Needed a place to change my tires. I’ve gone to the same place for 20 years but then I moved and needed somewhere closer to where I live. Dan and Rick at Saitta were very nice and accommodating as well as professional when I called them about my 2003 Buick Century, and even more so when I came in the shop. I’m very pleased with the work and will definitely have more car work done with them in the future.

This is one of the few places you will get honest service and pricing on your car parts and repairs. Rick, Bob and Dan gives excellent customer service every time. Highly recommend them to anyone for your car repairs.

I wish I could give 10 stars! A tow truck driver recommended me to Saitta after word of mouth from his other customers. My car got hit & they replaced the struts, the bumper, even did the detailed lines AND replaced my brakes for me on top of it all & it was 1/3 the cost of ANYWHERE else and the job was immaculate; they literally went above and beyond! I sent my siblings there and now I need maintenance and theyre using a part that I BOUGHT online; not forcing me to buy their products; AND theyre getting a major repair done so quickly for so little $. You guys are so awesome I want to cry and rave at the same time. Thank you for being locally priced, family oriented, and treating me like a friend! Ive told all my coworkers as well!

Dan was incredibly nice and helped me out with my wipers, and put them on without me even asking for help. They’ve got Charming and knowledgeable people running the place there.

I’ve refereed plenty of friends there and all have been beyond satisfied with the outcome. Great service, great workmanship and honest upfront pricing. The only place I’ll bring my truck in STL.

Historically, mechanics haven’t always been the most honest, but with the Saitta guys that was not an issue! Instead of going ahead and replacing parts that didn’t need to be changed, they suggested a few far cheaper options that solved my check engine light. $12.00 later and we are check engine light free! I can’t speak highly enough of them and their service!

I wish u could reply to some of these absurd reviews. Some guy gave it a one cause he felt demeaned for bringing in his own parts. Well duh the shop makes its money by selling parts so I don’t know anyone who would bring in their own parts. Who brings their homemade chicken to KFC to eat.Well anyway I have been going to this shop since the father was working and he has been gone probably 20 years. Mr. Saitta taught his sons well and I only wish they did state inspections and I wouldn’t have to go anywhere else ever.

This is a great family owned auto parts shop. They also do some repair work but they dont advertise this. They have been just over half the cost of other places the last half a dozen times I have called around looking for parts. Give them a try!

They have done work for us on about 10 different occasions for three different cars. the work is always thorough. They actually diagnose the problem before trying to fix it, instead of fixing things one at a time like a dealer might do.The work is always professionally done, at a very fair price, and their estimates are accurate. I never take my car to a dealer anymore, unless it is something they just cant do there. There are very few things they cant do however.

Really nice guys, and very willing to help you out. I was having some problems with my jeep and they came outside and helped me get everything I needed to straighten it out. Their prices on some things are also actually better than the big chain stores by a lot. For instance $60 part at Oreilleys was just under $50 here.

Our first two experiences were excellent. The third time was probably one of the most unprofessional experiences weve ever had. Extremely rude for no reason at all. I can only assume the owner was having a really bad day but theres absolutely no excuse for how unbelievably rude he was from beginning to end. It will be our last time. The first review Ive ever written but the experience was just that awful.

I highly reccomend Saitta. I saw some comments about getting attitude on 3 separate occasions. I find that some of them just get to the point and others are more social. Either way, I have brought my car there for repairs and they have always been fair in price and the work has been done well. Thats what really counts.The honesty is great. I had to have some work done on my honda and they were honest in saying that there were possible other reason for the problem and they didnt want to just start changing parts and charging for the work. We worked out the best option together and I was very satisfied with this level of honesty. Saved me a lot of money in the long run.

Ive set foot in Saitta Auto Supply three times, and every single time, I got a dose of bad attitude. My third time was my last.If you want anything machined and you dont want to pay extra to put it through the parts washer, be prepared for a lecture about what a cheap SOB you are and how your dirty parts are going to break his machines.If you bring in drums or rotors that were purchased anywhere but Saitta, get ready for an earful about what a terrible person you are for buying from corporate stores and then trying to bring him your business. Hed prefer to chew you out and send you out the door than win your business, which is precisely what he did on my third and final trip.And dont you dare set your drums or rotors on the mat on his counter - hell give you a short lecture about not damaging his counter. God forbid anyone bring brake parts into a parts shop.

Recently started to shop at Saittas for car parts and I have to say, they are great. I try as much as possible to go with local shops and these guys not only know their stuff, they are also very affordable.Im also getting my son involved with cars and hes been going there for parts for his car. He actually hangs out everytime he needs a part and gets words of wisdom and how tos from them from time to time.Great place and wont be going anywhere else for my auto parts.
