Very Clean and organized gym... Thank you for providing disinfectant to wipe the machines off before and after we use them.Make sure you also thank the cleaning staff for doing a great job cleaning while we are working out also.

Shower head broken, unfixed, since last year. AC is not working for 4 weeks. The problem started from the attitudes of managers at this gym. Today the heat was so bad in the group exercise room that I went to ask if ok to open the emergency room or bring in a fan: SOME PEOPLE MIGHT FAINT WITH HEAT STROKE AND IT WILL BE GYMS NEGLIGENCE! Guess what, the manager Alba playing with her personal phone did nothing or even bother to go check out the situation while calling me rude. Yes it was dangerous to work out with mask and high heat so I have a sense of urgency while she doesnt care! Do not sign up membership here. This location doesnt have sauna, steam room while Esporta Sports in West Covina has everything and way more courteous staff for much cheaper membership fees!!!

Almost back to normal. Except for wearing masks, it seemed pretty full.

I give 4 stars because Id like to see more people cleaning the machines and more hand sanitizing stations.

There is no sauna here and there are no disinfecting spray bottles available for machines. Workout classes always start later than scheduled, which always messes up my workout routine.

If you’re concern about your health, due to Covid, think about it twice before coming here. You’ll see members here and there without their mask while working out. Staff does not go around the facility reinforcing the mask which is disappointing because is a nice building with good equipment.

Great gym. Plenty of equipment for each muscle group. Tons of cardio machines. Well maintained. Not many people pulling down their masks unlike *cough* UFC *cough*.

Really bad on the kids club .is only one kid and the girl cant play or distract my baby she doesnt have experience with kids .cant even do my work out .they should put someone with kids experience

Well, it seems like they re doing a good job regarding to the safety of the members. everything looks clean and organized. people are wearing their facemasks, or a least the majority of people. although some people are not wearing their facemasks properly. other than that everything is good.

Finally happy to go back to the gym BUT the waiting outside to check in one member at a time can be a bit of a horrible experience due to the weather. Perhaps put some more shade covering for members? Also, the trash cans are quite far at times and having more trash cans to throw away the paper towels that we sanitize the machines with, will cause for more encouragement of members to wipe down their machines, especially during this pandemic.

Not good Im recuperating from surgery and all I can do is water exercises and the water was very very cold for my age I am a senior very very cold

No Sauna. I pay extra for a sports membership, primarily because of the sauna. This facility is pretty new, but they chose not to add a sauna.

This LA fitness is clean and neat. The overall environment are felt broad, high and comfortable.The best is that its location is very close to Walmart Super Center. Because I always shop grocery and go gym at the same day.

Trying to cancel my membership since last year, they are giving me the runaround I spoke to the operations manager this morning named Sabrina she told me shell be at the Bowman Park until 8:00 to take care of the cancellation when I got there at 6:00 she was already gone so inconsiderate.

Worst gym I’ve ever been too. It’s over crowded and the hours are bad. The black shirts never bother to clean up and when i asked the front desk if they ever rerack weights they told me they have one person that does it Once per day??????What the he’llNever go hereIt’s filthy and the people there are lazy.

Generally ok gym, clean and spacious. The staff is terrible though. Ive called in twice to ask simple questions and the lady always picks up, asks me what I need help with, then places me on hold (or mute) for 30 sec then hangs up on me.

I have no problem using any of the machines or free weights. You do have to pick your time to go because it does get a little busy towards the evening time. Everyone wants to be fit so be cool, wait your turn, and be healthy.

A lot of people complain about no sauna, but the dont remember its a GYM, NOT A SPA!!! People stop complaining!!! Its great, the service/employees are great and I love how they have so many machines to offer, but it sometimes is a little hard to find a place to stretch, but I always figure it out!

Ive no complaints about this gym, I always see someone wiping down the machines and around closing time, I see the employee begin mopping the floors.However, I do wish they would enforce some kind of practice for the members to put the weights where they belong. I often see weights lefts in various spots in the gym and when you go to the free weights, its hard to find matched dumbbells. Keep in mind, this is around probably what is the busiest times for them (5pm to 11pm) but if they were to put a sign up like the one that says not to drop the weights, Im sure people will start being a little more organized, making it a better and quicker workout for a lot of us.

Beautiful new facility. Clean locker rooms. Clean brand new machines. I went to use one of the stair machines, and one of the workers said, if you want, I just cleaned these over here. I dont know if that makes a difference, but these are cleaner than those. It didnt really make a difference to me, but his consideration was spectacular, and I reveled in the courtesy of each employee working here. Its totally out of the way from my commute from Temple City to Pasadena, but I will fit this gym into my schedule. Its probably the best facility Ive ever used. 10/10, would workout here again.

So Im not the most motivated person to go to the gym, so I finally got myself motivated enough to get up on a Saturday morning and go. I went to this location because it was a the newest around my area. But I was surprisingly surprised that at 9am this gym was dirty, the womans restroom toilets were so nasty I couldnt even get my self to use them. For the womans locker room the floors and lockers had paper and womans hair every where, and you know it had not been cleaned. Please I hope thing change there.

Ive been an LA Fitness member for many years.The gym is good, but its missing a jacuzzi, steam room and/or sauna. These things are a deal breaker for me and for others Im sure.When people finish working out, they look to relax in any of these amenities.As long as these are lacking, I will probably make the extra drive to Rosemead.

This is the newest LA Fitness around here. Nice environment and new equipments. But it doesnt have sauna or steam room. And it closes at 11pm? Kinda disappointed.

I didnt sign up at this location so i dont know any of the employees here, and have never had a problem. It gets crowded but i havent seen anything dirty in a long time.

Filthy. For being such a new facility pool tiles need a good scrub. Hair in EVERY shower stall. Ripped shower curtainsPaper on the floor. .no seat covers . who is getting paid to oversee maintance here ???.

MISLEADING EMPLOYEES! “Alba” gave my mother, whose never had a gym membership before, false information about an extra 20 dollars for guest passes and how they could be used. “SUSANA” was RUDE and the manager was no help. The only reason my mom got the gym membership was because of the false information Alba had given her. we’ve never had a problem until today when SUSANA at the front desk claimed multiple times that the gym membership was not paid for when we could clearly see on her bank statements it was. They even charged her an extra 123 dollars worth of fees, once my mom saw this amount deducted from her account along with the membership fee she quickly contacted Alba to know why. Alba refunded the 123 dollars but still charged the membership fee and now we have Susana here claiming it is unpaid. this is ridiculous. Employees feeding false information to get people to sign up for gym memberships and managers washing their hands because “it is not their department”. Well “I apologize” isn’t going to refund the money she spent!

GUESTS BEWARE, two sales reps attempted to sell me a one day guest pass for 15 dollars. They give free 4 day guest passes on the LA Fitness website. For the most part it seems like a good gym, lots of equipment and some friendly staff. I was disappointed to find out that they dont have a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi or at least some punching bags.

One of the more updated LA Fitness. Modern design and spacious but please, put more than 3 squat racks in your facilities...

Nice,new equipment and cleanJust wish they have disinfectant wipes (like clorox pre moist Anti bacterial wipes). Instead of paper towel with pump on foam (people takes 5-6 paper just for wiping instead they can just use 1 or 2

So far a great place to work out. Shower stalls are not covered however. Its wide open.

Nice new gym, BAD HOUSE KEEPING. I GO WORK OUT EARLY IN THE MORNING AS IT OPENS UP. THERE IS STILL SWEAT STAINS FROM THE NIGHT BEFORE ON ALL THE EQUIPMENT. I SEE THEM MOP THE FLOOR BUT NOT ONCE SINCE IT OPENED HAVE I SEEN ANY ONE WIPE DOWN A MACHINE!!!!Please fix this.....

I have to say I dont like the fact that there is no sauna. I am a new member and I ask for a slam ball they told me it was only for personal training use. The reason I got the membership is because I assume they had all the equipment necessary but I see limitations. I am considering another Gym

I am a current LA fitness member since 2014. I was excited when they build this gym because is huge and thought they might have all the amenities. But I was so disappointed when I went there for Zumba for the first time that theres no Sauna and steam room. I dont understand why they opt that out after spending all that money and time building it.

The place is still new-ish (in 2017) so its nice and clean. The people are pretty helpful and friendly but definitely pushing you to get a membership if you dont have one already (of course its their job tho).

This place is new, but it is always dirty. Their water is down pretty often so bring a water bottle.

The La fineness in Baldwin Park looks nice but i must say it looks bigger on the outside then insides. The reason why I am giving them 3 stars out of 5 are for 3 reason. First the layout of the weight room; The machines are to Close together and its extremely crowded in there. ( Utilization of space wouldve been nice )The second reason is important to me and to many people that I spoken to there is no sauna. The third reason is, there really isnt new things to offer for example water bed massage tables or tanning rooms. And they seem to have the space available behind the all these walls. This is a major oversight I cant believe with all the money they put into this place they would have a major oversight like that. Many people have asked me while Im working out if they have a sauna n have to say no. It really sucks.🙈😩

5-6 am reviewthe place is a complete mess, the weights are never re-raked, i get here when it opens and ud expect that for a place that closes from 11 pm - 5 am theyd try to tidy it up for the next day

Its a nice gym but Im disappointed that theres no sauna or steam room. There space to stretch out is small and do sit ups is to close to the treadmills and elipticals . Theres also no jacuzzi which sucks. I waited since January for that gym to open while I went to the gym on Garvey in West covina.

Clean. But lacking some amenities. No shower curtains in the showers and no scales in the locker rooms
