Excellent Business! Very Clean and Staff is Very helpful!

Small friend place. Love to my laundry there but the hours he open is not consistent and not posted on door to let people know.

The workers are friendly. Iam in and out in about 90 minutes depending on the size of my laundry.Also, you cant beat free drying. Great!

There is only 1 employee there who is friendly and quickly assists you with the wash and fold service..the other employees are very rude and stall going to the front to assist.. Every week throughout the entire year, this is a frustrating observation and if there was a closer place i would go to a near by compeditor instead

Had to visit the Laundromat for the 1st time in many years. The staff were helpful and the machines were clean and large enough for my clothes. I was guarded because we are in the still dealing with COVID-19 but they have ample signage as well.

Nice laundromat. Free drying, nice. How is it there are 10 people here doing wash and 65 dryers are being used ? Good luck trying to find a dryer and a basket to hold your clothes. Seems if someone gets one they put something in and keep it until they are done.And where are all the clothes that are in the dryers coming from. About 10 of them say out of order but have clothes in them as well. It’s free drying become they charge over 3.00 for a small load

This place is the best place to do wash your clothes .This is where i do my clothes .I drive from roosevelt to baldwin. once you come here you will be back. I had a problem with my card and the attend took my name and number and told me that the owner will call me and yes he did . My card was replace with a new one .I just want to say thank all the ladies that work here and thank you Mr David for replacing my card . Now thats great customer service.

On 6/6/2021, the worker decided to leave to the store. There were many customers waiting from around 8:00 AM to 8:30AM , many customers were left unattended for this amount of time and frustrated

For getting all my clothes cleaned, the Baldwin Laundromat is perfect for me. This place is a real one-stop solution. It has brand new washers and FREE dryers. When Im really short on time, I use their wash and fold services. So convenient! I would highly recommend the Baldwin Laundromat to anyone.

My fav laundromat... it’s clean and machines don’t look too old! The staff is friendly! Costs about the same as any other laundromat except you don’t pay to dry! The free dryers bring your total cost down considerably!

I wish my house had a washer and dryer but my landlord doesnt provide. Luckily I live close by and I am able to do all of my laundry here. It has everything I need. Normally, I dread going to laundry mats because some tend to be dirty but this store is by far the cleanest Ive ever seen. Everything is brand new and my clothes come out so clean and fresh! The machines are easy to use and its really friendly environment. What more can you ask for? Thank you to the owners for maintaining this place the way you do. If you are thinking about coming here, dont even doubt for a second, just check it out and you wont be disappointed.

Great new laundromat! Plenty of brand new machines so no waiting, the attendants were helpful, the prices are very reasonable AND the driers are free! Do yourself a favor and try this place - I had a great experience there.

This laundromat is pretty, huge, clean and ... they have free dryers!! What an awesome addition to the Baldwin neighborhood! Whatever you need to wash they have several sizes of machines for you and the pricing for the wash is great. The staff is really friendly and helpful - they have even rolled over a cart when Ive come in with too much stuff. I didnt have a hard time finding parking, just like any store in that neighborhood theres a parking lot directly in back of the store and street parking. I would definitely recommend this laundromat! P.S. they also have a monthly raffle :)

I only gave one star to be able to write a comment, in this crazy situation i cant believe this Laundry mat isnt leaving the doors open for fresh air ventilation for its customers, staff and community i want to wash my clothes i dont know what to do

Free dry with every wash

My new favorite laundromat. Not sure what those two other reviewers are talking about, the store is brand new and clean, the attendants are super pleasant, and the water is hot when I want hot and cold when I want cold. This is my spot from now on.

I put my clothes on hot it washes in cold. I put my clothes on cold it washed in hot. I put it on warm it washed it in cold. If my clothes ever get damaged, this company is paying for it. This should not happen so if my clothes get ruined then yea. They need to recalibrate these machines or something because they are not working as they should. I spend way too much money on my clothes and to wash here for these washing machines to not work and for it to ruin my clothes

This laundromat is a 1 star for me. First off the parking is ridiculous and far, I went in with my girlfriend for the first time and I will not be going back. We go in at 8:45pm and by the time we get the laundry card which is an extra $2 and our laundry into the machines its 9pm and the lady working tells us that we shouldnt do our laundry because they close at 11pm and she HAS to leave right away. I was furious because she saw us getting our laundry into the machines and didnt say anything until we were done, I asked her if I can get my money back that was on the card because I had to do laundry and there was no way i was returning to this location and instead of being reasonable and giving a refund she told me that I should have read the signs before starting to do my laundry. That’s just flat out RUDE. If I could rate it 0 stars I would, rather go to MegaWash in Freeport...

Its a friendly and a quiet spot away from the overcrowded and noise. The owner is very generous and friendly.

First off I would like to say that I have been waiting for this laundromat to open for a while after seeing signs. However, my review for one star is because of the following reasons below:Parking: If you want a parking spot you either park on the street, which actually I wouldn’t because it is the narrowest part of Merrick Rd in Baldwin. Instead there is parking in the back at a municipal lot. Which, if you plan on carrying your laundry halfway down the lot to the laundromat be my guest to park there. It sucked for me because I have 2 laundry baskets. If you want to open a laundromat please provide parking close enough for people handicapped and not body builders.Attendants: They approached me when I entered the laundromat and asked me in broken English if it was my first time. Obviously if you just opened. When I proceeded to go to the machine to get a card I realized that they don’t accept credit/debit cards. I asked an attendant, her response was that I had to pay $2.00 for the card. I wasn’t even asking about the card. I was asking about credit cards. She pointed to the ATM, but said it was broken. Well damn, if you’re going to open shouldn’t your equipment work considering that your card machines only accept cash?! Just a thought. So there was no way for me to get a card. Awesome!Why did I even waste my time and get my hopes up for something that isn’t even up to the current technology.Anyway! After that rant. I recommend going to MegaWash in Freeport. I’ve been going here for 2 straight years and not once had an issue with them. They have extremely fast drying dryers and extremely fast washers. They are very reasonable in price AND accept credit/debit cards to reload your card. Did I also mention that it’s $1.00 to get a new card AND if you register it you get that $1.00 back.So, save your time going to this laundromat and go 5 minutes down Sunrise into Freeport and use MegaWash.

Had to buy a card to get laundry done? I dont live near this place so Ill never use the card again so wasted money.
