at the attendants,after being ignored I was told to just wait rudely,as I backed out to leave the manager or owner whichever came up to my care and started telling me its over 100 degrees, so what you choose to work outside when I left the ignorant person screamed like I ran over him. After that Ive decided I have nothing good to say about your place. You failed miserably at your mission at your mission statement

So disappointed. I went today and when I came out of the wash to the interior service there was only one open area. I started to drive to it and was waved in by the guy working there. The guy in the middle bin started waving at me and motioning for me to go there (even though it was full). I went to the empty bin where I was being waved in and the guy in the second bin was furious with me. I tried to explain that the third bin was empty and I was being waved into it but he was (and this is the best description) pitching a fit and trying to tell me I should have gone to the second one. I finally walked away. The manager wasn’t there for me to talk with and when he did come out, another customer grabbed him.I called the number on my receipt after I left and after the call was answered, was asked to hold for about 3 minutes. When he came back to the phone, I explained what happened and he said, “Ma’am, I understand but I’m not over those guys.” I explained that I had simply called the number on the receipt and asked that he pass along my experience. He apologized and agreed to tell the owner.I like to support small businesses - especially in my neighborhood. But this isn’t the first poor customer experience I’ve had here and there are far too many other car washes for me to keep getting mistreated here. What a disappointment.

Although the staff is very nice and do their jobs well, the problem I have with the business is that of the owner/manager. I got my car washed and when the spinning brushes were moving along side my car, my passenger and I heard a loud snap noise. My passenger immediately saw that my side view mirror had been broken off by the brushes, it was hanging by the wiring when we got out to see it. The staff directed us to the owner who refused to listen to us or help us in anyway. All he said is that he has cameras that saw it all, in response I asked if we could have a copy or at least watch it since we were at his office that had multiple cameras and a TV. He refused and said there was nothing he could do and that he saw on the cameras that the mirror was already about to fall off before entering to car wash (on the tap he refused for us to see and it very much so was not in that condition before going through.) I was young and didnt know how to handle the situation since it was a business that damaged my car instead of another driver. Knowing what I do now I would have called the police (non emergency) to help with the dilemma.

I just signed up for the unlimited car wash plan, which is very affordable. I have been very pleased with the way my new truck looks every time I get it washed. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. The discount on gas is a great bonus and easy to use with the new card/key chain pass they give you. Overall, great experience, and I would recommend to everyone.

I use them a lot over the years. car always comes out clean. The crew does a great job of cleaning the inside and are very diligent. Only a few times have they missed a spot. Ill sometimes get my oil changed on my older car here which includes a free wash. No complaints with that service. Cheaper gas after wash is also nice. I really like the tipping system.

I seem to have no luck with car washes. Ordered the whole package - the works including interior and mats. The exterior was ok, the tires were marginal, the inside was NOT touched. The dashboard and seats showed no human contact. Jeez. I couldve gotten the same results if I went through the $5 exterior only wash. Instead I spent $48 with a tip. They were speedy though. WAY too speedy.

Something has happened here. Used to be one of the preferred carwashes in the area. Though still courteous and friendly, the actual car washing service is mediocre at best....and still on the expensive side. Time to search for a new car wash.

Ive been living in St. Louis 2.5 years and every time I pass this place I wanted to go but at the same time it gave me an impression that this place only offers a hand wash. Today I saw a $5 sign and decided to try. $5 for the machine wash + free self-vacuum is just awesome. I got to take my time and vacuum my car. I am just sad that I find this place so late. Usually I do not want to spend too much money on a car wash and especially you might have to end up paying tips too. I am just glad that this place only offers exterior machine wash and I get to vacuum my car myself. Will become a frequent customer here for sure. Also, wish they offer a place like this near downtown. Again, AAA+++ place for your car wash!

The Cal Detailing team is super professional and very nice to work with. I brought my 78 911SC in after some interior water damange and needing lots of love on the exterior and Carlos walked me through what he knew they could take care of and what was outside their ability to improve or fix. I really appreciated the information and was very impressed with how nice the car looked when I got it back. I would recommend Jim and Carlos at Cal Detailing to anyone.

When you wash a car in under 5 minutes there is not much cleaning going on. They did a very poor interior vacuum and the outside of my car had streak and fingerprints. The only good thing was that it was speedy. I will never go back here. Stay away if you want a clean car.

I dont live in St Louis, but every time Im in the area I make it a point to stop by. Great pricing and great service. I highly recommend getting your car done there!

Some of these negative reviews about this place are absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been going to this car wash WEEKLY for 4 years and never ever had a single problem. Everybody is nice and they do great work. I would highly recommend.

My husband and I have been coming here for over 10 years and simply will not go anywhere else.When getting an oil change (reasonably priced) then you also get a free brushless car wash. You do have the option (for an extra charge) to get your car detailed which we always do.The staff is friendly and consistently does good job.Edit-they no longer do oil changes

My car was damaged by the wash--repairs estimated at over $400. When I complained to the owner, he aggressively replied that my car is too old. Its a 6-year old BMW--not new, but seals dont deteriorate that quickly. When I asked for a refund for the $55 wash (I didnt even request that the business cover the cost of repairs for the damage), he adamantly blamed my old car and refused. I take my car to Waterway every few weeks and have never had an issue.Ive never had a business owner/manager get in my face an blame me for the faults of their product. I was calm and reasonable with this guy. He even stared and grinned at me as I drove off. Unbelievable.Youve been warned.

I am a repeat customer because it is convenient most of the time. I always purchase the Ultimate Wash, probably the best option for your dollar. I love the greeting when pulling up as the gentleman that writes up my wash ticket/receipt is very friendly and always remembers me. He continually comments on how my car is never dirty and hes correct, i take great care of my Lexus. The wash itself is great, love that it it touch-less wash, hate car washes that use brushes, worst thing for your car!On the other hand the vacuum staff is very inconsistent, hardly ever vacuum the seats of the car, most of the time I have to remind them to do so and shouldnt have to, vacuuming seats takes less than 1 minute!The towel dry and interior cleaning staff may be some of the worst in town and management should be having a closer look at the half ass job they do. Theres no reason why any vehicle should be done within 2-3 minutes. I, like most customers tend to drive off because at a glance things look ok, but be sure to check your rear window, they never, almost never ever clean it from the inside!!!! Also, takes less than a minute to pop the trunk and wipe around it, that never happens either.Waterway is 5 minutes down E. Manchester and they definitely put forth more care in making sure your vehicle is spotless. You may pay a couple extra dollars and waterway is not touch-less, but it can be worth if that does not bother you.Anyhow, Ill continue to go to Speedy and know now to tell the staff what they have missed, but shouldnt have to do that almost every time. This is on Management however, they need to be more strict with staff about making sure customers are leaving with a clean car. If this has already been addressed by management, then it should be addressed again and if it continues to be a problem, then unfortunately changes should be made with the cleaning staff. There are a lot of good hard workers out there.

I have the monthly car wash program and am here AT LEAST 1x/week. The staff here is GREAT!! You can tell that Anthony, Martin and Manuela really love their job and serving people there! I highly recommend!

Be careful getting a hand wax here. They will use a terry cloth instead of pads, leaving swirl marks in your clear coat. I cannot recommend for the waxing.

Exterior was excellent, I also added the basic interior service,but I dont think anything was done. It wasnt that dirty to begin with, I noticed the same spots afterwards, though ( steering wheel, around cup holder area, on top of armrest). I may give them a try one more time. Maybe I was mistaken on what would be covered by basic interior service.

We have used Speedy for at least 8 years. We have the unlimited plan. The staff is great. The prices are right. We also use the waxing service 3-4 times a year. And the discount on gas is a great bonus, since their regular gas prices are among the lowest already. We aIso like the new ride-thru system.

This car wash and gas station is beyond amazing and my car was beautifullll when it came out! I appreciate the time and effort spent on my vehicle for such a cheap price :)

I had a poor first experience with this car wash. They provided me with two receipts (one for the wash and one for the guarantee). They took the guarantee wash receipt from me when I had to show them to do my mats...which is what the lady told me to show them. When I brought the car back for the 5 day guarantee wash, and showed them the only receipt I had (which showed the purchase and the 5 day guarantee, but did not have a bar code), the manager refused to give me a rewash saying I had the wrong receipt...which they took from me. Because of their dishonesty and mediocre cleaning to the inside of my car, I am giving Speedy Gas and Wash a one star rating, which it deserves. I rarely write reviews, but felt that it was necessary to share how they conduct business, along with their services were not worth the $25 dollars I spent. I would recommend other car washes with greater integrity.

Ive been coming to speedys for years. Ive given them the reins on my Porsche, BMW and now my Durango. The prices are quite in line with the industry but they provide better service and support than anyone around.This is also the place for your exotics to get that personal touch, but not by you, its too hot, and youre already looking good so let the Speedy crew clean it up for you!Take a look at the wash wall while youre in there... These customers tell the real story about those who care about their cars, and who they trust with their care.

Came here at 7:05 and it was closed. With a sign out front saying “open until 8”. I saw about 3 cars try to go into the car wash but had to turn around since nobody was there. Don’t say open until 8 if you’re not.

I have been a Waterways member for quite some time. I received a gift card for Speedy, but was very hesitant to use it - brand new car thats my baby. After the snow cleared I gave them a try. I could not believe the attention to detail that their workers provided! My car has NEVER looked so good and watching all of the workers actually WORK was so impressive! I love that its a family owned business, even the owner is out there in the cold working right beside them!! I went home and got my daughters car and our second car as well! After always going home and having to touch up what was missed and paying twice as much as I am now...Im making Speedy my new car wash!!

Too bad there wasnt a zero star. I took my convertible to Speedy Car wash last week. I had never used a drive thru car wash on this car before. I asked the attendant if it would be safe to use for a convertible. She assured me my car would be perfectly safe. I trusted her. Big mistake. Drove thru the automatic wash with my teeth rattling. Left the car for the inside cleaning crew to do their job. Upon checking for cleanliness, I asked that they clean the papers/ leaves under the pedals. Got in the car and immediately put the top down. Alls well, right? Hardly. Had my top down for the week. It started to rain so I put the top up. The back window totally came out of the canvas top. The seal was broken from the inside causing the window to slip. I called Steve the owner to ask for his insurance company so I could make a claim. He became very aggressive and shouted at me. He said they had video of the car with the window intact but the video wasnt shot from the inside if the car where the seal was clearly broken. The replacement is $1700.00. I should have looked up the ratings which is a three and more customers were very unhappy than happy. Please if you have a convertible,dont get your car washed there. And read the other reviews. Buyer beware.

The sales guy at the back told me I had to pay a 7.00 mud fee because of mud on my tires. His words was we have to wash your car before we wash your car if you know what Im saying. Lol ummm nope that makes no sense at all. I was paying for the number 3 which is higher than the basic they offer by like 5 or 6 bucks. Just another up charge to get ya with. Also if you could see the mud on my tires he is talking about you would think you and him was on two completely different planets. I will not be returning.

For $20 car wash plus $15 for interior, I would expect no spots on the windows and no dust on the dashboard. That is not what I got. Their quality was poor the last time I paid less, but I gave them another try. Never going back again, ever.

Ive been coming to Speedys for years for my oil changes. Great price, fast and friendly service, and a free car wash in and out. But today was special, my car wouldnt start outside of their shop, and a Speedys tech, Glenn, was nice enough to clean off the corroded crap off the battery and restart it. Speedys goes above and beyond and id recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable oil change or car wash.

Went inside and prepaid for a car wash on 8/04 and was told my price for gas was 2.09 combined with a wash by the guy and girl behind the counter, so I asked for them to get the calculator out because I needed 25 gallons of premium. I payed them and went to the pump. Pump ended up stopping at 21.5 gallons because the price per gallon was different at the pump. I went inside and tried to resolve the issue by showing her the price per gallon was different. She acknowledged and said oh Im sorry we made a mistake. We thought you wanted regular gas. This didnt even make sense because regular was $1.99. Why would I pay 10 cents more for gas. Im getting the terrible car wash in order to save on my full tank. Lol. I mentioned to her that I was very obvious and said I need 93 fuel at least 3 times and they confirmed. She said ok go pump the 3.5 gallons and I said thank you and walked out to pump. She then wouldnt turn the pump on and came over the speaker saying I would have to come in and pay for the gas again.....this is the worst part. As Im standing at the pump, the prices start to blink and they change the price of regular 87 gas from $1.99 to $2.09 to try and act like it was my fault... I couldnt believe these Filthy Thieves, they admitted to the mistake, didnt resolve it and then went on and tried to lie right to my face. I couldnt talk or be around these people any longer as I was very disgusted and repulsed. I simply told them that this isnt 1990 and that for 3.5 gallons of gas they stole from me, they can keep it and Ill leave them a bad review.ALSO IM PRETTY SURE WHAT THEY DID WITH THE PRICE FIXING WAS SUPER ILLEGAL. Yay!

So to start off I never care to write reviews that are bad because most of the time they arent worth the time, but this place is just terrible and people should be warned and I feel it my duty to do so. I started going here b/c it was brushless and I just purchased a new truck. I signed up and was super happy, then came the bad. First off the owner is flat out rude and acts as if your wrong whenever you ask for anything. I showed up at 530 and he said they shut down early. I asked to at least get my gas discount and he moaned and groaned at that request. Then i simple wanted to use the drive through wash and he said I had to PAY for it even tho he closed down early and I pay 43 dollars a month. I could go on about 3 other times but you get the point. I went to cancel and they told me I had to pay out the next full month even tho i wasnt using it. I had to call my bank and fight the charge which i won obviously. The actual job of cleaning is OK ... when you drive off you get water spots everywhere. I had my entire tailgate left dirty once. So if you like mediocre work done and enjoy dealing with bad customer service and a terrible owner go here. If you truly appreciate your car and how well its cleaned and your treated go up the street to AUTO SPA in Ellisville. They take the extra time to use air pressure to blow all water out of cracks so you never get left with water spots when you drive away. They have the same brushless wash and have same plans at the same price they just do a 10x better job. And if you dont believe me about how bad this owner is go look at his responses to bad reviews on yelp. It just further more shows his arrogance and rudeness.

This is about the worst car wash around. The owner is a jerk, does not take responsibility for poor quality, and I told him he was a scam artist. When they are supposed to wipe your seats down with Armor all for $15, they use some windex product that shines upon application but fades in 24 hours. I had things broken on my dash and the owner would not take accountability. The guy is a jerk and anyone who go es to this place is just making him worse.
