Worst lab experience ever.1. Receptionist is rude and obnoxious. She yelled at me and accused me of logging in twice when in reality it was just a glitch.2. The phlebotomist ignored my questions when there was an issue finding the tests and then yelled at me for asking questions. Needless to say I left after this because I didnt feel as she really had any incentive to preform the labs correctly (they were not routine but not uncommon) I didnt appreciate the phrase you people.3. They most definitely violate HIPPA screaming patients tests and results where everyone can hear them and I know because they screamed mine and I also heard them barking at other patients getting drug tests, talking down to them as if they were less than them.

They tried again to charge us up front for bloodwork that our insurance plan simply does not require. We had to fight for two weeks to get a $73 refund last time they pulled this. My wife went back today for more bloodwork, and the very same rude, unprofessional black woman (didnt see a name tag) insisted she pay another $73 - or no blood would be drawn; my wife walked out. Needless to say, were done with this company.

Went in for a CMP, I was in and out in 10 minutes, the staff was sweet and quick. I felt comfortable and I usually HATE needles but she was fast, sweet and let me know when we were done. I have no bruising or soreness. Very much appreciated their efficiency!

Today was my first time at this location, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the ENTIRE process! I would like to take this time to let Labcorp know that their only employee there, Tanya is such an asset to your company. She checked me in, performed lab testing and took payment all while helping 3 other patients. She is the most efficient, professional, and highly skilled medical workers that I’ve ever witnessed. She seemed to be doing 3 jobs at once with a positive and professional attitude. It is truly hard to find this kind of help in the medical field and I hope they value her. I was in and out in 20 minutes! Thank you Tanya for an amazing experience!

Tonya had my undivided attention as I watched her single handedly switch hats as she professionally checked in patients, processed payments & efficiently handled various types of lab work.Throughout this, Tonya maintained the utmost professionalism & treated each of us as if we were her only patient. Receptionist was very rude with an attitude and yelled at me for being late when I was not. She told me: “don’t sit down!” “We’ve been waiting a long time for you!”I checked in on the app and “waited where comfortable” in my car. When I received the “we’re ready to see you” text, I walked right in and was on time! I was about 5 mins early. Her attitude made me very nervous. And I was already nervous having my blood drawn.Staff were also talking about other patients confidential information while I was there.Receptionist and phlebotomist had masks pulled off their noses and mouths. I could have been exposed to COVID!Staff did not say “hello” or “thank you”, “have a nice day”. They just walked away when done. Location was not clean. Even though this location is convenient, I will not be returning.No one enjoys having bloodwork done. Staff could at least try to be friendly and professional!Please consider restaffing & cleaning this location.

The service was prompt and very friendly. The front office and individual room were both clean and orderly. The pre-admit kiosk was easy to use and saved admin time for the staff and for me. Everything about the experience was positive, and I was in and out in about 15 minutes.When I searched via Google for this LabCorp location, I found some of the bad reviews to be offputting. Either these customers went in on crazy-busy day or this location has vastly improved. There were two women working there who were friendly and professional.My guess is that people are more likely to post when they are unhappy than when the experience is good. I hope to offset the reviews by telling you my experience was great.

As others experienced, the lady at the front desk is a loud and obnoxious problem. She clearly has no understanding of professionalism and patient privacy, as she rudely discusses patients confidential information in front of everyone in the waiting room, as if she intends to embarrass or intimidate. Go somewhere else.

I have been to many labcorp locations and this is so far THE WORSE labcorp. The lady at the front dest thinks she is a queen but in reality she is a bipolar patient and need to be treated foe this disorder. She is nice to some people and extremely mean to others. I see alot of other reviews here and I am not sure why no action is taken about her? If I had -10 star here, I would have given this location-10 review

Very rude employees. I came in at 12:20 only to be rudely told I would have to return at 1 PM because I was getting a preemployment drug screening. I asked them why couldn’t they do it then and they said because it wasn’t time yet. When I returned at 1 and was getting my blood drawn the phlebotomists were talking amongst themselves about other patients very rudely when the patients were still in the lab. For example the phlebotomist said “I don’t know why people can’t pee when they show up for a drug test, knowing they would have to pee” she said this very loudly and was talking about the patient currently in the restroom taking his urine test. Very unprofessional!

I’m writing this review to say the staff did an absolutely wonderful job taking care of me!I had to get about 30 different types of blood tests done today, which broke down into 16 full vials of blood. I’ve always hated getting blood drawn, probably always will and blood has a tendency to make me feel light headed and result in me passing out. Typically, as long as I don’t look I’m fine, but I ended up passing out today. The woman drawing my blood (I did not get her name, unfortunately) picked up very quickly that I wasn’t feeling well. I had the sensation that I was going to pass out pretty quickly and I hadn’t even gotten through more than 4 or 5 vials. She ended up calling in her coworker, I believe her name was Angie or Angela, whom brought me an ice pack and held my head up while holding the ice pack on the back of my neck. I had to fast for some of these tests and I was really hoping to avoid having to reschedule and fast again, so once I started feeling a little bit better I asked if they could at least draw blood for the rest of the fasting tests. They moved me into a room where I could lie down on a cushioned table, which helped immensely. The woman drawing my blood called in Samantha, to fan me while she drew more blood. I later found out Samantha was an intern and she was very nice, thoughtful and did a great job. Thankfully since I was feeling so much better lying down I was able to get all the blood drawn that I needed so I didnt have to go back.Thank you so much, labcorp staff, for your kindness and taking such great care of me. It is deeply appreciated!

This place could be everything except lab testing. The place is not clean, the person at the front desk is the rudest person on earth. I have never seen like her in my entire life. She was clearly half awake when I got there. She was not polite when addressing her speech to me, she was yelling at me, and she tried to intimidate me. I decided to immediately leave the office because I could not believe that I would let a person like her to do my lab test. This is the first time I dont look at the reviews before I select a company or office, assuming that is a medically related service and could not be compromised. This place must be immediately closed.

I didn’t have any issues! Both workers were nice and talkative. Now, this place is on the third floor in a dated office building, so if you expect to walk into something like a super sterile hospital or physician’s office, it is definitely not. But it is clean. I was very nervous at first, but overall, the experience was good.

Absolutely terrible. Incredibly rude staff. Tanya was at the front desk and she was absolutely no help and condescending. I have never had a drug test before and was not sure what to expect. She was absolutely hateful. She had a phone call while I was there and was talking to the other client very disrespectfully. She was literally yelling at them on the other end. The worst experience I have ever had.

So rude! This office staff has consistently been rude, unprofessional, and just mean! They imitated my son and how he spoke. No one should have to be treated like this anywhere much less when they have to get their blood drawn. Awful doesn’t even cut it! And sadly, I’ve complained before, but nothing has changed.

Unprofessional. Inexperienced. Careless.This place is AWFUL. Woman called my name and immediately walked away—luckily I was able to catch up quick enough to see the back of this chick’s head so I knew where to go. She had her cell phone plugged in on the patient table, DROPPED her glove because she was moving in crackhead fashion, almost dropped my sample vile before inserting the needle into my capillary...burned for 30 minutes after blood draw...now have bruise on my arm three days later because of this idiot.After she was finished she went directly to her phone and started texting instead of pulling up the tray she left on my lap...didn’t even have the common courtesy to say “bye.”FIND ANOTHER LOCATION!!! This one is beyond sketch.

I hate this location!!!!!!To start off, I get an attitude when I ask about picking up a test; I dont know who that is, youre still going to have to sign in. Then not another word.... so I wait in the waiting room.... and wait.... and wait.... and wait! And when I brought attention to myself, I was told make sure you sign inWhat a joke this place is... on top of being outdated and inefficient, the receptionist is rude and uncaring.I guess its impossible for them to do two things at once.And a second visit confirmed that this place sucks! I waited 25 minutes to give them a copy of my insurance card and when it was finally my turn I explain I just needed to drop the copy off and the foreign male says you need blood work? I say no, he responds whatever and take my copy and not another word said....

I got very bad experience during my drug test. Front desk did not pick my phone and they didnt help me to enter my details. Also they did not guide me with proper instructions and treat badly with their rude behavior. I dont recommend anyone to visit this center.

I was skeptical of coming here from all the reviews, but you know what. They are so nice. And its definitely not dirty. The issue is LabCorp needs to open more than one location in the Ballwin/Manchester /west Co area. But the staff are super nice. I made an appt and was in and out within mins.

Surprisingly dirty and unkept. Disgusting for any facility much less a medical office. Strong odor of urine(?) or musty body odor upon arrival. Staff appears unmotivated, distracted, almost grumpy. Lots of heavy sighs and yawns, no smiles, and no sense of urgency. The wait time could be cut by 80 percent with some simple procedural changes and customer service training. I guess with no other options for patients there is no motivation...

If i could give no stars I would!!!!!!!! This place should be shut down. I am strongly suggesting that no one waste their time going here. My husband took my son this morning to get blood drawn, which you would think is a simple task, and from the moment they walked, it was awful. There was a rude old russian guy named Vald, that was taking info for the technicians up front. He LIED to my husband and made my insurance company, which I work for, jump thru hoops because he was to lazy to do his job. When my insurance tried to call multiple times to talk to him to make it easier for him he refused to answer the phone. My husband had even told them while I was on the phone with him that the phone was ringing and no one answered it. We use Labcorp on a daily basis at my work and to be told that our insurance doesnt use labcorp, that it is out of network, was beyond wrong and just down right despicable. He made me not want to ever go back to any Labcorp Ever again, WHICH IS A DAMN SHAME AS WE WORK WITH LABCORP AS I STATED!!! I will make sure my office, who uses Labcorp on a daily, knows the level of poor client service and how inexperienced their staff is and how dispassionate they were with a clients TIME.

I made appointment online two days prior to the appointment. The location was on the third floor of a building, it appears old and out of date. Only one person was on duty. However since I had my appointment, I was called in within 30 seconds, and I am done in 8 minutes. By the time I came out, it was only 9 minutes total. It was a good experience to me.
