I bring my nieces here twice a month they love coming here the staff is very friendly as well as the boss Annie I will stay with you guys forever

This is the best place in Baldwin to get your nails done. I have been going to Ann for a while and she is great. Everyone is welcoming and is all smiles. I highly recommend !!

The owner is not a nice person, she barely speaks to you. Onley her customers she laugh and smile with , everyone else she says nothing to. As an owner you should say hello, two customers thats in your establishment even if youre not there nailest.If it wasnt for my favorite nailist Eva I wouldnt even go and because I dont like her attitude I dont even get my feet done, I wont even give her a business the extra money. If Eva ever left I would never go back. I hate the way she treats Eva I guess thats because she knows that Eva is well-loved.

When I come here I only see Ann for my nails and she is good when it comes to shape and style of nail. If you looking for hospitality when you come to this nail salon it’s a no go. Plus the prices go up everytime and Ann is always trying to up sale ( be careful cause she charges for every service you get ) even down to removing the gel nail polish.

I love this place, they speak English around you so you never feel like they are talking trash about you. They do excellent and quick work there designs are often unique

Its my go to place for nails. Kim does my nails. She is professional, skillful and funny. I enjoy the time spent with her. There are other good nail techs there too. Eva, Ann and Tracy all have a big following. They do great pedicures at Efficient too. I have ingrown toe nails so need someone that know toes--ask for Jenny or LeLe. One issue which is small in comparison to the good service is that frequently the credit card machine is not working. So go to the bank first.

Now that they are open back up. It’s appointment only. However, someone had the “same appt time” as me but I arrived before that person and they were taken before me. Waited an hour to be seen. There was no point in making the appt.

Service has gotten worst.Overpriced pedicures just to get a foot bath.Ann attitude has gotten worst.I tried to like coming here but I was quickly reminded why I stopped getting my nails done at efficient nails.Ann husband is on the floor doing horrible pedicures and nails beware !!!!!

Good service, always up to date with the most current nail trends. I always leave satisfied with my nails. They also do a great job with eyebrows!

I would like to update my review. I have been going here for almost a year and I love it. Tracy is my fav and everyones nice and friendly. They need to add more styles/designs but still good nevertheless. You should definitely make an appointment before you come and bring cash:)

I have been going here since I was a little girl. I started with regular $8 manis! I grew up and now Im getting big girl stuff, acrylic, gel, and sns. The service is great, book your appointment with the best in the shop, Anne! Full of laughter, and so great at what she does! Dont forget to leave a tip :).

Over priced for subpar service. They charge your for every little thing (from nail shape to design to color). The tech got upset when I pointed out that my nails were crooked. She didn’t even know how to apply the nail polish correctly because she left it looking uneven. I will never come here again.

Work with one nail tech and youll be fine its best to make an appointment, and make sure that you get your pedicure plan on place if you start with your nails!

The staff is rude but it is the only place in Baldwin that I will go that does a good job. All others in the area are terrible!

Horrible first time experience . The nail tech that was assigned to me , I couldnt even communicate directly with. Everything had to be explained to her thru an interpreter do you do sns 🤦🏾‍♀️ After settling for a regular manicure she brushed me away that meant go wash your hands after Im done I walked back to her station she looked at me annoyed and got up and went to get a warm towel out the warmer..EXCUSE ME WHY SHOULD I THE CUSTOMER HAVE TO GET MY OWN TOWEL OUT THE WARMER🤦🏾‍♀️ I forgot to mention I came in with SNS polish so of course I was CHARGED $5 for SNS removal and was told that if I got sns instead of regular manicure I wouldnt be charged $5 for take off 🤦🏾‍♀️I just shouldve went with my gut and waited and went to Fairview Nails. Not returning to this place .pedicure was subpar , the soles of my feet werent even scrubbed properly .

I only go here for Eva. Prices are to high and the owner hasnt updated anything but her price broad.

TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM BEGINNING TO END. I left this shop so upset. I came in on a sSaturday to get a gel manicure, pedicure, eyebrow wax, and eyelashes. I was told the wait would be 15 minutes and I ended up waiting an hour and 25 minutes. The staff was apathetic. My manicurist was rude she kept asking if I wanted to get my upper lip waxed. The woman who installed my eyelashed got glue in my eye and had an attitude. Another, woman did my eyeborws and she was rude as well she commented that now all I needed was to go get my hair done. It was an AWFUl experience. After spending $73 dollars there I will never go back and tipped NO ONE.
